bread
I purchased a bread (CH BREAD WW) from signal hill superstore today but it was expired on 18th january. Today is 21st january. I live far away from it and had to take two buses to go there.
I am a student and i do not have money to spend on expiry food. Why is this neglience when it comes to food?
We go so far because we want to buy good and fresh products.
pork shoulder roast
I bought a pork roast this weekend to make pulled pork sandwiches. Today I made the roast and when I went to pull it (shred) there was about 50% unetable fat on it. I have a family of 5 and I was not able to feed them dinner with the amount of meat left. I am extremely disappointed. I budget very hard for my family to make it work. And things like this are disheartening. I have attached a picture for you to see. However this does not include the layer of fat on the outside that I cut off before.
injury, management and safety response plan.
I Natasha Martin am a regular customer at your 12350 137 Avenue NW, Edmonton, Alberta location and have been for years.
On a Tuesday, December 26, 2017 around 3:30pm I went into the store to do some shopping. As I grabbed some items from produce and went down the middle isle heading towards the dairy section being able to see all down the left and right aisles . I was about half way down towards the dairy section and I fell to the ground. My basket hit the ground as did I smashing my knee on the hard floor. No employees seen me as I could tell and no one shopping asked if I was ok . I sat there for a few seconds reaching for items that fell out before getting up. I did not notice anything spilled as I was not looking on the floor but rather ahead of me in the near distance. As I pulled myself up, my knee did hurt a little so I just proceeded slow . I would put my basket down to exclude some weight having to carry it around. I got my jug of milk and two bags of frozen fruit and proceeded to the check out.
After checking out I proceeded to walk out the exit door with your customer service desk to my right . As I was walking I felt a slip come on under me and I flew . My bags flew in front of me smashing the ground as did I . I was beyond shocked . I hit my right knee again for the second time and seemed to have injured my left ankle as well. I could not get up immediately . I heard a women ask me if I was ok, with the shock I was in it took me a minute to realize what she was saying to me as I sat there in pain. I told her I did not want to move right away and to give me a few minutes. Then I heard a women from customer service speak to me and asked if I was ok . I replied that I needed a min and I was hurt she came over and helped me up . I stood there in pain and she asked if I wanted a chair I replied yes please I'm in some pain. We noticed my milk jug exploded and so did my beets making a huge mess on the floor. She said have a seat and they would contact management and the cleaning department. When the manager came he said he was the loss prevention manager and asked if I was ok and if I hit my head . I replied I'm hurt my left ankle and right knee. I explained to him what happen and have my info . I was zoning out from being in shock .He asked a employee to gather my broken stuff into new items . He said he would help me to my car and I said thank you . He then asked the other employee if she would take me and they both try to put the carry out on one and other . Her asking him if Was going to help me, him asking hee to help me . Finally she agreed and help bring my stuff to my car . He gave me a cart to hold myself up and limp to my car .
I was not offered first aid from a first aider or an ambulance. I am a first aider myself and I know my injuries should of been assessed. No one looked at my knee nor ankle or asked any question about history, medications. There was no visual inspection for me being in shock which I clearly was sweating, zoning out and increased breathing. As providing adequate response to an injury I do not feel I was served to the initial requirement and or by the correct managerial response.
In regards to leaving he did mention that the general manager would be fully aware of this incident and would contact me directly immediately the following business day . I went home and kept both legs elevated with ice on my right knee and on my left ankle . As time passed the pain due to my injuries increased and I got my roommate to take me into emergency at Royal Alex Hospital . I waited to be assessed for a few hours . I seen a doctor and was instructed to go for x rays for my right knee and left ankle . After my x rays a doctor looked over the results and thank god I did not have any broken bones . I incurred a sprain to my left ankle and a badly bruised right knee. I got home at 2:00am and into bed after being wrapped up in a bandage from the nurse on duty given some medication for pain and a set of crutches.
The next day I woke up a little late being out so late at emerge at Royal Alex Hospital. I listen to doctors orders stayed in bed with my foot elevated, soak in ice cold baths then covered in a heating pad . Using crutches when mobilsing myself but staying in. Taking anti inflammatory pills to ease the pain.
