I attempted to return a set of lightbulbs that I bought two months ago. The receipt specifically said exchange after 14 days. However the workers at customer service denied me an exchange saying they make their own policies and they don’t do exchanges after 14 days. This directly contradicts the policy.

I was at the superstore flashfood today and getting my product when some of my product was missing they did they might be gave the wrong product to other customers so they wanted me to refunded it but I been ripped off so may times the money refunded won't comeback in my account but the lady on customer service isn't very helpful and not hso nice telling me that it's not thier fault and whose fault is this then it's me bit this lady not so very nice to me at all so disgusting the easy they treat customers. This is not a good customer service so disappointed

My husband purchased a flip phone from your mobile store, it has not worked right from the get go. After trying everything he decided to return it, but it was day 17 and refunds only given after 15. Really? It does not work, he has returned multiple times to ask for help, they say call tech support from your phone..but the phone does not work so how do we do that. It calls out but no one can hear your voice, and if you call in no one can hear your voice. We tried multiple providers to see if that’s the problem but it is definitely the phone.Having shopped at this store since it was a small Loblaws I must say I am very disappointed, I would have thought you would get a full refund for faulty equipment even tho 2 days past refund policy. The price of extra virgin 3L no name oil is listed 29.99$ at your store. The same olive oil great value at Wallmart is 8.99 $ per litre which comes to 27$ per 3 L. The same source of oil from Italy. Stop price gouging and taking advantage of inflation. When Wal-Mart can sell 8.99 $ per litre then why can’t you sell at same price instead of selling 10$ per litre. Ridiculous price gouging!

Same product was selling at 18.99 $ last year!

Superstore was advertising free gift ( snacking kit) for when you spend over $300 purchase which we were way over at checkout.Cashier asked us to go to customer care to pick up our gift. Customer care substituted the gift and gave us a kitchen scale instead said they ran out of the original gift. And either take it or leave it!

Why would the whole store still advertise the free gift if they dint have any to give away?

Oct 1, 8:30 am, many types of toilet paper do not have a price attached. Employee was annoyed as I had to scan at self checkout to find out a price. Same with baking chips. Dog treats Liv Stix were on clearance 6.99 paid full price 9.49. You have peanut butter listed at 2 for 12.00 which seems like a deal but we actually paid more per each than usual. Scam

Once again I spent ~one hour choosing my items to be delivered and again unable to place order. Called PC express line with no help, called the store with no help then was given a number for customer service, after another half hour site tells me my account is disabled and investigation has to be done. If my account is disabled how are you taking payments from my bank account on your MasterCard? I’m find it aborrhornt that you people offer delivery services but never actually deliver. I am a disabled person who literally cannot do shopping myself and you people are literally scammers. Try getting my next account payment as as far as I am concerned if my account is disabled I owe you nothing…

I asked the cashier to price check an item and they charged me for the item and kept it. When I got home I checked my receipt and called the store, I spoke with debbie who said it was my fault for not checking my receipt before I left the store? I advised to them that they are trained and paid to do their job correctly and not steal money from paying customers, she then said it was an accident and basically too bad that it happened. Its amazing that if a person was to accidentally forget an item in their cart and leave, superstore would ruin their life with a theft charge but they are "accidentally" stealing money from paying customers and not being charged for theft.

Due to pillar and railings painted grey I ran into one of yours while turning a corner to place something in the garbage, thanks..! Paint the railings and pillars YELLOW 🟡 please!?!? It just makes sense. Now I’m hurt. Uuug! Grrrr! Pffft!

I don’t understand not having them more visible in the first place and although I’m walking okay, it could’ve went differently. I don’t have permanent damage but was hurt due to the carelessness of a paint Color scheme.

It looks like you have substituted Presidents Choice Puff Pastry with Bake it. This brand has not a scrap of butter in but does have various oils including palm oil which is a product not fit for human consumption. I have not tried it yet due to the content and was quite happy with your previous brand and used it frequently. I hope you go back to your original brand.
