Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] internet/phone connection

Good day!

I would like to raise my concern, actually it's a concern for the Internet connection in Baguio.My mom has been going to PLDT office Session Road Branch for like 4-5 times to complain about the service problem but NOTHING SEEMS TO HAPPEN.She's a senior citizen and it is not convenient for her to go everytime to PLDT office as it is tiring and a waste of time especially if NOTHING WILL HAPPEN with regards to her concern.

We have been a loyal PLDT customer for countless years now but we never opted to transfer to another company.Despite the poor and slow service that we are getting.Imagine, even changing an Internet modem took it years for Pldt to replace the one that we are using at home?-this kind of service!

Well, I've been away in the Philippines and residing here in Canada so INTERNET AND LANDLINES are really needed for Communication. I HOPE THE COMPANY WILL DO SOMETHING AT LEAST SOMETHING .IT'S BEEN AGES.

IF IN CASE PLDT WILL FIX IT, I hope the company won't charge the time being that INTERNET CONNECTION is not available.

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] bad internet and poor customer service

We always lose our internet connection and the problem is not on our end, because all the wires and devices are not damaged. It's always the connection that's the problem. And when you call the customer hotline, the representatives are not much help. I hope that the internet would finally be more consistent and pldt would ask for a survey after every customer care phone call. Or better yet, I hope that there would be better internet providers in the country soon in order for the lousy providers to step up and improve their services.

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] fibre optic internet connection

The service i am getting from PLDT is very lousy. My internet connection keeps dropping everytime. I have reached out multiple times...but instead of the issue getting rectified, it keeps getting worse. I am not getting my money's worth for the service i am paying for. What's worse is my work is dependent on my internet connection.. and to be honest, this is infuriating...

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] landline and internet connection!

I keep on calling both your technical and customer support, transfer back and fort, again they created a ticket (SR) and advised that will send a field technician but nobody comes to inspect the premises to diagnose what the is the real problem.

Only to find out that all those ticket or SR request was already closed without fixing it.

YOU are causing a livelihood because of your unfair process and rogué Employees!

1st Ticket: Created 10/13 close w no sol
2nd Ticket: 10/15 close again w no sol
3rd Ticket: 10/17 this one is waiting for xmas

Take note: every ticket made has a turn around time of 6 days. YOU are moving days to really delay your assistance?

Keep on making useless service request and close it after every 2 days. YOU add more stress to Your subscribers.. YOU should be serious with attending the concern, assist real time, seems that you sabotage our livelihood since YOU are a Big company?

Then YOU Will implement a contract charge of we withdraw our subscription.. Look YOU Dont even provide the Agreed service in the First place anyway.

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] phone dead (no dial tone), since october 4 2019

Ref# [protected] for this "valued subscriber's" concern since October 4, 2019. Date today: October 16, 2019

- It takes almost an hour to an hour and a half to get through a live agent via 171. Add another dozen hours of waiting for a live agent. So far, I've talked to several live agents (Jonathan, Arman, Arnold, Jun, Del, Louie, Daphne, Jam and Hazel). On 3 occasions, while talking to a live agent, call ends. No callback at all, nothing!

- I have also reached out, to my consternation, via Twitter. Whoever is manning @PLDT_Cares replies using canned, scripted spiels assuring me that my concern has been endorsed (or staged ) for outside facility repair or follow-up reports have been sent to the support team.

- On my 12th day of unresolved concern, turnaround time committed to this "valued subscriber" has changed from 24-24 hours to 24-72 hours to 3-6 days.

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] pldt fibr

Dear pldt,

I am writing this complaint bcoz your internet provider which is pldt fibr is supposed to be fast (which is fast for the first 2-3 mos) but now i am experiencing very slow internet speeds that i can't even browse the web or watch movies / youtube smoothly. Grabe kayo di na kayo nahiya sa customers nyo? Asan na ang pinag mamalaki nyo na fibr? Fast internet speeds? Ehh lanya mas mabilis pa mobile data ko kaysa sa internet nyo ehh! Sana ma address nyo to na concern kasi langya nag babayad ako nang tama pro yung service nyo napaka walang kwenta! Download speed nyo less than 1mb/s wtf! Ehh mobile data ko nga umaabot nang 1-2mb/s nga! Ayusin nyo yang fibr nyo! Bibigyan ko kayo nang hanggang katapusan ng october, pag d nyo naayos internet speed namin d ako mgbabayad sa last month na due payment at lilipat ako ng ibang internet provider! Salamat!