In regards to the general manager contacting me I did not have any calls and it was almost the end of business day . I decided to call and see what the update was or if they had forgotten about me . I called Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at 2:50 pm and spoke with Shantell the general manager she informed me she was not aware of what had taken place at all and it was a surprise in fact because she was getting back from Christmas break. As per your store you are open all days except Christmas. Again incidents in your store should be look upon as a priority no matter what day of the year it is . Not to mention this was on December 26, 2017 not Christmas Eve . As I told her what happen she states it sounded like I had a bad day insisting blame. I replied I always shop at your location and I'm not one to be clumsy or fall. It felt as if she was somewhat finding this entertaining asking me how could someone fall twice ? This was very frustrating as I am bed ridden for the remainder of my Christmas break and I do not have anyone who seems to care in your store in managment about this entire incident. She mentioned to me that a paperwork would have to be filled it and sent into the Risk department for further investigation . She did not offer to follow up with me days later as I feel a caring general manager should as someone was just injured in her store location. She did however say that she could request a call back for me from the Risk Department . If I did not hear anything from them within a week I could call her again. She asked if anything else she could do I replied I guess I have to wait . That was the end of conversation . I was quiet blown away personally.
I cannot even describe the lack of managment here in this location or how I've been treated . Let alone the safety response plan set in place for customers when fall and or slips happen. I am enrolled in the Women Building Futures in the Journey Women Start Program #77 and this is not ideal in terms of future plans. I am on break until January 2, 2018 until then I am bed ridden not able to move without crutches. I am not even sure I can participate in class because we are starting our hands on classes aka workshops with tools and ect when I return. Safety requirements are ready, capable and able to work . Not to mention our morning fitness class. I am hoping I will be ok in the following week. I am not sure what this outcome will be but this is literally so horrible my schooling may be affected . I am hoping his doesn't affect me negatively in terms of my future in being a graduate from my course. If it does how will I support myself and what employment can I seek ? All I can do in sit here and pray my future is not demolished.
I cannot describe how emotionally upset I am with the outcome of this whole situation. As a regular customer I feel as if the management neglected the fact an injury took place in their store and did not see it as a high priority . In my opinion your customers safety should be number one priority . The fact not one first aider assessed me abosutley in called for .
I am writing this complaint in hopes someone who reads this actually cares and makes a point to contact me in regards to what happen in your store. I was injured in your store and I feel some awareness and acknowledgment would be appreciated . A look into how managment deals with customers who have been injured and a re valuation on your safety response plan would be most beneficial to your customers well being . I would also like to see what you would think fair in terms of compensation being injured in your store, the lack of managment and safety response plan.
You can reach me directly by phone at [protected], thank you .
Yours kindly,
Natasha Martin

service and supply
hello I wish to comment on the availability or lack of it, on advertised sale items. This is not the first time I have experienced this. At the location on 24&160 th in south surrey last night, I wanted to purchase the rooster brand coconut milk that was advertised for .88. There were none on the shelves. MY husband went to each till and asked the clerks if they were substituting another brand or if rainchecks were being given. He was told that we would have to go to customer service and get a raincheck. We completed our shopping and went through the checkout. AS I was paying I asked the clerk for anraincheck. She told me to go to customer service. At the customer service desk, there was one clerk working behind the counter, serving (slowly) another customer and two other employees off to the side doing nothing. When I got served, that clerk then told me I could substitute another brand, and to go back and pay Menwhile my husband had gone to the car with the grocand cart, and bags, so I said no I would take a raincheck. the clerk wrote on the flyer on the advertising for the coconut milk and handed it to me! I was shocked Any previous store where I have been provided a raincheck it has been a nice small written note like. Prescription pad, something you could keep in your purse. I feel that everything possible is done to make it difficult to actually accomplish the purchase, I mean who wants or will lug around a flyer until they find the producing stock again? THis is not my first experience like this at this superstore.
And one other item could not be found as advertised, sweet. Potatoes. another issue I have is the staff. Who stock the shelves have these large carts which they park in the middle of the aisle while working to put out stock, making it. Difficult to maneuver around them, and the boxes they re emptying are getting cut and flattened right in the middle of the aisle. NO effort is made to move or accommodate the customer. I am really not pleased with the way this store is being run. THe staff have generally been unhelpful each time I need assistance. I like the store, the brands and prices you offer, however, my tolerance for much more of these sites quickly coming to an end. I sincerely hope that I will find better situations the next time we shop there. Regards, Dorothy glendinning
salad bar area
On Saturday December 9, 2017 I was shopping with my 8 and 11 year old when I witnessed an employee loudly call another employee a [censor]! I was not pleased I nor more children had to hear that language. I was picking up a vegetable tray around 12:30pm when this occurred. She was a very short older lady wearing a green and red hat. There were other employees that looked as upset as the woman being accosted.
