pizza and cheese sticks
I ordered a half pepperoni and bacon half pepperoni and meatball pizza as well as cheese sticks that were both burned. They cheese sticks were so hard you could barely bite into them. The pizza barely had any pepperoni on it about two pieces per slice and the cheese sticks barely had any cheese. Worst order I've ever received. I am very disappointed .

I ordered a pizza and breadsticks on line. It stated a 1.5 hour wait for delivery. At almost the 1.5 mark I get a phone call confirming my order. I said yes, I ordered a pizza. I asked if they just got my order. Lady said no she was confirming. Then I said are you here and she again replied rudely. NO I'm on the phone. When she arrived I paid for my order. She accidentally dropped a dollar and I bent to pick it up and give it to her. She again rudely said that ain't yours. I told her I was picking it up for her and told her to get it herself then. I always give drivers tip money but she automatically took 4.50 out of my money on her own and called it her tip. She was very rude and mean. I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again nor will I recommend that site to anyone else.

Was wanting to try to submit a picture of the pizza I received from my local Pizza Hut which isn't listed above but is on monument road in Jacksonville Florida. Placed online order and get my pizza not as I ordered missing toppings and I call the store first I get put on hold for couple minutes then hung up on and I explained the issue to a lady who claimed to be the manager, last time I spoke with the manager it was a male, however that's irrelevant I have a pizza here not being eaten because it's not what we ordered and I just honestly wanted to show proof on here thinking I could email the photo but there is no spot for that. The lady was rude and accused me of cursing at her when I said why the hell would I walk a pizza up there to prove it wasn't made correct when I chose delivery for a reason, at this moment it's almost impossible to get gas which my car has no gas so I chose and paid more for delivery because a hurricane is coming and I offered to send a photo but obviously that's impossible because the lady claimed there's no way she can see the pizza and needed proof that it's not as ordered (this Pizza Hut always messes up usually they never put the flavor crust) but I typically don't complain just over crust besides one time and it was a guest in my home who was complaining they messed up it just so happens I have to deal with all the decisions in this house and had to call and complain; so I end up with a messed up pizza and a 5$ credit after arguing with the "manager" thanks pizzz Hut.. to top it off it's my anniversary and my husband had to work so i settled for Pizza Hut and couldn't even get what I wanted. Thank you again . :( also if there is a way to send photos I could prove my pizza was not as I ordered as well as my receipt which I paid for the pizza not made to my order and if this woman is seriously the manager I think y'all need to get the other man back asap because as much as I order pizza from this location and dealing with that woman really irritated me she clearly isn't well with customer service.

my entire order
Tonight I called my local Pizza Hut In Ponca City Oklahoma and made an order. 2 sandwiches well done a order of cheese sticks and a order of wings. I was givin a 30 minute delivery time. An hour and 6 minutes later my food arrives (Delivery guy was sweet) however my food was cold! Not even a little warm and my well done sandwiches were soggy like they never hit the oven. I called my local Pizza Hut to complain because hello I'm still hungry! They put me on hold, then told me the manager was to busy to deal with me. I was insistent on talking with him and when he finally gets on the phone (25 min later)he acts as if my meal wasn't important because he already got my money! He was rude and unprofessional to say the least.
2.5 hours to deliver
Last night I ordered a Pizza, wings, & pepsi for delivery. I placed the order at 8:00pm after getting stumped on what to do for dinner at home and needed something quick and easy. After the order was placed I received an email saying it would be delivered at 9:15pm, which admittedly is a little late, however, I placed the order a little later than I normally would so I was just going to keep my daughter up to eat dinner a little late. Well 9:15 rolls around and the pizza tracker shows it still hasn't left the store. I called around 9:30pm and was told it would still be another 30 minutes and asked if I still wanted it delivered. Well of course I did-that was dinner for us and I had already waited an hour and a half. I was told a driver called in sick-Ok, cool, I know what it's like to work understaffed, very stressful and I can be somewhat understanding of that. My food wasn't delivered until 10:20pm-it took 2 and a half hours for my food to be delivered and I live less than 5 miles away. I would have just gone to pick it up if my daughter hadn't fallen asleep (without dinner!) in the time I was waiting for the delivery.
To make things worse: When my food arrived, the Pizza was cold (cheese had completely hardened like it does when it cools down) my wings were soggy, and my pepsi was completely room temperature. I was so angry I just put the food away and went to bed. Not acceptable.
I would like a refund for the poor service and over an hour late on delivery, 2.5 hours total from time ordered to delivery. People order delivery for convenience and my family just went to bed without dinner.