We cannot call you through the customer service hotline because the buttons are not functioning as well. This has been happening already for weeks now, we already tried changing batteries but it still does not work.

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] landline with internet (not fibr) - no internet now for 1 week

Customer service told us to wait for 3 to 5 days for them to fix and now it is over a week and they have not fixed the problem. PLDT contractors do not care about customers.---PLDT has the poorest customer service and technical support people. If I can give you a rating between 0 to 5, you'd probably get negative mark instead of zero, because that is how worst your service is!

details of incident: interrupted landline connections since 2018 with consistent hotline reports every month up to the present.
i personally visited pldt maysan branch to formally report our concern, the csr told me that she will forward our concern to your technical department for immediate resolution but no immediate action was done. i regularly call your hotline for repair visit but you dispatched technicians from your third party group (contractors) which leads to totally turn our 7 land lines nos. lost dial tone. i kept on reporting this issue to your hotline and they just keep on giving different job order nos and promising for a rebate.

- we request for full bill adjust from march 2019 up to present since we are paying our bills every month yet we cannot use the service.

- no attachment - you may refer to your system to check our regular complain.

Our Main line of communication with existing and new /potentail customers gas been out of service since the beginning of September (1 month). we call the hotline number daily but only get promises of action but nothing has been done so far.

Who is goping to compensate by company for thr potential business lost because we are not contactable.

I was told to wait for 2 hrs to have my services be reconnected but till now for more than 4 hrs my services still not working. Im getting frustrated of how bad customer service you are providing for your customers . I cant even speak to a live agent on the phone. Options ARE SO LIMITED ! Its was already hard getting a live agent on the phone NOW ITS MUCH HARDER . No improvement has been done. Just disappointments

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] internet and customer solutions officer

I have repeatedly reported the intermittently slow internet signal despite my plan(100mbps) either through the customer solutions officers of the PLDT Shop or through the hotline. Watching NetFlix has often been marred by signal fluctuations. A kind service solution officer once reported the problem and ensured that your technicians will visit and check the problem. None came.

Today (21 September 2019) at around 5:30PM, I again reported the incident to the PLDT Shop in SM Megamall. A Ms. Lizzie at counter 4 attended to me. She called up the PLDT Hotline and gave the phone to me to wait for the other line. I asked what am I doing. She told me that they have to report it to the Hotline. I asked why would I go to their customer service shop if all will be handled by the hotline? She just said that they are no longer allowed to address such problems.

I came to personally report the problem but your personnel just called up the hotline and gave the phone to me. I already did that. Her solution was to call the hotline which I already did a lot of times. The only assistance she extended was to dial 171 and give the phone to me. Are your personnel really that arrogant not to even know the extent of the problem or was she just lazy?

I would appreciate a prompt action on my internet problem.

05AUG/0805 Request to adjust billing due to half of the months of JULY no internet & dial tone.. but NO adjustment has been made for the month of august and still I paid in full amount of my monthly billed
10AUG/1850 - Product & services / Ms. Bless - I received Job Order# [protected] for FIBER upgrade (5Mbps) Php1299 and she said it take 2-3weeks however, she informed me 15AUG PLDT staff will install the FIBER modem/line and 17AUG will be full implementation but NO one came from to install the said plans
30AUG/1715 - Mr. Jeric Report No Dial Tone & internet
30AUG/1730Hrs - Ms. Kin follow-up upgrade plan FIBER
05SEP/1530Hrs Ms. Kai from Product & services informed NO available line for FIBER
Pls note JULY/AUGUST up to present no dial tone / no internet / but there is a time with Internet and we check via speed test it was NOT reach to 1mbps.
Therefor pls WAIVED the monthly bill from September onward or CANCELLED & CUT MY PLANS.