lack of cleanliness
Re store 1545
When I was in the store on November 30/17, I needed to use the washroom which is on a mezzanine. I noticed the panel where the elevator button is was extremely filthy. It appears to have not been cleaned for a very long time. When the elevator arrived and I stepped in, once again I hated to touch the button to take me upstairs because it was so very dirty. The button panels and the entire elevator car was terribly filthy, including the door. It appeared it had never been cleaned or at least not in a very long time. The bathroom itself was not bad. It appeared that someone had cleaned it fairly recently. The floor appeared to have been vaguely washed with a string mop as bits of the mop were torn off on stall edges and there was a lot of dirt where the big mop couldn't reach.
I was happy to take the stairs back down so I didn't have to touch the dirty button panel upstairs or in the elevator again.
The problem here is customer impression as well as health concerns. If a store that mostly sells food leaves this area so dirty, one has to wonder what effort is made in the rest of the store, especially where customers can't see. I know at times in the past I have gagged when opening the doors to the dairy where milk is kept, from the terrible smell of bad dairy products. I have also complained in the summer for the disgusting condition of the parking and cart areas outside, with dirty diapers squashed into the ground in front of the carts. At that time a man called a manager told me that the part time guy that does that works part time and had already finished for the day so there was nothing he could do. The next day I went back and nothing had changed.
The desirable resolution is to have this store pay some attention to the unsightly, unhealthy, and neglectful condition of the Superstore property at this location. I hope this is within your ability to see to it asap.
staff
I was shopping at superstore in south regina and was facing an issue with paying for items on self pay counters. So I asked for help from the customer service staff standing there. Customer service rep. Nishil was very rude and his approach was very offensive at south regina superstore on 5th Dec, 2017. I dont think Nishil knows anything about how to talk to a customer and I felt really offended with his behaviour.
unethical behaviour of cashier
My name is Nisha. I went to superstore located at 5031 44 street Lloydminster, Alberta on 4th December, 2017 at 4:32 pm. when we went to cashier, a lady named "Jessica" at checkout point asked me very rudely "what type of apple is this?" when I replied that I actually do not remember that. that lady relied that is my(customer's) responsibility to check what type of product is that and asked me to check that product, I was shocked and felt so humiliated. As my point of view, cashier should know all the item code and if she does not know, its her responsibility to check it not mine. I did not make any issue at that time as I was in hurry. Later on when I came back, I came to know that she refused to do price change with one of our item( we bought methi leaf(Product no.59994) and the price was $1.75 when you buy 2, we wanted to buy 4 of them but unfortunately there was only 3 left ). so we asked her if she can give us one on $1.75 and she replied spontaneously and very rudely that she cannot make that. even she did not ask our pc point card from which we could have earned 410 points. I could not bear that. therefore, I went to the CSM named Holly and she told that cashier lady(Jessica) that she has to do that and at that time she(Jessica) made faces. It was very rude and unexpected. Holly (CSM)was so nice and professional. she handled it very nicely. I am glad that you have this type of person too. I complaint because I do not tolerate this type of behaviour in future. she could have show such an attitude to other customers too.
floor polisher / rotten food
The Superstore on 130th Avenue SE Calgary uses a floor polisher that emits terrible fumes through out the store. Today being December 3rd, 2017 I was pushing my cart quite a ways behind it noticing that there is huge plumes of smoke coming from the machine and the stench was unbearably toxic. Within 5 minutes of noticing the smoke the alarms went off and we were all told to leave because there was a small fire in the store...hello, it was the floor polisher. Fire Department arrive and put out the fire with an extinguisher which could have been done by any staff member, hell I have taken a fire extinguisher course, I could have put the fire out myself. Stores should not be able to use equipment that emit toxic fumes. I am pretty sure they can invest in a machine that runs on rechargeable batteries. Come on Superstore, don't be so cheap and invest in one. This is 2017, I am sure they exist.
