I have been going to the Planet Fitness in San Antonio TX, I reside in the 78247 area, so both off Nacogdoches. The difference in customer service, the one off 410 and Nacogdoches is horrible. I went today tried to get some clarification on my plan due to the fact I am enrolled through my insurance plan. Both counter staff horrible and incompetent. Rude just horrible and happen to my last visit, I personally think because I am Black the just discredit me. I went to the Nacogdoches off O'Connor Rd major difference spoke with Scott very knowledgeable of my situation handle it and great customer service skills.
Now will say Nacogdoches off O'Connor equipment always broke. And IU prefer going to the Nacogdoches and 410 due to the upkeep of equipment but the front desk staff I have encountered needs to be trained or fired. My name is Don and number [protected].

Like I said this has NOTHING to do with your being black.
It has EVERYTHING about being black. Even white children are racist towards me. One time a white five year old started crying because he thought that me being black made me a thug and criminal. This white child was scared of me. I punched him in the face and even though a child acted racist towards me I faced charges. I hope that racist child dies.
