Panda Express Three Entree Orange Chicken Food

[protected] I was a guest at the Oak Lawn location, when I received my food

it was cold and hard, I went back through the drive through and asked the manager to please change the food, she was yelling and screaming in my face, she switched the food and did not give me my receipt back, she said, no you can't have it, leave my store or I will call the police the police came and still did

not ask her for my receipt, I said what policy does the store have to not give

customers their receipt back after a purchase I believe I was discriminated against because I'm afro - american, why did I have to beg for my receipt after

a purchase? Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

Panda Express No vegetarian options

I am appalled by the number of vegetarian dishes that Panda Express offers. I was told that I only had the option to pick fried rice, chowmein, green veggies and veggie spring rolls, out of the 20 or more items they offer. This was humiliating as the price was SAME. Like my friends, unknowingly I ordered for a bigger plate (3 entrees and 1 side). It's usually fried rice or chowmein for my meat-eater friends coz then they can choose their proteins from like 15 different entrees. But for me, I was left with no option. I had to choose both. I felt very insulted and would never to their place again. They serve such unhealthy food...all meat, meat and meat. I am going to let all my vegetarian and vegan friends know. They should all protest. It's 21st century. more and more people are choosing to go with plant-based diet, but Panda Express doesn't care. They are only concerned about cross-contamination, which is clearly a lie. They are just against vegetarians.

Desired outcome: Want to see at least 7-10 options for vegetarians/vegan customers. One could make tofu, beyond meat, green beans, mapo tofu, eggplant, okra, veggie dumplings...you name it.

Panda Express Horrible customer service.

This incident happened on 3/12/2023 around 5:29 pm and took place at the Panda Express in Louisville, KY. This store is #2178. I politely ordered food at the drive through and then told the person at the drive through that my colleague (who was in my car with me) wanted to make a separate order. They were extremely rude while taking our order and seemed very confused.

Upon arriving at the checkout window, Norah C was extremely rude, unprofessional, and displayed a reprehensible lack of customer service towards us paying customers. Norah C made it out that it was our fault that they got our orders mixed up into one order, even though I had very clearly, and my colleague had also very clearly, stated in the drive through that we were making two separate orders. Instead of owning up and realizing that she made a mistake (which any human being can do), Norah C very vulgarly insinuated that it was the fault of us paying customers that she got our orders wrong. Norah C acted extremely hostile and unprofessional during the entire interaction, and she even tried to throw our orders in our face when she gave our orders to us.

I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau due to Norah C's reprehensible, rude, and unprofessional customer service and behavior towards other human beings.

Desired outcome: I would like Norah C fired and blacklisted. Norah C displayed complete lack of empathy towards fellow human beings who are loyal, paying customers.

Panda Express Unexplained upcharge for meal

Dennis, the manager at the Ontario Mills food court served me a 2 item meal. I asked for Chow Mein (skimpy helping) with Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef. He said they no longer carried Beijing Beef (this is wrong, I love Beijing Beef). Dennis said they carried another beef item if I would like it instead. I asked for a taste sample, Dennis said they did not give taste samples.

At no time, did Dennis say there was an upcharge for this other beef item. At the register, my wife questioned the high meal price and the cashier was not at all pleasant. I refused to accept the order. There was no apology from Dennis. In fact, the cashier (rude Hispanic woman) told me that a small, unreadable sign over the item said that item has an additional fee. I am a senior citizen with poor eyesight and cannot read small print. But this did not matter to her or to Dennis. The price is the price. Please remind Dennis and your other managers and cashiers about poor treatment of unhappy customers.

Customers will write about their personal dining experiences on Yelp and other social media sites. I have been a loyal Panda Express for many years. This is my first really bad experience with Panda Express. This will keep me from experiencing Panda Express for a while.

P.S. I asked Dennis for a contact number. He gave me the following email to contact: [protected]@PandaExpressRG.com. Instead of writing to them, we thought it best to go to someone who might do something to earn happy customers.

