Purchased a Samsung 65 with JBL soundbar
Chronic problems with the soundbar. Called the store where purchased and was advised that I exceeded my service calls and there was nothing then can do. Went to store in person as I thought that was ridiculous The manager sent an employee to my home who corrected the soundbar issue but it in switching cable wires caused the the panel screen to fail
No clear picture. A technician came the next day and said whoever touch this caused the problem and diagnosed a replacement of the panel and an interior part
I called the store and complained as it is right before Thanksgiving and my tv was not working wanted a replacement as it wasn’t the tv nor my fault but an inexperienced worker
Manager said he can’t make that decision and I received an email from a Allen Amiano which denied my request
Such a cold and cowardly way to decide without speaking with me
I’ve cancelled all my accounts with PC Richard
I’ve been a long and dedicated custom for years and spent thousands
Never again.
I had to love my Thanksgiving celebration to my relatives home because I have no tv
