This was "by far" the worst customer service experience I have ever had, with any company. The amount of concern that is lacking, towards the customer is mind boggling.
I was given a delivery window of between 3:15-6:15pm. At 5:20 I received a call from corporate saying that the delivery truck had broken down earlier in the day and the driver should have called me. Well the driver did not call me, and now the delivery time was to be 8-10pm. I had the choice of the late delivery or to reschedule for 4days later! I ordered a refrigerator! It was emptied in prep for this delivery! How would I wait for 4days?. There was no apology or suggestion of compensation for this extremely late delivery. Well, at 10pm I had heard from no one, still no delivery, and no way to contact anyone since customer service closes at 6pm. I waited until 11pm and went to bed with no delivery. Then at 7:30am the next day( Saturday) I received a call saying that my delivery would be 1pm-3pm that day. I told them what had happened and was told" sorry to hear that". This was infuriating to say the least. So I planned my day around this new time, and low & behold I get a call from the delivery driver at 11:25am saying he will be there in 20min! So I had to stop what I was doing, as I had been 25min from home because I believed I had at least, until 1pm to be home. This clown show that you call a delivery service should really be looked into for this level of incompetence. I will never suggest PC Richard to anyone ever again.
