I just had a male clerk at your store actively trying to steal my banking info, wasn't subtle about it. I was going through self checkout, not once did he look at my screen or what I was getting, which I'd fully expect staff to do. What he did do however was walk over when I was getting my card out and stand about a foot behind me noticeably staring over my shoulder directly at my cars and the pin pad. I moved to block his view twice and moved with me. He only stopped when I blocked his view a third time and started glaring at him. His behavior was obvious enough hat even my father picked up on it. This was not a staff member watch for theft, he was deliberately trying to see what my info was. Honestly between this, the filth, poor quality of veggies, freezer burnt products, incorrectly marked prices, harassment in store, and other issues. I don't know how this location stays open.
Optical
The Indian receptionist was so so so rude , literally zero customer service. I booked an appointment for 12.30, no follow up with me. So after one hour I asked her how long it gonna take , she’s like I don’t know , you cancel the appointment.. Is it a called “”CUSTOMER SERVICE” like what’s the point booking an appointments if we have to wait more than hours. I left from there after wasted more than one hour. Slow claps

I subscribe to PC Express and pay a monthly fee to get my deliveries free. Loved your service until yesterday. I ordered my groceries via the PC Express App on Thursday August 9th. To have them delivered to my home the next day between the times of 6pm to 7pm. At 6:30pm I received a text saying my order was cancelled. Confused I call my Super Store (in Lethbridge, Alberta.) I was told my order was not ready yet and he is doing the job of three people. I sympathized with this and asked if he could get ready for tomorrow and have it delivered at 1pm tomorrow. He said yes. Today I called at 8am to make sure. It was still good for delivery for 1pm today. He said yes (was the same person I was dealing with last night.) Well it was not delivered. I called the store yet again. Told my door dash driver cancelled it last night. And the other person I spoke with was lying. And I will have to submit a new order. Besides being lied to my biggest concern is how come my order, that was ordered on the PC Express App can be cancelled by a Door Dash delivery person?
Desired outcome: My business is with PC Express. Not Door Dash. Door Dash should not have full control of my order cancel it.
I placed an order yesterday for delivery with PC Express Coquitlam for today 1.30 to 2.30 pm. 4.30pm now and no delivery. Called customer service and spoke to Alana, who basically said that they only collect food deliveries are by Door Dash, I ordered with PC Express and not Door Dash, and PC Express is responsible for my delivery. According to Alana Door Dash is responsible for my delivery. Had a terrible customer service experience, for which I had to wait over an hour on hold before someone came on DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE VERY UNRELIABLE AND HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Fell laundry soap spill in aisle
I was walking down the laundry detergent aisle and slipped on the laundry detergent I did not see spilt on the floor. I broke my sandles and toe. I did tell an employee but they just said ok. I am leaving to go on holidays and this puts stipulations on my Walt Disneyworld trip. I feel the manager should have come and/ or cleaned up right away. I am 57 so I am hurting. The fall alarm went off on my Apple Watch but no staff helped. I assume there are cameras at the store. This happened at 6:45 pm, July 27/23. I should at least be compensated for my sandel cost and now pain I have to endure on my trip we saved up for a long time.
Desired outcome: Payment for sandles and suffering, there were no wet signs and no help.

I bought organic bilogique carrots (pack of 8–9 carrots) and as soon as I opened the bag very same day, I got this pungent smell and all carrots were gone bad and felt sticky. I immediately threw out entire bag. This place is in Hamilton, Ontario and I always love going to real Canadian superstore in a different city but I recently moved and this is my second time there. Really not worth it, specially in these difficult times.

Today (July16-23) at 2:27pm I purchased a seedless watermelon from your store at Oxford & Gammage (London ON) and it is terrible quality. The entire thing is a light pink and doesn’t appear to be eatable. As this is not the first time I’ve gotten a bad quality watermelon, I felt I needed to send a message. As we won’t be eating this watermelon, I would like to be reimbursed for the cost which was $4.99. See attached picture.

My elderly father bought a visa gift card from them for 50$. Activated at the checkout. I received it and was declined everywhere I went. Checked online at visc and called them. Said you can return to loblaws superstore to refund. They then started to give me the runaround, complained profusely in English and they said not there problem. Then I said let's try it in loblaws store that it was bought. LOL. Didn't work either. Wouldn't return the money either. Went online, complained to their CS. Sent all docs card and recipt then they said sorry will.give a shoppers drug mart gift. They fre days later called and asked for update. They said I needed proof that I reached out to visa. Complete joke. They are corrupt, deciding people and repugnant. Stay away from them. They overcharge anyways for their products.
Desired outcome: Money back. Let other people know to avoid buying other products and their deceitful customer service
Self checkout limit
There is a new 25 item limit on the self checkouts in Duncan BC. I had 28 so wasn't allowed to use it. I do not like going through the cashier because it stresses me out to have to rush and bag my groceries while the cashier is jamming my stuff down the conveyor. I am writing out of frustration. You changed location of flash food freezers from self serve checkout area to customer service area in the front of the store. The freezers are now left unlocked and items are being stolen from them or exchanged for lesser value one. The staff are either busy with customers or dont care enough to check. This the 5th time my items were either stolen to switched for cheaper items. Today a $22.00 steak was switched for a $9.00 steak. So either it was outright stolen or just switch for the cheaper type. Last time I was in there was someone going through the freezer handling the food and didnt even have anything in there that they purchased. Just browsing. Is this the new service you now offer. I am shopping at the Wasaga Beach Superstore and can't say much for management ot that they are even aware that this is happening. Items get replaced but costs will go up when food is stolen. I am 90 years old therefore find it easier to order on line but I am getting inundated with blue bags - what am I supposed to do with those - are they recyclable or should I put them in the garbage for the City of Toronto to deal with and eventually they might stop you for using those bags - I cannot possibly use that many nor give them to anyone - I even went to the store at Brimley Rd Scarborough and gave them some but since they did not know what to do with the bags they were going to put them in the garbage - that is unacceptable and I would like to know how much you are charging us for those bags

The employees at deli think it's okay to talk with one another when there is a line up at the deli. They are not paying attention to the customers and are in mid conversation when they need assistance. I also noticed that they are not in proper uniform nor do they train their new employees... they should be paying someone to train the new people. Tht ridiculous .. Something seriously needs to be done about this. Where is the labour board ?

Self checkout
Thursday May 18, 10 pm kelowna superstore. A lady working the self checkout in a white shirt with a black vest was rude to me, telling me that I had too many items and I couldn't use the self check out, I was there with my toddler and starting to scan my first item I had to do two purchases because one was for the office and I figured it would be easier, I told her I had two purchases and she said it didn't matter in a brusque tone of voice. I counted after I went to the other till all my items total were 22. I have never been turned away from self check out, it was not busy being late. I wouldn't of minded if she was kind and apologetic about it. I go into superstore, I dont expect any service, I shop the self checkout, but rudeness has no place in customer service.
Price gouging
I have been concerned about the rising prices that are taking place in Superstore. From what I understand this company has made made more than $400 Million in profit during the first 3 months of this year…so why are prices so inflated when this is happening. As Canadians, many are going through tough economic times due to grocery prices. If a company is making this kind of a profit and causing misery to the population in general - well that is just criminal. Attached is the following video:
