Good afternoon,
Yesterday on 8/31 I placed an online delivery order at 5:26. I was pleased to have a 30% off coupon in email - I am a returning customer.
At almost an hour I checked the online order status which indicated it was en-route.
I am probably 1.5 miles from the Pizza Hut location.
I waited maybe another 15 minutes and called and the associate who answered indicated it would be here "any minute".
15 minutes I called and asked for a Manager who then hung the phne up on my during my complaint. I indicated not to charge my card and to send the delivery driver back.
After the rude end of my call - the driver showed up with my order who I immediately told to return it to the store.
I did verify that my account was not charged.
The poor service is unfortunate and the communication from Management which included hanging up the phone on my is unacceptable.
I will not be placing another order with any of your franchises.
I would hope that this would be addressed.

I m very sorry to say that largest chain of pizza is not responding to our valued customer even they took order and did not deliver.after my called.they sorry sir we can not deliver your order due to oven is problamatic.do u agree on this stupid excuse..if u can not deliver so confirm at least.i want to change them owners or customer services agent's.pizza hut riders are very nice & cooperative..but customer service agents are dump they don't know how to treat customers..

So I told them to bring change for $100 bill and they responded with the company policy not accepting $100 bills. So how can I pay for my order? Today 8/31/2017 at 7:08 pm Ticket # 0127 or 013238 Around 7:46 pm i call the restaurant for the status by my order one of the team member put my on hold for around 2 minutes, and ask my if is for delivery or carry out and i say i like to know the status for ma order i make around 40 minutes and the team member tell me if in the second to send for delivery i ask to speak to a manager and put my on hold for around 8 more minute and some one answer the phone and hangout. in the same moment i pull over to the restaurant, In that moment i see on of the team member and i ask to speak to a manager the team member call the manager is cut the pizza and i tell this is ridicules i make a delivery order around 1 hr and i never get my food and i living around the block next 2 building and the manager try to find the order i saw to coming for the back for the restaurant with part of the order and tell me here is your order sr. i never receive and i apology for the situation and only the manager look to me to take the food and walk away and when i tell i don want the order now and i want my money back and the manager void the transaction and that it the manager tell me is void and i say no i don want to wait 3 or 5 businesses and day for put my money back to my account, and that manager male call the store manager and this store manager is a white tall lady folding the pizza box and never she answer the phone. And when the store manager coming to the counter i tell what happens with my order and once aging never give my a apology and nothing similar. And i ask i want my money back and she tell me your transaction is void and she ca not nothing to do about that.
Is very disrespectful if you like a manager of that store you not recognize, apology and admitted the error your restaurant do to convince the guest to come back and enjoy one again the great food your company make for the guest.
I am a Restaurant Manager for over 18 yrs experience and this is the worst service and treatment i receive in my entire life...

On the date of 8/31/17 I customer jason ornelas witnessed something very disturbing at the pizza hut in pecos tx adress 524 south cedar 79772. An employee by the name amber (A waitress) was threatened by an wing street employee by the name michael, some confusion about the waitress skipping onther waitress and taking her guest. Amber was filling the drinks for these guests at the soda fountain when the other waitress (Unknown name) asked her (While she was loading up soft drinks in the fridge located at the right hand side of the entrance door) are those my guests? Thats when wing steet employee michael turned around and told waitress amber. What the [censor] do you think you are doing taking other waitress guest! Stupid [censor]! Dont you know how [censor] works around here?! Get your [censor] together we dont tolerate that kind of bull crap here! (She said im sorry I didnt know I was just trying to help her) he continued by belittling her any way he could, the shift manager was there listening to the whole thing didnt tell him anything, just shrugged michael on the shoulder, I guess to tell him to stop. But michael kept on badgering amber about the situation. I was so upset over the situation it made me stomache turn on how mad I was. Is this the kind of behavior that is allowed at pizza hut? What kind of dictator ship is the american pizza company running at my local pizza hut? This needs to be fixed and he needs to be disciplined for his actions, its unfare and unjust to the way he treated the amber. It needs to be fixed now! I will do anything in my power to settle this if it does not get fixed!
pizza delivery with car full of people and food extremely cold
Placed order online tonight. Called to add a pizza to order. Young lady took my order and gave me the new price. An hour later the pizza arrives. The 2 medium pizzas are cold(very), veggies extremely large and uncooked and the order that had been modified was not there. I told the driver my concerns about the order and she was willing to go back but I called store instead. I did not want another pizza from this site or the driver. The presentation / delivery of the pizza was not how I'd preferred it. Details can be provided further about the delivery. Manager in site shares indicated the pizza that was not touched could not be refunded. She gave numerous reasons but gave no resolution. If this is how Pizza Hut delivers service me not those I know or work with will utilize your services here in Suffolk.
It's a serious issue. I am very much disappointed with the fact that such a brand deceived their customers. You should really take some legal action against them.

