I've recently had an unpleasant experience with Radisson that I think you should know about.
In April of this year, we made a reservation for the Radisson Tsinandali Estates in Georgia (the country, not the U.S. state) through booking.com. The reservation was for one night, July 12-13, for 2 people, and the price quoted and paid was $332.05. On the morning of July 12, I called the hotel directly, and was told that the same room was available for $186.00 (478 Georgian Gels)--substantially less than the price we had paid earlier. When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of the hotel, I was told that the difference might be due to price fluctuations, though the difference was clearly more than could be accounted for by this. I was told that there was nothing to be done, since the reservation was prepaid. I talked with the hotel's Reservation Manager (Mary), but she said she unable to help I then asked to speak with the General Manager (Nousa Ramishvili), and was told that he/she would call me back. However, I was never called. Later, I tried to reach booking.com, but was unable to get through.
I was very disappointed that the Radisson price varied so widely, and that the hotel made no effort whatsoever to adjust the cost of the room, but took a position that was adversarial to a guest. I was also surprised that I never received a callback that was promised. Thanks to this attitude, we plan to avoid staying at a Radisson in the future.

Country Inn & Suites Northwood, Iowa
My friend is disabled and while gambling she keeps an ash tray in the basket of her mobile scooter. We stayed at the Country Inn that is attached to the casino. The hotel is non smoking and she never smoked in the hotel. She left the ash tray she had used in the casino on a desk at the hotel rather than steal it. The hotel charged me $200 dollars and said someone was smoking in the room. I made certain she went outside to smoke each time to smoke. Stolen item when luggage was given to their care
I arrived at noon for check in and still no room was available for check in. I left my bags with the hotel to go out. After I came back to the hotel and finally got checked in. I was returned with my bags without the new bottle of conditioner I just brought that morning on the side pocket of that bag. Service at front desk is rude and arrogant. First thing they assures me is no one will steal it and that he does not want to deal with it right now. I was out of a $20 conditioner that I had just brought, and till this day no where to be found. No apologies from the hotel except "For Sure they didn't seal it"
Desired outcome: I wanted them to check their security which they didn't even do. I want an apology for the terrible rude service. The attitude of this front desk is a disgraceful to the Radisson brand.

on Jul5th I booked for only 20mn at Park Inn by Radisson Reykjavik Keflavik Airport from Jul6 - Jul14 then I cancelled due biz plan changed. I received alert from AMEX that may account will be charged 227880 ISK approx 1700 USD. I believe something should be done so I can get that amount voided due to the fact thta I only hold the reservation for less than 30mn and the room could have the time to be booked after that. I have booked in today, 1 July 2023. I discovered that I have only one flat pillow and kindly requested another one. We have now dailed 3x times and I have gone down to reception myself. However, the receptionist refuses to send me a second pillow. She is rude and also refuses to contact her manager or superior. When my fiancé phoned her just now insisting on another pillow or to talk to her manager, she hung up the phone.
I have not been treated like this in any other hotel before.

Henrietta Hotel Bath
Hello I booked 3 rooms in the Henrietta Hotel in Bath for my sisters 60th birthday gift for Saturday 17th June. This accommodation was booked through booking.com on 5th March. A few days before our stay was to take place I was charged for 3 rooms directly by the Henrietta Hotel, when I contacted the hotel Raviraj Patel advised me that I could not claim my refund and I would have to use the booking at a later date. This was the start of a very stressed night away. When I turned up at the hotel I was advised to cancel my booking with booking.com and Raviraji said it would only take a few days for my refund to come through. On the 18th June the hotel charged me for another room, I had to ask for a refund. A week later and I still hadn’t received my refund for the three rooms total amount £807 so I called booking.com directly. They advised me that the hotel had not confirmed that a refund was needed and I asked to contact the hotel. The lady I spoke to at booking.com was very helpful and advised me that she would contact the hotel directly to ask for an email asking g for my refund. The whole stay away was dampened by the over charged, and I am still waiting for my money back.