Desired outcome: A response with an apology and better trained managers and cashiers at your Ontario Mills food court location.

Panda Express Delivery Order

This issue is yet to be resolved as of February 16, 2023, an order was placed online I contacted the restaurant and they stated they would make sure that I received the Black Pepper Angus Steak (2 Bigger Plates) and NOT THE BEIJING BEEF! But guess what they did NOT send the correct item. I spent 45.31 for the order and some Vivian A. from Panda Express complaints wants to give me a free bowl when the TWO-2 Bigger plates were sent incorrectly!

Beijing beef was thrown away. The store the order was purchased from never answered the phone after the order was received!

Desired outcome: Fix my order or return the monies.

Panda Express Panda Express, Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV #1129

I went to visit my sister in Las Vegas, On February 16, 2023, 3:38 p.m., my sister and I went and placed our orders at the drive thru. I ordered the Walnut Shrimp. I was charged an extra $1.25 for it. When we got home, I opened my meal - NO WALNUTS. I called the restaurant and was told they were out of walnuts. I asked why they didn't tell me this when I placed my order - no response.

I spoke to the manager, Stacey She said the next time I came, I would receive a free entree. We went back about a week later and placed my order I was told all I would get was some walnuts and no free entree. I showed my receipt and she would not honor it.

Very bad customer service!

Panda Express Pittsburg Kansas

I have enjoyed Panda Express all over the USA. Love them for lunch, I order one small orange chicken and one small fried rice. I tried to do the same today Jan. 16,[protected]@ 12.30 pm. The person covering the drive through told me I can only order Fried rice in medium box. I said "OK, but noticed the order showed up 2 each 1/2 orders on the scene. I asked why I had to get 2 1/2 order in medium box? He informed me he was instructed when he started work, Guy is just trying to do what he was told! I call it price gouging! It's not the cost but not getting what you want in the Bermuda Triangle (Pittsburg Kansas). By the way I had to through away 1/2 of my fried rice. Pricing is over the top (Inglorious) business managers.

Desired outcome: Show it all over the world, People are fed up with this sad management in these United State of America.

Panda Express A delivery attempt beyond bizarre

I wrote a detailed complaint to Panda Express already, about an order I received on Jan 3rd and have heard nothing.

I don't want to write out this again in detail, but the delivery driver, Muhammad Doud's attempt to delivery my order was so shocking and strange I wondered if he was drunk, on drugs or impaired.

He drove passed my easy to see driveway several times, and each time he would pass me, he would get out of his car in one of my neighbor's houses and walk around in their yards/driveway. - The reason I say my driveway was easy to find, because I left in my directions: "Driveway between to the two six-foot-tall Xmas trees. (This was at night and they were lit trees!)

As he walked around in my neighbor's yards, I screamed and waved my hands for about 10 minutes, until I had to go back inside and put on more clothes to get warm.

By the time he FINALLY found me, my food was cold. COLD. There's much more to it than that, but I've written it out twice already.

Desired outcome: I want my money back. The food was cold. (Not luke warm, but COLD. And shrimp, chow mien and orange chicken doesn't heat up without getting chewy. Right now, 10 days later, a simple response would be nice.

Panda Express Branch manager

Me and my family are frequent customers at your store located at fry rd in cypress area. We are Muslims and we don't drink or eat any thing mixed with alcoholic. We use to order our food from the specified location with no wine added to the food and this for more than two years, until today when the store manager told the guy who took our order, we will not do that anymore, and she said you take it as is or leave it.

Is this true ?

Panda Express Rude employee

On October 10th around 2:50 pm my friend and I went to eat to panda express on

1300 S Lamb Blvd

Las Vegas, NV 89104

United States,

When we got there an employee by the name of Sarah/Zarah was very rude.

She didn’t even greet us.

When I ordered a bowl with half greens and half noodles and orange chicken, I asked her to put a little more orange chicken because honestly it was very little. Now I understand there are rules but she didn’t even fill it up to where it was supposed to be so when I told her to add a little more please and she added one more piece and said if I had money to pay for extra chicken. I thought that was very unprofessional of her. I do not mind paying for extra but I am paying for my food so I expect it to be at least right. I asked her for her name because she was not wearing a name tag to which she responded laughing that if I had something to say to say it to her. I have visited this panda many times and had never had an issue.

Desired outcome: A warning to employee so she will not treat guests that way.

Panda Express Beyond Meat Organg Chicken

I recently moved from Herriman, UT (a suburb of Salt Lake City, UT). I am a vegetarian recovering from three types of cancers (colon, prostate, and esophageal). I was ecstatic to learn that the national Panda Express restaurants instituted a vegetarian entrée (Beyond meat orange chicken). So, I have been purchasing beyond-meat orange chicken entrées from your franchises (from California to Florida) for about four months. Today, I visited the Panda Express located on Nine Mile Road in Cantonment, FL. I requested a Beyond Meat Orange Chicken vegetarian plate. However, the service provider misunderstood my request and served me the meat dish instead. I informed her of the error emphasizing that I am a vegetarian, and, to my amazement, she informed me that the Beyond Meat Orange Chicken is not truly vegetarian because it is prepared in pans and grease used to cook real meat. I was shocked, and with my mouth wide open, I exited the establishment.

This is a major issue because I am a vegetarian for health reasons and religious reasons, and the apparent methods your restaurants use to prepare the Beyond Meat Orange Chicken entrées are diametrically opposed to my vegetarian lifestyle.

I paid good money for your service and for your food. The practice of preparing this vegetarian dish is a violation of my rights. I bring this to your attention because with all your good intentions, you are truly not addressing the dietary needs of a segment of the American population, and, in addition, you have falsely advertised the beyond meat entrée (a plant-based dish) as vegetarian when in fact it is not! This implies a false advertisement for potential vegetarian customers.

Desired outcome: Let customers know that the Beyond Meat Orange Chicken entrée is not truly vegetarian. Reimbursement me for six plates of beyond-meat orange entrées plus stress for taking me through this process (approximately $300.00).

The beyond meat orange chicken was a limited time offering. If asked, Panda Express will tell you that indeed it is cooked in the same woks and grease as meat dishes. At least you had sense to ask. Most people blindly believe it was 100% vegetarian.

Panda Express No soda water machine. What is problem. Other stores have no problem.

Please fix the soda water machine tomorrow so good people even get nicer and happy when soda water machine is working. What? Why not remove soda water machine put table there have more customer's place to set and eat. What? You like just having a soda water machine not working. Menu is false advertising. Damages for false advertising is three time damages, so U owe me three times cost of large soda water. I take traveller's checks, thank you.

Desired outcome: Fix soda water machine. Put soda water and different soda drinks in store.

Panda Express Ordered beyond orange chicken, was given real chicken!!!!!!

At approx 1309 hrs, my co-worker and I ordered food from the Napa, Ca Panda Express via Door Dash. I ordered fried rice and BEYOND ORANGE CHICKEN. After getting my food, and I admit not paying attention, I bit right into what I thought was the plant based chicken. After swallowing my bite, I knew immediately that it was REAL CHICKEN! I am a vegetarian. I do not eat meat! I am so disgusted and sick to my stomach. I called this establishment multiple times and no one answered. I want to throw up. Please make this right. I am beyond unhappy and honestly feel like my stomach is in knots. I have the receipt and several photos. I threw the real chicken away as well as the chow mien which is also what I did not order. How can your employees be allowed to screw up like this?

Desired outcome: I would like complete reimbursement as well as your staff knowing that they cannot do this to people. I am disgusted it is hard for me to even truly explain how I am feeling but I will not be eating for the rest of the day.

