I'm living in Germany and have been defrauded by the company called Pegasus airlines (flypgs.com) which is a (fraudulent) airline company located in Turkey. I learned from my bank that they made multiple transactions from my credit card. I tried to contact them by e-mail/phone but couldn't get my money back. After searching the internet about the company, I realized that it was too late for me. Since there are already many people like me who has already lost lots of money to this company and couldn't get their money back. If you are reading this, please stay away from Pegasus Airlines. It's been more than 5 months and I still don't have any answer for them.

At least %50 of the poeple in that page have lost their money without getting any service from this company. What Pegasus airlines usually does is cancelling the flight few days before the flight date and ignoring emails & phone calls from angry customers (like us). Don't bother, you cannot get any refund from them. So, be careful! The strange thing is, even though there are many people who have lost their money to Pegasus Airlines without any service, I'm one of the few people who is compaining about this company on multiple web sites. Please help yourself and let the world know about those scammer companies.

I bought a ticket in Istanbul airport, but then, after prolong delaying of the flight, I've decided to cancel my flight and take a bus instead. In the same airport and same Pegasus office where I bought my ticket, I was given a receipt for my refund with the promise that the refund will be within three days on my card (no cash refund because I bought my ticket with the card). When I haven't received the refund, I looked at the receipt and found out that the details of the card in there are not the details of my card, at all! Since then I couldn't even find out where can complain about the fraudulent action of the ticket officer in Pegasus Airlines!
booked a Ticket with Pegasus airlines,when i went to get Visa it was full so i cancelled the the trip , i called Dubai Pegasus airlines they told me to contact head office in Turkey which i did they promised to give full refund, they asked my friend who talk Turkey who helped me reach to them to pay 650turkish , after few days they refund 312 AED only from 790Aed they took 477Aed + 650 Turkish lira.. it's too much..i read many many complaints about them after i went through this Hungry Money Scam..
Pegasus is very poor company dont teach their stuff how to talk with people specially old people doesn't matter what religion i sow that naccy
Arrogant stuff flight oslo -istanbul F19 4 september. Very arrogant to old people first. Second i was going to a toilet and the girl shout at me heeey instead she can say excuse me, i ask for her name and said that i want to complain nothing arrogant stuff Is hapening in norway
Checked in on 17.11.22.
Asked check in desk if luggage was suitable for cabin.
No issues. Went to board and my cabin bag was deemed too big.
Shouted at by staff member, and made to pay.
I have compared it to other cabin luggage allowed on the same flight.
No response on my claim. Tired callings your not but calls don’t goes through.
Its almost 3 weeks, send all details of bags and inside item via email but no reply. I only had one bag to check in that was lost by airline and no proper reply. Very disappointing.

I booked my elderly mother-in-law’s ticked to Türkiye asking for an assistant while I booked, but unfortunately it did not show on the system and this made us have to explain to several members of staff. Was unable to show proof because I didn’t receive and email from yourselves.