Disappointment of allegation and misbehavior
With this letter I would like to express my disappointment of 1 of your evening shift staff member (receptionist) on June 24th who accused me of keeping extra guest in our rooms :
Rooms : 531, 537, 539
Check in : June 23rd, 2023
Check out : June 25th, 2023
On the day we checked in we had explained our rooms composition as :
531 : 1 adult
537 : 2 adults
539 : 1 adult , 2 children.
The check in receptionist suggested us for a bigger room for the extra bed but we feel convenient to keep our booked rooms as they are next to each other.
Unfortunately On the first night, my wife left back to London due to an emergency meeting upon our arrival. So one of the child stayed with me in room 537 until My wife joined back our trip in the morning on the 24th.
That is why we asked for an extra bed for the second day of our stay.
However the way the night shift receptionist addressed me was very inappropriate and rude. Besides the allegation , he even threatened to remove us from the hotel.
It’s a pity that kind of behavior is accepted in this reputable hotel.
Allegation in legal manner may leads to serious offense.
Moreover we are traveling with 2 kids (10 & 8 years old) and a senior woman, we were just back from touring the city and it was 10 pm (June 24th) when I went to the receptionist desk to confirm that the extra bed had already placed in 1 of our room (539).
I wonder if your customers comfort is less important than an unfounded allegation.
We are more than happy to provide you the details of all of our itineraries and we believe the hotel’s CCTVs are our evidence to prove the number of guests staying.
Therefore I purposely write this letter as a plea of fixing your human resource hospitality standard.
I sincerely wish this incident will not occur in the future.

A person not dressed or carrying any hotel identification confronted my wife when she exited her room 17th June 2023 ~7pm. He asked her for her room number, she refused but the man insisted - she refused again and said she would tell him in the lobby in front of witnesses. He elected not to do this and made his exit.
A subsequent telephone call to the hotel Manager / Supervisor who spoke with a very thick European accent (which made conversation very difficult, with constant interruptions so I could not complete my questions), informed me that there is no hotel policy concerning this type of incident and the hotel is not responsible in any way unless it was a member of staff or a service being requested by the room occupant from the hotel facilities.
The tone of the conversation was very un-sympathtic and of a person who shows little care for the guests of Radisson Hotels, as such getting sensible answers to my questions of hotel policy and a suitable course of action was most unhelpful.
However, it appears if I wish to escalate the case to the local police and other authorities then I may do this, and any and all security footage is accessible, please confirm this.
My concern is two-fold - attempt to isolate the man in question if this a hotel staff member or not. And the less than helpful staff management with resolving this incident.
Desired outcome: Course of action(s) open to me, and a clear explanation of the required duty of care to Radisson to its guest during a stay.
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Metairie (New Orleans), LA
INFESTATION! I recently stayed at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Metairie (New Orleans), LA on June 11th, 2023 and ended up only staying 1 night and wished I hadn’t. I woke up to a huge roach on my face and killed over 13 roaches that were walking around freely in the bathroom with the lights on. The carpet outside the room and inside the room had pee stains and there was mold everywhere. Attached is the proof for this disgusting place. I’m honestly surprised it’s been given 4 stars and called a hotel. This is a motel and 1.5 stars at best. I told the female front desk clerk of my distraught for I had spent the past hour killing roaches and shaking out my bags and clothes to make sure I don’t take them with me. But when I told her all this she was very very nonchalant about my situation and said word for word “ we can’t do anything about that” I did not appreciate this interaction

I arrived at the hotel RADISON BLU near Limerick on Sunday 14th May 2023 to start a week's trip around Ireland, I checked in at around 7pm and decided to take a quick shower, the bath was extremely slippy and I fell out backwards smashing my back on the toilet, badly damaging my back and ruining the rest of my week, as my mobility was restricted.
I informed the hotel by way of a survey I was asked to fill in, I was then emailed by your Hotel Manager (Emer Mulcahy) asking me if she could call me the following day May 25th, today is the 30th of May and I haven't heard a thing from your manager!
Trip Advisor and Booking.com are waiting for my response to their surveys, if I don't hear from someone from your company by tomorrow, I will be contacting them.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response, with some kind of compensation.
Invoice generation - and description details
During my stay at Radisson at Gorakhpur, it was observed that the description details for stay was mentioned as "Bed and breakfast". We requested the desk that the description should be "Room tariff".
Our request was outrightly denied for no reason, despite our request. No cooperation was visible at their end.
Regular customers should not be treated like this.