Date of Incident - 9/6/17
Description - I purchased a pizza from Store #026303. After my purchases I am sure to fill out the customer satisfaction survey online. This is the first time I've had an issue with the website.
There is Customer Survey code at the bottom of the receipt that was handed to me so I tried to use the store number. Every time I enter the store number it tells me to use the 11 digit survey code, but there is no code to enter. I have tried this on two different days on two different computers, in two different locations with the same result. I do the surveys to help Pizza Hut, but mainly for the $10 off our next order. We do not normally go to any restaurant without a discount or coupon. I would be happy to do a survey to get the $10 off my next order, but I'm unable to make it work at this point. Please help, I'm looking for the $10 off the next order and would be happy to do a survey if I need too. Thank you in advance.

I ordered 16 piece bone out Honey BBQ wings and the wings did not have nearly enough sauce on them. Some of the wings were completely bare. All the guy from the store could tell me was that I would receive 13.60 in store credit. I am extremely pissed off and the customer service I received over the phone was below average at best. The guy was not as helpful as I had hoped and didn't seem to know what he was doing anyway.

I love Pizza Hut, let me just start off with that! My roommate and I order pizza about a week ago, from our new apartment, and when we received our pizza, it was made all wrong, so I called it in, I didn't catch the managers name who told me, I had a credit, but he seemed very genuine and said he would take note of it for me. So, I just called back to the same location, and this lady picked up, she said she was a manager on duty, and that her name was Dawn! She was very rude, when I asked her to look up my credit, she said it wasn't put in the system, so I couldn't receive my pizza! How RUDE! I tried to give them a second chance, but I don't do well with rudeness, makes me feel uncomfortable eating the pizza!

Came in to eat in Tuesday August 29, got a large pizza and chicken alfredo pasta. The pasta was so rancid and expired that it caused me to vomit within seconds of taking a bite. The server agreed and quickly took it away and went to her RGM who was in the store that night. He was made aware and did NOTHING. Didn't come out to check or make amends, didn't discount my ticket. He hid in the back of the store. I again asked my server before leaving if he was aware and she said all he said was to "throw it away". This is no way to run a store or business!
customer service mediocrity
This is not the first time this happens to me, probably over 3 times and I am done. When people order online either in the app or the website there is no widget that directs towards including parmesan cheese, red crushed peppers or even plates (like papa John's for instance) Everytime I have to call after I ve made my order to include the cheese and the red peppers. Again they did not fulfill my order. Such things were not added with the rest of my delivery items. I called the store and they hanged up on me 3 times. Manager whose name said was Maria Rodriguez claims that because I did not pay for the red crushed peppers or parmesan cheese they will not do anything about it nor send a driver to fulfill my order. This is a customer service mistake. I called, I requested those items and did not receive them, therefore my order was not only not fulfilled but the customer service is far too mediocre. You may listen at the recordings you take if you desire which shows how they hanged up on me 3 times and how customer service quality needs to be fixed immediately (8:40 pm, 9:31, 9:34; 9:39 and 9:41pm )

i recently had a very bad experience at the location in Flora Illinois on Labor Day 2017 beginning about 5pm. Here's what happened:
I walked in with my 84 year old mother to an empty restaurant. Only two people seated at a table. The place was otherwise entirely empty.
The hostess seated us and immediately wanted our drink order before she walked away, not that it mattered since it took over ten minutes for her to bring our drinks. She forgot straws.
When after ten minutes she had not come back for our food order I went to the counter and ordered, where she was busy gossiping with a woman who later identified herself to me as the shift lead and a guy who was making pizzas, and a person who appeared to be a delivery driver. After I ordered I went and sat down. No one ever came by the table.
After 35 minutes went by (we'd been busy shooing the dozens of flies that wouldn't leave us alone - the place was full of them) our "waitress" ( and I use that term loosely came over and told us it would be at least another 40 minutes before our pizza would be ready. (Wed ordered a thin crust intentionally because mother had said she was hungry and we were to, d it would cook faster.)
I stood up went to the counter and asked for the managers name and number. The woman at the counter informed me that she was the shift lead and that it was a corporate store. I again asked for the name of the manager and she would not give it to me. I told her that if they spent more time working and less time gabbing they'd be able to better care for customers and that their poor service was inexcusable.