We are tenure subscribers of PLDT. Our landline number is [protected]. Account holder is my sister Ms. Resilyn Cuyahon Amos. We are located at AE-169 Barangay Poblacion, La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines 2601. We are a regular paying subscriber.

I would like to file a complain regarding internet and landline connectivity interruption with reference number [protected]. We keep on facing this issue monthly and we are not getting a permanent resolution.

Also if we are trying to call 171 the automated machine always insist that our landline number is invalid.

PLEASE check on to this matter and I need an immediate action to our concern. ASAP!

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] terrible service & 4 days without internet - costing jobs

Dear Sir/Madam

We have an office in Cagayan de Oro (19th St) (rushmedia.ph) & have been a very unhappy customer of PLDT for 4 years. We have many complaints about the terrible service & PLDT not delivering what they promise us. They have the monopoly on the fibre business in CDO and show no care for their clients.

The latest issue is happening right now, were we cut off on Friday due to a bill being 5 days late without any warning. We paid the bill within hours on Friday and was promised on at least 7 separate occasions that we would be reconnected within 2 hours. As an internet company, our 30 staff could do no work for all of Friday & Saturday. We have arrived at the office today, and its still not connected.

Our general manager has wasted 4 hours & our 30 staff still cannot work.

As an Australian company trying to create jobs in the Philippines, the issues of PLDT are definitely causing us to reconsider leaving the Philippines.

The CDO office of PLDT needs an urgent review as it is so poorly managed.

Paki CORRECT naman po ung address namin
BLK 59 not 53. Ibang bahay po ung Blk53.
Regarding po sa naginstall ng wirings sana naman po inaus ung wirings, puting puti po kc ung wall tapos sa gitna po nilagay ung wire. at 3-4 steps lang po ata sya from gate. Di man lang po naipasok sa sala ung connection.
UNPROFESSIONAL naman po tingnan ung gawa, parang basta basta lang. sana po gilid man lang sa taas o baba ng pader para d naman po agaw pansin at mukhang SQUATTER ung wirings.
First time ko po nakakita ng ganyang gawa.
Highly appreciated kung maaksyunan po agad. Kasi kahit sinabi daw ng nanay ko na sa sala ilagay ung phone e di daw puede at kapos daw ung wire. Sana me sapat na wire na dala po.Kasi wala nman po maayos at professional na gawa na 3-4 steps lang from gate ang connection. Nakakatawa lang po kasi I know PLDT is the largest telecom company sa Philippines pero parang SQUATTER ung gawa samin.

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] slow internet and unacceptable bill charges

I'm complaining about our huge bill around 6000 pesos per month.Our internet plan is almost 3000 per month but were not getting the speed based on the plan that was offered, and on our bill we are are being charged for the telpad that is defective that we cant even use for about a year now plus the cctv camera that is not working for a year.We are paying around 1000 pesos per month for the services thats not working and for the internet that is very slow

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] worst pldt service experience

We've been experiencing intermittent issues, both for the internet and fixed line. The service is usually out. Every time we attempt to call 171, the call drops at the middle of the IVR and experienced no dial tone, hence, we cannot fully report the issue. And to mind you, this has been on going for a week already. We've been paying our account on time and always in credit, as we pay more than the balance. You better fix this issue before I call and disconnect the service without paying any single cent.

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] the entire pldt service we got!!!

We don't have any internet connection since the 25th of july and despite numerous escalations and phone calls to a lot of pldt customer service representatives nothing has been resolved! Today's the 15th of august and we still dont have any freaking internet connection! We requested for a technician yet no one came despite being told that there was a trouble ticket for a dispatch of field technician! We are so fed up about the assistance we get every time we phone up 171 and even the branch of pldt out here in our area! This is not the service we deserve! We are paying for the best service so we better get one!

From the period of July 16, 2019 up to present, 16 days to be exact after this has been reported we have not seen any progress or any PLDT technician to check on this, but instead your customer representatives only give us false hope that a technician would arrive. Please note that this problem has a big impact on our daily transactions with our clients and suppliers which also resulted to company losses.

In line with the concern mentioned, may we kindly request from your good office to take an immediate action for the restoration of our outgoing calls.