Radisson Park Inn Alexanderplatz BERLIN
We stayed at the Park Inn Alexanderplatz between 1 to 6 May 2023.
I complained have about the following directly to the hotel via email twice with no response:
1. the towels are small, cheep, thin and almost thread bare.
2. there is no drinking water in the rooms and I was informed guest are only entitled to 1 complimentary bottle of water per stay. In addition there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms.
3. the rooms were extremely hot with no ability to open a window wide enough to get any air, owing to being on an upper floor. When asked if the air conditioning could go on, I was informed that the air conditioning was not switched on until the following week and no solution was offered.
4. 1 Euro was needed to use they toilets at the bar.
5. No iron on board in the rooms.
All in all very disappointing stay for a hotel with that amount of stars!
Desired outcome: I would like compensation as we paid for a hotel with a much better expected customer service and room facilities.
Employee of Radisson chronic drug user arrested in Tarrant County 05.04.2023
I put management at the Radisson Hotel North Fort Worth Fossil Creek location on notice twice in April 2023, regarding Radisson employee, Margaret Delvalle, working as Security for the Radisson advising that she is a chronic user of methamphetamines. My warnings were ignored and never investigated by Radisson Managment. Yesterday, May 4, 2023, Margaret DelValle was arrested for possession of methaphetamines. I sent them the booking photo on file with the Tarrant County Jail which also has her photograph so you can confirm it is the same person. I am notifying the corporate office because the Ion Gregory and Rick refuse to acknoweledge and/or investigate my warnings just weeks ago. I feel that I am owed an apology and a sign of gratefulness for disclosing this information to the Radisson as it probably saved your corporation thousands in possible lawsuits as well as thefts from customers and your hotel.
Desired outcome: I receive some type of acknowledgment and an an apology from Radisson Managment team at the North Fort Worth Radisson location.

A truly awful stay! We arrived and checked-in. I had already paid for the room and the front desk gentleman asked me to pay another £100 for incidentals which I duly did. We arrived back at the room approx 3.45pm and the sofa bed wasn't made up and as it was early we assumed turn down would be later.
We arrived back at the hotel at approx 8.30pm and the sofa bed wasn't made so we called down and someone visited 3 times over the next 30 minutes to make the bed. Given we had a 4am start that day we were very tired. We ordered room service at 21:08 and following 2 messages nearly an hour later (1 text and 1 phonecall) the order arrived in part. It was cold, there were no condiments, sauces and part of the order was missing. Someone came back again 15 minutes later to deliver those items.
However at 10.35pm when we were all asleep, having had a 4am start, we had a knock at the door with someone insisting on taking payment for the room service. I explained that I had paid £100 to reception for such things and he said there was no record of that so I had to find my card and pay at the door, by which time the whole family including my 9 year old son was awakened by this most rude behaviour.
We had an early flight and did not have the opportunity to air our thoughts before leaving this morning.
As a result this was the single worst service experience I've ever had at Radisson Blu and not the welcoming, friendly and confotable experience we would expect from the brand. Thoroughly disappointing