Panda Express Product and especially the service

September 5th 2022, I have had numerous problems from old food,to waiting 45 min for my food and now the portions were pathetic the pictures speak for themselves I have reframed from complaining but your company needs to make these complaints right each time I spoke with the manager except this time they did nothing you need new management now.we have traveled across town to other panda locations , the location on cedar north of Dakota in Fresno California is the only one that I have had issues with the 45 min wait there was no excuse for I watched people come and go and 15 minutes into it they told me they had not even started it yet but when I seen everyone going on break I got the manager he gave me a free egg roll and said contact corporate.

Desired outcome: For the 45 min wait was $32. It should of been free. For the other 2 complaints those meals should be replaced if not resolved you will loose or business we sped on average $25 - $30 each visit and go 2 times a week.

I have been served old food, waited 45 min and heard 3 different excuses for the wait and have been served rare pink to red pepper steak and now the portions were pathetic to say the least.

Panda Express Half cooked teriyaki chicken not done all the way

I purchased 2 cub meals from your franchise on 9/1/2022. Both meal had chicken teriyaki that was half cooked. Not sure what’s the issue on the cooked if he or she was rushing while preparing the chicken. Today was a horrible experience while purchasing half cooked teriyaki chicken. Hopefully no one will get sick from salmonella poisoning. This occurred at Panda Express located at 5867 S. Central Ave Los Angeles, CA 90001. Order number 108770 on September 1,2022

Desired outcome: Please talk to the cooked that is preparing the chicken take their time and try not to rush while serving half done teriyaki chicken not sure if all the chicken at the restaurant was cooked fully done

Panda Express service

6+ times to list same problem. Panda Express #1022, Oakland CA, [protected]. I need Soy sauce for my chow Mein. I also need the hot chili sauce packet for my orange chicken. No selection on Grub Hub...no spot to include special instructions. I have been coming to guys so years since you opened and luv the food but I need those 2 items. I tried even requesting "I need utensils" damn lazy not smart people then forget even that. I normal eat your food 1 time a week. Last time was Aug 20th 2022. Enough! I prefer throw your good food in garbage can, than eat it with out soy sauce and hot chili sauce... You lost a long time customer

Panda Express Broccoli Beef

We went to Panda Store in National City CA #2091 at 11:30am on August 26, 2022 Order number: 140541. Server name on receipt says Jessica. I got a 2 entree with white rice/chow mein, Orange chicken & beef & broccoli. Got home and there was literally one piece of beef and the rest was broccoli. My sons share a plate due to them not eating too much and one of them was left without an entree. Had to go somewhere else to get him something to eat. This is not the only thing, my chow mein was undercooked and hard and don’t get me started on the chewy fried rice. We love panda. I used to work at panda! But this place/location just keeps messing up our orders! I can’t wait to move and go to a different one. This place needs to get new management.

Panda Express Kung pow chicken

I have been to Panda Express on westnedge avenue in Portage, MI about 4 times now and every time I have gone they are out of nearly half the menu. I went today (8/22/2022) at 6:30 p.m and they were out of honey chicken, and beef. I decided to order the kung pow chicken instead (bowl size) and they told me they were out but would have a new batch up in 2 min. I said ok, pulled to the window and waited a bit. Got my food, and went home. When I got home, I opened the kung pow chicken and it looked like there was a total of 5 pieces of chicken (the size of Pennie’s) piled on a ton of white rice and veggies to make it look larger. When I pay $8 for something like this I would expect more than that portion size. I’m not one to complain, ever. This is my first time writing to any company. But when you get stuck in the drive thru line for 20 min with no way to back out (the drive thru is built to block drivers in) it’s very frustrating to receive such a low quality product when I agreed to wait for the extra portion. They basically said screw it and gave me scrapings from the bottom of the basket. I have some photos of my meal if you need me to provide them.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund. Will provide CC number
