I went in the store to scan some old lottery tickets that were in my car, and when I finished, my daughter asked for some skittles. So we pick out a pack and go to the counter with them. When I reached in my pocket, I realized that I left my debit card in my car, so I said "oh my goodness I think I left my card in the car, i'll be right back." your cashier literally chased my 2 yr old and grabbed her to get those skittles out of her hand! Not once did she say "leave the skittles on the counter" or "i'll hold them while you go to the car". She took them from her, and when we went back in to pay, I walked up to the register and she waved her hand very dismissively to where the candy was, because she put them back. I was parked at the door! So I only purchased the skittles because my daughter really wanted them, but honestly, that is the absolute most disgusting customer service experience that I have had in my life! Luckily I noticed what she was doing because it looked like she was grabbing my 2 year old child! Over a pack of skittles that I could pay for 50 times! She was very rude and dismissive, and if that is the level of customer service of the employees at race track, I will never stop at one again. The incident happened around 7pm, if you need to verify.
Oh! And she didn't even ask if wanted a receipt, it I definitely asked for it.

Been going to this one store for now on 6 weekends, 1st weekend machine worked, 2 nd weekend it was not on, so had to wait for employ to turn machine on. I have been a customer for over 30 years at the old race track now at the new racetrack at RaceTrac, 5669 Fairburn Rd, Douglasville, GA 30134 and some of the people that work there are Rude as Hell, it has a self service and a cashier, some of the cashier, s are Friendly but the Rude cashier's i'm sick of them, so I will never go back to this Racetrack again,

For the last month, I have not been able to get a receipt at the pump at this location. Every time I get gas, I cannot get a receipt. I get the message, "See cashier for receipt". Your ringgold, ga location is annoyingly inconsistent when it comes to hours of operation... since my complaint isn't long enough, I would also like to mention your staff member seemed to be annoyed when the gentleman in front of me rang the bell twice for service at the service window, in which I have never in four years, living in the area, seen be used, which goes back to my original complaint inconsistent hours of operation.