Stays at Radisson Blu Stansted

Dear Mr Gonzalez,
We travel a lot to our second home in Europe, as well as for business, and have stayed at the Radisson Blu at Stansted Airport many times over the last 15 years. While our stays have not always been perfect, they have been not bad enough to warrant a complaint. Life’s too short, right?!
However, after having stayed at the hotel three times in the last two months (17 February, 30 March, 17 April), I feel I need to write to complain about the state of the hotel, which definitely does not warrant the four stars it has, nor the catch phrase ‘Feel the Difference’, unless you are referring to the difference when compared to the Novotel at Stansted, which is fresh, clean and has functioning aircon and a competent bar staff.
During all three stays, the rooms were hot, with aircon not or hardly working, as well as shabby and dirty.
The temperature in our room in March (4th floor, room was shabby and the carpet was filthy) was like a sauna when we arrived. We visited the bar while turning up the aircon in our overheated room as much as possible in the hope the room might cool down, while we were having a drink. However, the room temperature did not drop below 24 degrees, despite the noisy aircon being on all night. We had a very early flight that morning and the whole point was to get maximum sleep beforehand, but we did not actually get any sleep at all, because the room was like a sauna. A complete waste of money!
The room we stayed in on Monday night this week had what looked like the remains of someone having been sick over the wall and TV cabinet in the past and there were black hairs on the white towels in the bathroom (we are both blond, so definitely not ours!). While this is minor, not even the duvet and pillow covers matched, nor did the glasses in the bathroom. There was no shower gel, only hand wash available in the shower, and the conditioner dispenser bottle was empty. The dirty tissue that was on the hand sanitiser dispenser by the lifts when we checked in at night was still there at 9am in the morning. The back of the bench we were sitting on in the breakfast restaurant was ripped and the floor under our table was absolutely disgusting, not just from newly dropped food from previous guests that morning, but grimy old dirt that had clearly been there for ages. The glass lampshades above the table were covered with dust. Honestly, we have stayed in better motels in the US!
As for the bar, after having waited patiently for nearly 15 minutes watching two incompetent members of staff serving customers during our stay in March, we were eventually served an overpriced, mediocre glass of Merlot and a flat beer and concluded that we would have done much better walking over to the terminal to buy a bottle of decent wine at M&S.
I wonder whether you are aware of the shocking state the Radisson Blu at Stansted Airport is in, and what your thoughts are on our experiences staying at the hotel so far this year?

I stayed here on 5th/6th April. And the rooms were so dirty the curtains in bathroom were stinking and full of dirt , and at night heard a big thud. When I saw the entire wodden panelling had come down.
Is this supposed to be a 5 star hotel. Sorry to say worst than a 2 star hotel at Chandni Chowk also.
I will be posting on Social Media for all to see, and judge for themselves of how we are being cheated by first charging for a five star service and then getting this.
HORRIBLE.
And the staff at reception were even worse. When I checked in, I am asking him to enter my RHG number, he is not bothered to listen. (Mr Bhavik), and finally it was not done. Never will recommend Radisson to anyone.

I am a frequent business traveler that after many years not staying at a Radisson decided to give it a try at your property in Santo Domingo. I have not been back in the city for the last 3 years and decided to rent a Premiun King Suite so that I could invite business associates and friends over the course of my visit so that we could catch up in a more quiet and private setting versus a bar or restaurant. Upon calling the front desk to see if the needed the name of my visitor I was informed that there is a surcharge of $68.00 PER VISITOR even if they stay for a couple of hours. I have spend and wasted a good time looking on your website and that of the hotel trying to find where is that policy stated to no avail. Have that detail "conveniently" missing from your guests rules had been informed to me I would have most certainly have selected a more friendly hotel and for sure would have not rented a Premium Suite that would be of no use for me now. Not including that detail for your guest to see upon making a reservation is deceiving and not what I would have expected from your chain. I hope that I was misinformed and that the situation can be corrected soon before I depart, if not you have a very unhappy guest who will do what I can to let others know of the hidden small print no where to be found.

A Reservation that I had which was not fully accessible.
On January 26th, I checked into Radisson at Phoenix Airport for one night, for an early flight the next day. Early on January 27th at 4 am, I tried to take a shower but no hot water. I reported it to the front desk person, Laverne (I think) and she said she would take care of it. After many calls by Southwest Hotels and me, I finally was able to talk to the manager, Chance ?, on the line and he said he would issue me a refund which has not appeared yet on my credit card. I have tried several times today to reach him but no one at the front desk answers. I am owed over $300.00 for this faulty stay.
