I purchased a Viking fridge on 8/4/23. The first fridge was not cooling and the water cartridge housing was leaking. PC Richards replaced it with the same fridge on 8/16/23. The replacement fridge was no better….water spout not working properly upon installation and after several weeks, food was going bad, having mold on it, especially dairy cheeses.
I have been dealing with Viking, Len’s Appliance repair and they keep delaying any resolution by having Len’s Appliciance repair come out and look at the fridge (three times already).
Viking now wants to replace a sealed component, whatever that means, and still it’s been a week since that decision and no one has been at my home.
I spoke with PC Richard’s customer service today and they will submit for a return authorization to Viking. I insisted they change Viking’s decision to repair the unit. I have been without refrigeration for 10 weeks now.
This is unacceptable. I should be able to return the fridge and purchase another model at this point.

Viking is in contact with me and will be exchanging the fridge directly through them, Although I preferred to get another brand through PC Richards due to this Viking model not cooling properly after one exchange already.