First of all, the General Manager at THIS specific Pizza Hut treats their employees and managers poorly, under pays them for the amount of work put into keeping the store up and running, suck at scheduling and don't listen to ideas the employees have in order to positively impact the store as a whole. I believe something needs to happen to these general managers at this store before it gets shut down and employees lose their jobs for something they can't control.

On 8/30/17 my son Jaime purchased 12 chicken wings and was told since it is Wednesday chicken wings are 60 cents a piece. He was charged 85 cents per wing. He thought the ticket wasn't right so he told Manager G. Manager G kept saying it is right. Jaime came home and told me. He definitely was overcharged, so I called Manager G and told him we were charged 85 cents per Wing instead of 60 cents per wing. I told him to get the calculator out and see for himself 12 chicken wings at 60 cents equals $7.20 not $10.20. He told me he would call me right back and never did. We work hard for our money and your manager doesn't want to make this right. My son tried to explain to him and I tried to explain. Doesn't seem to care.

how long it took to get my order delivered
On August 17th 2017 I ordered 2 med pizzas at 6.99 each and an 8 pc boneless wings at 6.99 online. My confirmation email said 35 to 45 mins. After waiting an hour I called and they said it would be about 10 more mins. Because they were very busy. It actually took another 40 mins. I was very upset that they weren't up front about my order. First, let me thank you for the free pizza offer, I really thought that was amazing and praised pizza hut and the experience here at work. I know the pizza I received on sunday, august 27, at 1pm was free but the product delivered was inexcusable.
Above is my order. The salad was fabulous, the wings great, thank you!
The pizza was over cooked, had no sauce whatsoever, the cheese minimal and burned into the dough.
I had minimal meat, maybe 6 slivers of red onion and mushrooms congregated in one place and not good product.
They left off the jalapeños and the beef as well.
The reason i'm sharing this is due to the fact that the pizza I ordered on august 5th, was the best pizza i've ever received from this pizza hut. The toppings, the cheese, the sauce, the crust and dough and the presentation superb! I had never been so pleased.
I know the weather was bad and I tipped the gentleman $7 and he was very, very nice. Obviously whoever was working that day was having a bad day or didn't know how to cook your pizzas? Please, please look into this because I love pizza hut, not dominos or papa john's. This store is literally 1 mile from my place.
Previously I lived off jollyville and oak knoll and ordered from that location almost weekly and they do a fabulous job, or did. I moved a year ago.
I'm sending pictures of the pizza and I think you'll notice the poor presentation and lack of toppings. What bothered me the most was the no sauce and barely any cheese.

Yo people dont ever park your cars at the pizza hut parking they tow them away. I was test driving a truck next door... and when I returned to buy pizza to take home I noticed my car was gone... asked the staff what happened and they said manager called the towing company and took car away. They say car was abandoned there since12:30p when thats imposible I take the car to work and at that time I was working so how does 1+2=5 you tell me. I had to pay a fine to get my car out and the manager of the pizza hit did not have the [protected]@!$ to talk to me he/she left when I was asking to talk to him or her. I hope the pizza hut comapany takes action to get me resolved...
Was it really illegal, are you sure? It was definitely a sh!++y thing to do, but their parking is almost certainly private parking, reserved exclusively for customers of their establishment. The fact that you hadn't purchased anything when you parked your car (and to my understanding, never did end up actually buying anything, correct?) means that you technically were never a customer on that day, so I'm just not quite sure how it is that your car was illegally towed.
California has laws that should be followed by every stablishment correct? Private customer sign not posted where laws state. Law says even towing commpany cannot proceed with the tow if they see the signs not posted properly like the law says. Do your homework.
I'm not sure what my grammar online has to do with how intelligent i actually am, but what i do know is that the signs were not properly posted and the towing company wrote incorrect information on the towing slip. The only signs they had were at the far back of their shop. Laws state they should be within 10 feet of sidewalk and they should be readily visible to any vehicle coming in to park.

The salad bar at the Caldwell Idaho is slowly going down the tubes. Sunday it was pretty sad. Why did you change from pickled beets to plain boiled sliced beets? No potato salad or macaroni salad? No cauliflower. Dill pickles? Really? No tomatoes? This Pizza hut had... lettuce, carrots, garbanzo beans, dill pickles, pepperoncini, pears and chocolate pudding. Also, unfortunately it is an eye sore with puncture weed and large weeds growing around it. I will give it ONE more chance.