Monical's Pizzaria in Olney, where we were seated, ordered, and had our food before the estimated readiness of our food at this sorry excuse for a restaurant. Never again, Pizza Hut. Never again.
The saddest thing is this: check yelp on the Flora location. There are at least 9 other reviews that are as negative as this one.
In addition, the bathroom was filthy, and had been reconfigured. The toilet was so close to the wall on one side it was almost unusable. The floors in the restaurant itself were filthy and the table had a sticky unclean film on it. There is absolutely no way this restaurant would have passed an inspection in California. It was horrible. Whoever your manager is has failed you.

on September 1 2017 I called in to pizza hut on innis rd to place an order at 10:16 pm I was told my order would be ready for pick up at 10:41 pm as I arrived I was told my order was just going in I place to square meals deals once my food was ready I ask was this right they proceed to say yes once I got home I had a medium thin crust pizza that was old my square pizza was cold and my bread sticks was harder than bricks I called and talk to the manager he was very rude as I went to tell him that I ask if they was giving me what they wanted me to have he goes on to say that they ran out of dough so I proceed to ask why didn't they tell me that instead of making me what they wanted. I ask for his name he said Jack I ask Jack did he have a last name and was told he didn't have to give me that information.

I have been a customer at your Petersburg, wv location since it opened. I've always been very pleased with the service and food I received until last night 9/4/2017. I ordered half pepperoni half supreme pan crust cost 14.59. when I got it home opened it and there were hardly any toppings on the supreme side called talked to Amanda took the pizza back for another made with the toppings that should be on the pizza. Pizza still skimpy with toppings, looked like one of your 6.99 pizzas with 2 toppings. I know what I have received in the past, don't know what has changed but I'm not ever paying that much for nothing but a few toppings scattered here and there. We have a Little Caesars opening, plus a few other places that were recommended. I'm thinking I'll be trying them out or just get a Walmart large supreme pizza it is loaded with toppings and much bigger then your so called large. Thank you for your past service, it was great!

Hi, I ordered a Dinner box from Pizza hut today, the order roughly was placed around 6:00. I was then told that my order was out for delivery at 6:35 and so as i waited for them at the location i've waited... they didn't show up.. by 7:10 i called the store asking why my delivery never showed up.. i only got an answer that they were unable to call me ( i already stated this to them on the delivery instructions) and that he would call the delivery driver. Well, i waited for 15 minutes after that before calling the store again asking what is happening. I was then told my order would be there any moment.. i then waited again for an additional 15 minutes before calling again. At this time it had to be 7:40 where i was then told they were going to redeliver and it'll be there in 10 minutes explaining to me that my Dorm hall wasn't listed when it was clearly listed on my application. Afterwards i still not have received my food and contacted my mother to call them where they finally told her that the delivery driver is going out with my delivery and that my address magically appeared as my hall and that they won't charge me for my order now and then hung up on my mother where then i didn't get my order until 8:20... I would gladly proof my whole order but all of the information has disappeared from my grasp.
The whole point of this is i had to wait almost 2 hours after delivery for my order and I have a full day of classes tomorrow starting at 9am... ruined my whole night, standing outside for an unknown amount of time just because they hired a team of people who cannot do their job.. i feel very unwell now for not eating for an amount of time and the stress of how much they tried to blame me for this.

I specifically ask every single time after the first time they sent this person to my house. He smells like he hasn't bathed or washed his clothes in weeks. He dumped my food all over my front porch and then I had to clean up the mass of it. When he came back with the food the second time it was cold and gross.
Even though I specifically, by name ask them to not send this person to my house, they do it anyway.
What do I have to do to get them to understand I do not want this person at my door. If there was another decent delivery place in town I would certainly take my business elsewhere.
