Just went to pick n pay to buy sugar and Rama, at the pay point there was 3 ladies 1 cashier and 2 standing there, Tebogo was the cashier and Oratile and the other lady buy chatting as I approached Oratile said swikiri (sugar) and the others laughed, as I pay the other lady wanted to pack my things and I said I don't need a plastic and Oratile again said e ke shelf packing and they laughed again meaning that I am a shelve as I did not need a plastic, the girls were so rude they don't greet they just entertaining each other by gossiping with customers, they need a proper training on how to treat customers. the time was 12:20 on the 18th Dec 2019.

Im so disappointed with this service it was very bad.

If you don't know how to treat people with respect, you do not deserve to be called a woman... actually u deserve to be a kid, calling them girls was even better! Grown women don't insult customers, they are
just girls who are liabilities to their employer, and my grammar has nothing to do with good customer service, I might be illiterate but I deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, it's a disgrace that you support such rubbish, or are u working for pick n pay? Clearly... That's why you looking at my grammar, and anyway ungenaphi?
