Nasty food
Store #5809 order #52 $25.32
Fries where old and cold, actually all the food that came out was basically cold and out of butterfly shrimp so was given a few peices of popcorn shimp. Couldn't even tell that is was a popcorn shrimp. Ordered sauces with the food and none came out in the bag. No silverware either.
Drive through cashier was very nice though.

You ruined a good chicken sandwich.
We stopped eating at KFC because they changed oil brand and the chicken is uneatable, it appears you have done the same. We ordered the classic chicken sandwich and took it back because it was soggy. They made us new ones but it still wasn't good. The color was to dark and it tasted like we were eating crayons. You took the best chicken sandwich ever and turned it into human waste.

My cousin and I stopped at the drive thru window of the Popeye's #13298 on 28061 Hwy 28, Hazlehurst, MS on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 8:03 PM to get a 2 piece snack box of Spicy, crispy, white meat only chicken with a biscuit and honey. We had to reorderat the window because she had gotten the order wrong at the drive up speaker. After an extensive wait of 20+ minutes I paid $4.80, took my meal from a very rude young woman working at the window.
When I returned to my Aunt's home at 9:47 PM to consume my purchased meal is when I realized I didn't get my order. I was given a 2 piece snack box with a breast and thigh, red beans and rice, burnt/hard biscuit and no honey. The receipt (order 22) she gave me has I should have gotten a wing and breast that were mild. I do not eat thighs and always order the white meat spicy chicken. This is the meal I will always get from any of your location's I visit.
My Aunt lives a considerable distance from Hazlehurst (roughly 40 - 45 miles, an hours drive one way) and the meal was purchased at 8:38 PM so returning the purchased meal was out of the question. My cousin's order was wrong as well, but that is another issue.
The young woman at the window was very rude, screaming at who I suspect was a supervisor and extremely unprofessional to both my cousin and myself.

On April 16th 2022, I went through the drive thru at a Springfield Illinois Popeyes location. The line was all the way out in the road and everyone was waiting 15 to 20 minutes in-between orders. When it was finally my turn there was a sign on the order board stating CASH ONLY! Ofcourse I only had card, so I had to go somewhere eles to eat after waiting 45 minutes only to be told sorry when there should have been a sign visibly in front of the business stating cash only. The employee was rude and said that's not my job to inform you or put a sign out, knowing there was a long line of customers waiting to order food. It seems everytime I am at this location I have encountered multiple issues with rude employees, they never have everything I ordered in the bag, you're not allowed to go inside and order because they won't let people in. When asked to speak to a manager, they simply say we are busy or to quote "[censored] off" none of the employees are in uniform, pants halfway down to there knees and overall a [censored]ty experience when wanting to get a family meal... I would love to see a corporate manager or regional manager come out to this location to straighten out the issues that are always on going and to make this a place people can come to, to enjoy a good meal... I personally will not be coming back to this or any Popeyes location until I see drastic improvement with the staff and services... Great chicken horrible staff, definitely believe they are costing this company tons of dollars in revenue from lack of care and customer service.

Chicken Sandwich
I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, frozen strawberry lemonade and mac-n-cheese. They were out of strawberry lemonade and mac-n-cheese, the chicken sandwiches had no Mayonaise or pickles. I have been a regular customer of popeyes for some time but my latest visits have been extremely disappointing that I'm considering finding another favorite. The store I'm referencing is at 3510 Telegraph Rd. in St.Louis

Rude Manager
On 4/10/22 I had a walk in order that I placed on the website and when I picked it up no-one said that my order was changed or asked if I wanted a replacement for the missing/not available items. The manager also made fun of my last name while I was standing right in front of him. After I went to the vehicle with my food and checked to make sure I had everything, I went back in to let them know there was a meal missing and I showed the employee my receipt on the phone and the manager immediately got rude and said I didn't pay for that because he took it off the menu since it was not available. But I did pay for the side, the drink and the biscuit all separately that came with the meal! Why wasn't I told right away what I ordered wasn't available? I could have ordered something else! And why did I have to pay for all the other things that were with the meal since I didn't get it? I also didn't get the other drink that I paid for with the one meal that I got! This was definitely the worst experience I have ever had and will never go back to this restaurant again! So I basically paid an extra $6.79 for nothing!
Desired outcome: At the very least this manager should be reprimanded and taught how to serve customers better and not make fun of anyone's name at least not right in front of them!!I know I won't receive a refund but it would be appreciated!!
ROACHES was crawling in the restaurant
On 4/12/2022 I got in drive through line @7:00 pm and got to the window to pay @7:25 pm just as I was about to pay I looked and seen something moving in and out of the container the sauces was in and it was roaches I immediately got out of line . This is unsafe for customers I was very disappointed , Please do something about this problem .

My wife went through the drive through and ordered a 5 piece strip dinner with beans and rice. Got home, 9 miles, and found we had fries instead of beans and rice. Not the end of the world, I like fries. The problem is that they were a soft, greasy, lump instead of fries. On 1/2 hr lunch...Ordered online, thought order would be ready when I got there..NOPE. This is the 2nd time! Then I had to pull up and wait. 20 min go by from when I first ordered. Lady said they don't get online order till we get to speaker. I said what's the point in ordering online then?
Didn't give me right sauce even though it says what kind on receipt! Didn't get my drink either. On my way back to work and realized I didn't get my drink. Went back to store for them to tell me machine was down..which they failed to tell me! I said I want to be refunded since I paid for it. She said they can't do that. Customer service sucks at that location. They are extremely slow and have attitudes like they're doing customers a favor! It's sickening! People are fed up with that place! I am DONE ordering from there.
Customers deserve good service if we spend our money there! Starting with the turtle moving manager not doing his job, there needs to be more enforced consequences for poor service or just stop hiring trash people!
Desired outcome: Start online order when placed online, not at speaker. Hold workers accountable for screwing up orders, taking good ol' time in FAST food restaurant because they're lazy. Do the 3 strikes, you out method. Plenty of other people need a job!
