Planet Fitness review: Out of order and outdated equipment

We are members of the Planet Fitness in North Fort Myers, FL. and for the last 6 years several of the bikes that you pedal towards the front have been out of service. One has never been fixed and one was fixed for about 2 months before it went out again. Two of them the display randomly starts over if you stop pedaling for just one second. They have not replaced any of the equipment in the last 10 years that I know of. They only have 6 of the bikes that we use every time we go and 2 to 3 of them are normally out of order. The wait line is long and a lot of people have stopped going altogether because of the condition of the equipment. 1. They need more of those bikes and less treadmills if space is a concern and 2. They need to at least have the equipment that they do have operational. A month of two is one thing, but years of being out of service is not acceptable. I'm really wondering if it's worth the time to go there when I have to spend 30 to 45 mins waiting my turn on the bikes that do work.