I placed an order at 10:51 a.m. on August 29th. It was supposed to be delivered by 11:45 a.m. They were out of the sauce that is used on the veggie pizza I ordered. When the manager try to contact my cell phone I was at work and unable to answer. I did place the order for the entire office. At 12:30 I was able to call to find out where it was just because we were busy with customers. The manager told me that she had cancelled the order. The order was for my entire office. She said she could give me a $20 credit only if we were able to order in the future. I don't think that was a appropriate or professional comment. I felt that the tone of her voice was unprofessional and rude as well. The statement itself was rude. She should have called the bank where I work because it wasn't office placed order and to be delivered at the office. I think some retraining re coaching is in need and I'm not looking for anything further but I'm highly upset. We had another issue with them on August 11th with a late delivery. They do not seem very reliable.

Recently I called in an order for two large 2 topping Pizzas. Upon arrival the delivery driver notified me that she forgot my soda. I told her that I would wait for her to bring one back to me and brought my order inside. when I opened the boxes both Pizzas appeared to have been dropped. Hi 2 days ago I ordered a large meat lovers and some hot wings. once I got the text saying its out for delivery it took them 1 hour when it usually takes 20 min. On Sat. 8-26-17 I experienced the worse customer service at the Pizza Hut in Terrell, Tx. I place my order online at 7pm, order # 3170826190026001184031937, email stated delivery would be at 8:05pm. By 8:30 p.m. I had not received my order so I called to require and was given a very rude response of "it's on it's way" and was hung up on. By 9:00pm still no delivery so I called back and was given the same rude response so I asked what the hold up was my kids were starving by this point and the only response I got was it's on it's way with them not being able to tell me what time it would be there. Pizza arrived at 9:10pm, at this point I accepted the delivery because I knew I would have a hard time getting my $ back due to the rude responses I received, needless to say the pizza was cold as ever and nasty as could be, cheese was burnt, it was terrible! I am a valued pizza hut customer, as a result I earned over 260 points to order a free pizza online. I placed an order on pizzahut.com, on August 27, 2017 at around 9:00 pm for one free large meat lovers pizza and one large two topping pizza. The order was originally placed to my home address but I promptly called pizza hut to inform them that I was taking care of business next door at the leasing office, and requested that the pizza be sent there. "Nick" stated that the pizza wasn't finished yet and that the driver would deliver the pizza to the leasing office address. I had some out of town guest that were waiting outside with me for over 30 minutes and when the pizza never arrived we called again, and "Nick" then stated that the pizza was on the way. We then waited for another 45-50 minutes outside, because we didn't want to leave the location until we had gotten the order, and there was still no pizza. As a result, I called again and asked about the pizza. At this point, "Nick"became very rude and was talking over me and kept stated that its my fault, that I would not be getting my pizza, that the order would be canceled, and that I wasn't were I said I was going to be. This was extremely upsetting to me and I feel I was nearly taken out of character because "Nick was trying to engage in an argument with me and focus on winning the argument, instead of making sure that he understands my needs as a customer. We have cameras outside the leasing office that will confirm that me and my guest were standing outside in the rain, for over an hour waiting on the food to arrive. The situation was extremely upsetting making me feel like "Nick" felt that it was okay to be rude to customers. Nick stated that he was the manager and could do what ever he wanted. I couldn't even ask him any questions, like will I receive my pizza reward back after he canceled, because he just kept on talking over me and telling me to be quiet. He even stated that it was not raining and that he doesn't owe me a courtesy or anything. He also stated "You probably don't even order a lot of pizza, and just got the double points promotion that we have going on." I no longer feel safe ordering at this location, if an employee would feel comfortable talking to a customer in this fashion. The rudeness that Nick displayed towards me was even more upsetting then not receiving my pizza.
I just want to feel like as a customer I will be valued, and that I won't be talked over or mistreated, and that my questions and concerns won't go unanswered, and that I will receive my order in a timely fashion. I also want to make sure that I receive my reward points back onto my account, because that question was never answered.
We checked the cameras and guess what we found, The pizza guy at the leasing site. That NIck is no good, he obviously hacked into our security system to make it appear that the pizza delivery guy went to the leasing site and that we were not there. I don't know how he did this, but it is very low of NIck to first be rude to us, and then to hack into our security system to make us appear as liars. He even made it appear that they had the pizza guy come to the leasing site in the five short minutes that it stopped raining. How low is NIck that he would hack into someone's security cameras to make them appear like liars when he is the one that is lying.

What a disappointment. We ordered the fight special.from the Albemarle rd store In charlotte ND. The pizza was good but the hand tossed pizza could have cooked a minute or two longer because it was slightly doughey. However tolerable I was very disappointed with the apple pie dessert. They were soggy and all broken up in the box. It looked terrible, eaten and soggy, and I included a picture. Not happy overall. PIZZA Hut seems to be slipping...too many complaints...anyway.. it's crazy when you are trying to get a Decent meal and your hungry and it goes south. Guess I need to order from dominoes or Pappas John's unless you respond .
