our pizza orders
We have been ordering pizza at our local Pizza Hut at 2999 Kendall Ave St. C-14 in San Bernardo CA for several months. Our problem is they have yet to correctly make our pizza order. We have repeatedly spoken to the manager to no avail. They kindly give us pizza credits and they get those pizza orders wrong too. The funny thing we always order the same pizzas, large meat lovers add pineapple with hand tossed crust, or pepperoni with Peruvian red peppers. The size may change and once in a while we may order a supreme pizza. We are not complicated and it's really starting to frustrate the hell out of us. There are other pizza places available but our busy lives demand a delivered pizza and I for one prefer Pizza Hut to disgusting Dlminos. Is there anything you can do to ensure we get a correctly made pizza order? I understand a mistake it happens, but every single time a customer orders? At this point it is beginning to feel personal. My last order on January 26, 2018 was on of the carry out specials, 2 medium 2-topping pizzas for $5.99 each. My choice was hand tossed crust crust, pepperoni, and Peruvian red peppers. 1 pizza and was fine. The second pizza was a thin and crispy crust attempted to pass off as hand tossed, pepperoni, and the red chilies. I know about the seconds crust because itis had the tell tale holes on the bottom. I don't know about y'all but that has happened to us now 3 times and it's pure [censor]. I am not a happy customer. I know lots of people and I do not mind telling them about the experience and service I receive at that brand new store.

This does not make any kind os sense at all. This is our third attempt and as i'm sending this i'm also on hold from your compamy and have been for about 45 min and has pick up! all I want is what was promise to us and that was an order up to 50 but when we try to redeem our 50 they said there's nothing there for us. At this point if no one contact us asap me and our family will be going pubic on every social media until you all take us serious! this should'nt be this way it's been almost 2 weeks and no one has call or email us. What your company has done isnt't right.

1st and most important the food was Horrible not the way we ordered it.
Paid $18 for a pizza that was not made the way we ordered it. Customer service very very poor, the tables were dirty the floor had food on it. We had to ask for plates when a pizza came out. The manager appealed to not care about the Customers. My family and I sat there for over 2 hours no one cleaned the tables or a table while we were there or swept the food out of the floor that is very unprofessional. I vowed not to NEVER go back to Pizza Hut in West MEMPHIS Arkansas again.

Every time I have a delivery service, it takes at least one hour to receive my order. I make an order, and when I receive my order, my food is cold. I pay the full amount, and the quality of my food is awful. I am a loyal pizza hut customer, but I no longer want to order from pizza hut when my food is cold and the delivery provider acts as if this is okay to receive cold food.

Pizza Hut have the two topping pizza for $5.99 each. I order two 2-topping pizzas, cheese sticks, and some lemon pepper bone in wings. My family and I had dine in. The server took our order and I asked what were the specials that they had and he told me about the 2- topping pizzas for $5.99. I told him I wanted two of them plus the food that I mention at top. He said okay. He checked on us every once in a while but when it came upon getting the receipt, he wasn't anywhere to be found. So the cashier overcharged me for the two pizzas which was 9.87 twice instead of 5.99. For one, she was on her cellphone cashing out my order. Poor customer service... I asked the manager about my ticket because I had my sister to go pay for our food with my card. He told me that the money had went through and all he could do was to give me a $25 credit which will have to be used within next week. I want my money back because the service was just awful and will never go back...

So I wanted the 2 - 2 topping pizza for 5.99 each, but I see my invoice i was charged $12.48 for one and the other was $11.48. So why didn't I get the 2 for $5.99 each..

I ordered to large pizza and request parmesan crust and when I received the pizza it did not have parmesan on the crust. I contact the Pizzahut located at 2931 Market St., San Diego, CA 92102. I was informed that they were out of parmesan cheese. I ask why wasn't I notified and gave another option. She had no good answer. In addition, I pre-ordered the pizzas to be delivered at 1 pm and they were delivered at 12:00 and they were cold. I am very dissatified with this order.

I ordered 2 medium pizza's @ 2 for $5.99 each. One pizza was sausage and pepperoni, the other was ham and pineapple. The crust I ordered was buttery garlic. Time of order was 10:10 pm. A pizza hut employee called me at 10:15 stating they ran out of the crust I ordered and asked me to choose another crust. I chose hand tossed. I had my daughter pick up the pizza. She had to wait at least 6 mins for an employee to come from the back of the store. When I opened the boxes both pizza's had thin and crispy crust. The sausage and pepperoni pizza was burnt, dry, and little to no sauce. The pineapple and ham pizza was overcooked as while. Very dissatisfied the my order.

very rude employee at the dine in
I was buying the lunch buffet at the Pizza Hut at 500 S. Atlantic Ave, in Daytona Beach. I encountered a waitress named Gabrielle who was so rude and unprofessional that I got up and left early, before finishing my lunch. I will advise all of my friends not to go there or order from there. She was taking my plates before I was done eating, refused to refill my drink, and separating the food on the buffet with her fingers with no gloves on. When I tried to pay and leave, she ignored me and made me wait.

I had to travel to two different stores to get my pizza... they said one was open when it was closed, and nobody called or said anything.
my pizza was GREASY, barely ANY toppings, cold.. the box was covered in grease it was disgusting. There was no "white board" to keep it warm. My breadsticks were covered in grease and garlic. I started puking from all the garlic and grease. I had to heat my own pizzas up.

