Whilst shopping at the supermarket as a result of an unmarked portruding metal object I had a bad fall and was given absolutely no assistance from staff or management none of whom were according to my telephone calls were available although it happened during the presumed busiest time of the year in December.
In the process of contacting the manager and management staff I attach the revelent information and photographs of the result of the accident in relation to the health and safety regulations. I in turn requested payment for the replacement of my glasses which were damaged in the fall and at this time I have received no response from the store manager.
