On October 20,2023 Quaker city came out to replace the bulb in my microwave they called me the day before coming out for the model number of the microwave he stated so that he can bring the right bulb that I would need when the two guys got out here and tried the bulbs they brought with them didn't work so one kept messing around with the microwave with different bulbs the microwave started to sparking fire that's when I noticed the microwave was plugged in socket the one of guys stated that they needed to take the microwave to the Quaker company to order a part for the microwave I notify P.C Richardson customer service about the repair guys took the microwave off the wall and took it to there shop to fix it they sent a P.C.Rchardson guy to check the microwave I kept stating to customer service that Quaker company took the microwave so P.C Richardson sent out a technician October 23,2023 he told me he was sented out here to check my microwave I told the technician how I called customer service the same day Quaker company took my microwave the technician wrote everything down and said that he would let them know what Quaker city company took the microwave, Quaker city company returned my microwave november 14,2023 with dents inside the microwave that wasing there before they took it out of my home I been calling customer service to speak with a supervisor I have been getting the runner around with P.C.Richardson customer service I just know what they going do about my microwave because Quaker city company called me November 15,2023 and said nobody at the shop knows anything about the dents inside my microwave and for me to contact P.C.Richardson about the dents
Claimed loss: My family and I was without a microwave from October 20,2023 until November 14,2023
Desired outcome: I would like for the microwave to be replaced after it sparked fire from the back and dents inside
Choice home warranty sent appliance Brothers to check my washer and dryer to see what was wrong with both appliances the technician stated that the washer needed water hoses and the dryer needs a timer the Technician from Appliance Brothers put hoses on wrong he hooked the cold hose to the hot hose and the hot hose to the cold which damaged the back of my washer i notify choice home warranty they said they would sent somebody else i told them I don't need nobody else out so they sent me a email with a link to fill out for reimbusement I did and i had a Appliance guy to repair the the damage that appliance Brothers had did I sent all the paperwork to there corporate office service file to Mr.Jim Mostofi's I'm still waiting for a response
