Triple treat box
The email we received was a little misleading. There was no icing on the Cinnabon rolls at all, and very little sauce for the bread sticks. My husband's pepperoni pizza was great, but my mushroom pizza lacked in cheese. We'll stick to the regular menu from now on. This was purchased at the Snellville, GA store on Scenic Highway. My order had never arrived yesterday. My order number was 3201229122044001414029429. I wait and waited for my order and my order had never arrived.
Pizza was not received and money was not refunded.
I called and talked to customer service on Dec.19. He said the manager of the store would contact me within 3 days. I have not heard anything as of Dec 30th.I would like my money. I was on the phone for about 30 minutes telling him what happened. This is the worse customer service I have ever had to deal with. I did not get my pizza that I paid for so just give me my money. No delivery was made. I had a fin supreme pizza to be delivered and never showed up!
I am staying at the Hyatt place in Worthington Ohio and I got a phone number from a delivery guy to call in for pizza to be delivered I called [protected]... The charge for the then supreme pizza large was 2198 that was charged on my credit card and that included the delivery.
The phone number was on the receipt that I was given... I am pretty upset!

Horrible serving size and burnt food
We ordered 3 large spaghettis with meat sauce on the side, you can clearly see they didn't want to make another plastic bag of sauce and divided into 3. Sauce is burnt! Noodles were clumped together. We ended one ate plain noodles to have other person combine all 3 sauces and I just ate the garlic bread. Not the first time we have had horrible food at this location. We have photo of when putting on noodles, it's a joke.
Pizzas
On 12/23/2020, we bought three medium pizzas at the Many (Louisiana) Pizza Hut. After getting home, I found that, instead of "hand tossed" that I had ordered on a Hamburger and Jalapeno, I got thin crust. Too, we were advised, before we made the 15 mile drive to pick up the pizzas, that they were out of Jalapeno...so...I wound up with a Hamburger pizza. I have two small dogs whose dry dog food kinda looks like, and has the consistency of, the aforementioned "hamburger". Needless to say, it was not fit for human consumption. My wife ordered a supreme, (using the term very loosely), that was barely passable, let alone "supreme". This will be our last trip to Pizza Hut, we will spend our money elsewhere.

Medium pizza to go
Ticket number 102 at 5:48 PM. Invoice number 63 Ordered on Dec-22-2020 one medium pizza to go at Pizza Hut which I began to eat right away. I am seventy years old, and worked during the day. I was really hungry. It appeared that the pizza was cooked earlier in the day, and had been warmed in a microwave. It was stiff, and not fresh even in taste.

Yesterday we ordered a pizza from the store on Tremont Rd in Columbus, Ohio. The order was for a large thin crust half pepperoni lovers and half mushrooms. Please see the attached photo for the result! The pizza might have had a hint of sauce (?), a total of 13 slices of pepperoni and a limited amount of mushrooms. I contacted the store with an "FYI" call and spoke with the manager. I was told that he personally prepared the pizza, placed the measured amount of items on the pizza and inferred "what do you want me to do"! Just thought you'd be interested.

Yes hi my name is Tamika I was hired the day before yesterday to go into the store of Pizza Hut for training as a manager well as I go into the store the young lady that's on duty her name was Simone keep in mind this is my first date and she started showing me the ropes so she called it quote this little girl put the book in my hand and told me to go get temperatures for every cooler and me that was on this paper I asked the young lady how am I supposed to go take these temperatures and I have no idea where nothing that I have no idea what supposed to be What temperature was the highest was the lowest what it's not supposed to be and so on the young lady that the manager there is very nasty first off the young lady don't know me from nowhere first time ever meeting me and was very rude and disrespectful to me all because she didn't want to do her job did young lady feel to show me the ropes on how to take the temperatures of the products also when I saw it then I thought about it for a minute I was like hold up like this is my first day I have no idea where nothing's at I have no walkthrough I asked the young lady to do a walk-through with me and she told me quote I am not going to hold your hands and do your job for you I had to do a Set It Off look like hold up I just walked in this door this is my first time walking through oh my God the store. I Had ordered my box from Pizza Hut from Zomato on 11th Dec 2020
The food (My Box) was delivered and which had a Pizza Chicken Fajita / Buffalo Wing (4 Piece) & Potato Wedges.
We had the Pizza, but were surprised to see the Buffalo wings with Chicken Feathers. (See Attached Photo)
I called the customer care and they informed the manager will look at the case and replace the food. That's all they replaced the item without any apology or any feedback on my complaint.
