I signed up for the free trial on Nov 11, 2023, to sign a document and only used it once. They even charged me £1.65, when it's supposed to be FREE. I only needed to do one thing, so I cancelled my subscription immediately after use. I even remember the website saying I could still use its services for the remainder of my trial run, so I thought that was the end. However, I was sceptical as to why there was no email confirming my cancelled subscription.
However, I woke up this morning to find that £125.62 has been charged to my card, even though I have not opted for a subscription renewal! I hastily went back to my account, and lo and behold, my account now has a 'Business Legacy' subscription. I decided to cancel this subscription and got an email from Sarah.
Please give me a refund. If you argue that I have not properly cancelled my subscription the first time, please know that I have not been on the website since Nov 11, 2023. Wouldn't that indicate that I did not intend to use the services again after the first time?