I ordered two orders of eight wings and one order of garlic knots I have the online reciept from my email charging me for that. I left before the delivery arrived my dad had a stroke so my babysitter answered the door and didn't know what I ordered to yell the difference I just got home and she says they brought one order of wings with six enclosed and one order of burnt breadsticks I then look at the reciept that the delivery driver gave her at the door it had 2 orders of wings on it . My card was charged for the full amount of two orders of wings and the knots I never recieved. I am sending u a copy of both recipients
For Heaven's sake, it's not a scam! People make honest mistakes. Before spreading lies you should try contacting Pizza Hut. I'm sure they'd be happy to make things right for you.
2 medium pizzas
Last saturday January 20 at 6:20 pm my friend and I called to the store located on Sunrise Hwy on Lindenhurst, New York to order the especial 2 medium pizzas for$17. We drove there to pick it up around 30 minutes after placing the order but when we got there the pizzas were not done, we waited almost 30 more minutes and finally we decided to cancel the order. We were told it had been canceled but today been monday still our money haven't been refunded. The name in the order is Zhao Li. By the way we have ordered pizza from this store a couple times before and always had to wait but Saturday was the worst and this place is filty and hard to find.

On yesterday 1/21/2018 at 1:45 pm myself, family and friends went to a pizza hut located in Quincy Florida on Jefferson street. When as soon as we entered we wanted to turn back around in leave due to rude customer service. As soon as we entered the young lady told us we can have a seat anywhere we like when the rude waitress said if your coming for the buffett you only have 20 minutes. She then therefore took off all the plates off the buffet leaving us with one a piece. The children politely asked for utensil and she rolled her eyes and said we just have to wait since she is the only waitress but with an attitude. At the time of the request she was standing there just talking to an employee that was off the clock. My girlfriend approached her and asked for the utensils again since she had them in her hand. She said again I will be with you I am only one person. All that back talk was not necessary if she had the utensils in her hand she could of just handed it to us. We did not feel welcome and I would love to come in train the staff on attitude and customer service. As we were leaving I paid with cash but the money was in a tithe envelope from church and the cashier said out loud these people spending church money. I called in an order st the pizza hut in Lithonia Ga, 2717 Evans Mill Rd. I was going to order 2 personnel pan pizzas. carry out.But to my surprise I was told over the phone. Sorry we are out of personal pan pizzas. Please tell me how you supposedly run out of personal pan pizzas. Well l will guess BAD MANAGEMENT!. This is not the first time l have gotten this response. I was a regular customer. But this experience has changed my mind about Pizza Huts. I will tell my family and all my friends of this experience. I will no longer go to anymore Pizza Huts. Hello my name is Erica and I'm a loyal customer and have been for many years. All I wanted was many back from the driver who deliver our pizza on 1/19/18 . So our pizza was deliver like usual but when we paid the young man he never came back with our change so then we decided to call the store and the manger wasn't a very good person to talk to. So now I'm writing you all letting this company know that I'm filing charges for theft yes come Monday . A situation like this just happened to me here in Houston and guess what I let store manager know (2 of them). They could care less :), I ordered pizza for my staff and when the delivery guy showed up, he said it didn't go through and I owed him $64.30. I said, "no, I paid online" He said, "If you had paid I would have a different receipt". So I double checked my email it didn't show that I had been charged so I paid him the money thinking that my card didn't go through. After distributing pizza to the staff, I sat down and ate, I then checked my account and found that the money had been taken. Naturally, I called Pizza Hut and explained to them the situation, to my surprise they stated the driver said I had not paid him anything. The store manager stated that the driver also said that he knew I had paid by credit card therefore why would he collect from me? I then took it upon myself to go to the store, thinking that maybe they are thinking of another $64 delivery. I was told the driver left and his phone is dead. Luckily for me, there was camera right above where we were standing and I have 2 witnesses that saw me pay him. So I am waiting until Monday to speak with the General Manager and if nothing is refunded then I am ALSO filing a report.
So to SubSquirrel ...Does it seem a bit much to get police involved, to you. YES, but to the rest of us, IT IS A CRIME TO STEAL! Whether it be $10 or $10, 000. What is ironically sad about this whole situation is that by filing these police reports it might actually evoke change and prevent a driver from stealing your money. Something that (judging from the comments) you would have no problem with.

I pick up big pizza from pizza hut 89141. around 8 50 pm. kiz were starting eating amd found hair at the pizza. I try to. take out hair out but it stick inside. of pizza can not pull. pizza completely wrong and uncooked
January 19, 2018 This is the third time that we have ordered pizza from Pizza Hut, and EVERY TIME we order, it has been UNDERCOOKED. I wrote Special instructions to COOK DOUGH WELL, and of course, it was under-cooked. (almost raw) We are cooking ours in the oven as I am writing this.
Secondly, the delivery guy handed us the pizza, and said here is an order of bread sticks free because we were late. He couldn't find our address. He had thick blondish hair-almost afro like- kind of reminded us of Napoleon Dynamite. We brought the pizza in the house, opened the box, picked up a piece and realized it WAS THE WRONG PIZZA. We put it back in the box. We ordered Supreme, and this was a Pepperoni-Sausage. We caught him before he left, explained what happened, and he gave us the correct one. Taking the other one AND the bread sticks back to be delivered. I am sure someone will receive this pizza after we had it in our hands.
I will NO LONGER order from Pizza Hut, and will tell everyone around here as well. We are not the only ones who have had problems. This is just horrible. We have no pictures because we had to catch the driver. Just ridiculous.

- I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was simply bread and pepperoni. There wasn't any marinara sauce and very little cheese. I peeled the back the top layer in the pic to show the depth. This has been the trend over the years. I've experienced it with other Pizza Huts as well. Not just this one. I once thought of Pizza Hut pizza as the top of the line pizza but no longer.
- No resolution at this time for me. I won't be back for a while but I recommend the franchise work on improving the quality.
