The problem is my university do not accept pos laju delivery for student. Because student must use popbox. But poslaju, made their stand not to send student parcel to popbox adress! They made it compulsory for student to pick up at their branch. We need to go there by car! Or grab! Which is rm 10 one way! Pos LAJU is indeed inconsiderate and selfish. Student do not afford for that expense! Not every student has a car. I know that POS LAJU is the kind of major player in this industry. But please don't take advantage on the monopoly. I personally would not ask ur delivery if I have the option.. But the seller uses POS LAJU what to do... Please maintain ur performance and quality. If not I would only pray for Pos LAJU doom
barang lambat sampai alasan salah poskod
Saya telah membuat tempahan barang menggunakan shopee. Barang telah diserah kepada poslaju nilai pada 23/12/19. Agak mengecewakan bila barang hanya sampai pada 30/12/2019 dan staff pos laju mengatakan sebab kelewatan adalah disebabkan salah nombor poskod. Kenapa pula salah sedangkan J&T dan syarikat lain tiada masalah dlm penghantaran ke alamat yg sama digunakan oleh poslaju. Takkan lah saya nk ubah poskod hanya utk poslaju. Bangang ke apa? Dah mmg itu alamat saya nk ubah kemana pula? Jgn bg alasan kalau x mampu nak hantar. Nilai ke rembau ambil masa yg lama, mcm ni ke servis terbaik? Kalau saya tau pembekal guna poslaju, saya x beli lah. Nilai ke seremban lps tu pergi ke klia patah semula ke seremban lps tu pergi balik ke klia dan alasan salah poskod sdgkan rembau ada pejabat poslaju.

Saya order barang 23 dec 2019 (isnin), seller post 23 dec 2019 (isnin), 24 dec 2019 (Selasa) barang sampai kt Cukai Kemaman, hari ni 29 dec 2019 (ahad) barang masih belum sampai, barang orang rumah saya pn sama, lagi lama dari saya, saya tak tahu ape masalah post cawangan kemaman, ramai orang komen negetive pasal post cawangan kemaman, macam mana melayu nak bangkit ? Masing masing ada kerje masing masing, nak kata cuti Christmas takkan seminggu cuti Christmas, mampos ah malaysia macam ni, kalau tak nak buat keje baik tak payah keje, duduk rumah membongkang sudah, service post laju cukai kemaman memang teruk, bukan saya sorang yang kena, ramai lagi customers lain yang kene macam saya, harap di ambik tindakan secepat mungkin.

Hi, I would like to complaint about the services at Pos Malaysia, Bintulu Branch. No informing, no calling when the item was ready for collection and still giving reasons like no company telephone to call, no provide any delivery services to Kidurong area in Bintulu, and already delivered but no one take. However, when i check the tracking status the date and time delivered were the same as when the item confirmed to be collected. That means they didn't even try to deliver the item and directly make it as delivery unsuccessful. I'm quite disappointed to Pos Malaysia Bintulu Branch provides such services to their customer. Hopefully the main branch can look into this issue and help us to avoid this kind of incident to happen again.

I'm very angry on Pos Laju customer service. My problem cant solve on the same day because your customer service operates until 8.30pm only. You delivery service is such a [censored]. My parcel stuck in ezibox because I didnt receive any message for pin number to open it. I never experience this issue with other company delivery item. Pos laju is very suck.

Merujuk perkara di atas, pada 27hb Disember 2019, di antara 8.50am-11am, dan nombor yang terkini baru sahaja yang ke-3039. Walhal saya telah datang awal dan mendapat nombor giliran yang ke-3117. Melihat kepada kesesakan pelanggan, aliran servis juga menjadi lambat dan purata masa 15minit untuk setiap nombor. Hanya empat orang staff pos malaysia berada di kaunter. Seharusnya Pos Malaysia peka dengan kepadatan penduduk di sini dan perlu meningkatkan lagi jumlah staff untuk menanggung kapasiti pelanggan yang datang setiap hari. Sekian terima kasih
Last year, my experience with poslaju was good, quite fast especially in Kuching area. However, in the last few months I could not track my items after it reached and despatched from Sabah side and it took 5 workings for before I received the item. No tracking was available after it was despatched from Sabah. It just said item has been despatched from Sabah sorting office. Seems to me the either the incoming items were not scanned or something wrong with the system. I hope they will rectify their service.

Servis Poslaju sebagai sebuah syarikat GLC yang mempunyai reputasi tinggi amat mengecewakan.
Saya mempercayai servis Poslaju untuk menghantar dokumen penting dan mengharapkan parcel saya boleh sampai lebih awal daripada pos biasa, tetapi bukan sahaja servis ini lambat, parcel pun tidak dapat dikesan.
Tracking sistem dalam talian, mahupun pegawai pejabat di cawangan Shah Alam tidak dapat membekalkan informasi yang tepat dan menambahkan kesulitan.
Saya menuntut agar parcel dihantar dengan segera. Untuk pengetahuan pihak pos laju, disebabkan kelewatan ini, urusan saya tergendala dan terpaksa menanggung kerugian.
Diharap pihak pos laju dapat menyelesaikan masalah ini dengan kadar segera dan dapat membetulkan sistem penghantaran untuk mengelakkan berlakunya masalah yang sama di masa hadapan. Secara tidak langsung reputasi pos laju (Pos Malaysia) serta kepercayaan pelanggan akan hilang.

I am writing today to complain about a poor service i recieved from your company on 20th December 2019 at around 4.00pm, I have waited to received my parcel more than 2 weeks, called HQ several times and no answer, decided to check at the small branch in UPM to ask whether my parcel have arrived or not but instead i have to face a very rude man, dont know how to talk nicely to a customer, not suitable to put him in front desk line.

Just now call me on 3:13, i miss the call when i working... when i calling back on 3:18, he talk to me rudely, said who are you? Where you calling from? I call you not pick up! Then you go poslaju pickup yourself! Is really need i pay money to them then have service like this? I will not using poslaju anymore! Its really bad service!
