I put a formal complaint in the notes for the two technicians that came out previous to my residence to fix the washer. I’ve had a constant problem with this washer back-and-forth several times. A few times are not covered within policy for an example sending a third-party A&G is not considered a call out to my residency, when they ordered a part and supposedly fix the issue to me that is a service call I did not ask for them, why would you and not consider or validate the company that you guys sent, The three other technicians that came to my house as well as ordering and installing the part is having the same issue. I’ve repeatedly said to your customer service as well as to the technician who came out. There is a problem the same issue I’ve explained the problem and they keep asking what the problem is. The last technician really upset me when he asked if I’m doing something on purpose get the washer let’s get this straight I have paid for the washer. Ive been looking to replace the washer since it has a consistent problem with the same two issues, in which i have documented with the customer service. I am willing to get a top loader which should be cheaper and I will take the hit. “I just want the problem fixed) and I don’t see as a paying customer that I should be receiving all this backlash especially from a technician or anyone this technician really upseted me so I’m putting a formal complaint into those two last technicians that came to the house, and to be clear, the first technician did not even have his iPad, or a courtesy to listen to what the problem is just tell me oh, that can’t happen from my point of view just calling me a liar blowing me off either other two, I want these matters taken care of so the customer service rep said to put a formal complaint in.
Claimed loss: N/A the item is already paid for
Desired outcome: I want a new washer, and I want those technicians to be made aware of by their supervisor