Oh and by the way, can this location please not stock rotten or spoiling produce on their shelves? Almost 100% of the time the produce is going bad or is down right rotten. I wouldn't feed that to pigs on a farm. I will be contacting Market Place as they are always dying for a story. I will even send numerous pictures I have taken of the rotten food on the shelves that this location is selling. Bye Superstore, hello Costco for all my produce.
pc organics popcorn
Hello,
I am extremely dissapointed in the poor quality and expired product I purchased. I boughyt the PC Organics salted popcorn regularly from the Superstore. Well, it must have been a bad batch because the popcorn is completely coated in salt to the point it is inedible. I also threw up when I unknowingly put a piece of popcorn in my mouth. Then I noticed on the bag the popcorn expired November 8th. That just added insult to injury. This happens too often and I'm getting fed up.
I've noticed prices going up and up at superstore and shoppers and more people saying they are switching to sobeys and I remain loyal but I don't know for how long. I hate to waste money on a product that is poor inedible quality.
The number under the expiration date on the bag is: [protected]
The UPC is: [protected]
You can see the excessive coating of salt on the popcorn in the photi
customer service (ish)
Hello,
I was picking up an online grocery order this afternoon from the Superstore on 137 Ave location in Edmonton.
Friendly and prompt service with actually loading the groceries into my vehicle and I am quite happy with the service! I would like to preface this by saying that in no way was this the fault of the employee who helped me:
She was sick. She let me know through small talk that she had a bad cold and had been nauseous and vomiting for the entire week and that she was feeling awful. I felt bad for her but the point is she is working with food which I will be serving to my family - of whom have autoimmune diseases. This is a health and safety issue.
I am not looking for compensation but I think that staff members who are extremely ill shouldn't not be allowed where the majority of the store is food. They should also not be forced into coming in if they are unwell. The vast majority of people would prefer a longer wait than dealing with the stomach flu.
Should you like to discuss this further, please contact me at [protected].

no solution provided for a diabetic; hypoglycemic at deli counter
On Sunday November 28, 2017 @ approx 4:30 p.m went to superstore at 2132 Mcphillips St in Winnipeg Manitoba telephone # [protected]. I went to superstore for the purpose of taking my parents grocery shopping and I was the driver. After about 30 minutes of being in the store I started getting a migraine and realized I hadn't eaten all day. While my parents were over at the checkout at approx 5:00 p.m. I went over to the deli department in search for an egg salad sandwich after checking the sandwiches out on the display there were only roast beef and turkey sandwiches being a vegetarian there was no egg salad sandwich. I asked an employee who was around for assistance and asked if someone in deli could make an egg salad sandwich as I have a migraine from not eating. He went ahead and asked the lady who was working in the deli but before getting an answer a customer started yelling in line at the employee who was helping me she yelled out we customers have been waiting here and you shouldn't be helping her. I walked over to the customer to tell her the employee is helping me because of health reasons I haven't eaten all day and have a migraine before I could finish she yells I don't care to which I yelled shut up and an argument ensued. I was insulted by the customer calling me bipolar in addition the customer gave me the middle finger another employee came just to ask what is going on told him this customer is instigating and escalating this argument to which the employee just nodded his head, an older gentleman customer was defending this arrogant customer by coming in front of her while she was giving me the middle finger. I not only felt like I was going to faint but I had no support system from anyone neither the employee who I was defending his actions from helping me and including the deli worker who said sorry we don't have any egg salad sandwich. I said ok and left after being insulted humiliated and ultimately sick. Furthermore, I called the manager Meryln at this location explaining the situation and no solution was provided and the manager said both of you customers were at fault and our deli worker or employee didn't give you an egg sandwich probably because you were yelling and our employees aren't trained to deal with customers arguing in the store. And all she could do is talk to the employees about this situation and tell them next time to call a store manager on duty when that happens. This manager didn't address my health issues and was quick to blame me which was added insult to the injury. I am lucky I didn't faint as I'm sure if I did no one would of known to even call an ambulance based on this treatment and experience here. A simple solution to this incident would of been to offer me juice, bread any food so I wouldn't faint as I was worried about the migraine which is a symptom of hypoglycaemia, it starts off as a migraine from lack of food and added stress from defending and arguing with the customer who initiated it could of easily resulted in me fainting. After leaving the store sick and completely stressed and sad I told my parents to meet me in the car and I had to walk in the cold to a sushi restaurant about 5 mins away who at least were kind enough to give me a glass of water without even knowing I was sick where I could take my medication and ate food so I could drive my parents back after they finished their grocery shopping at superstore. I strongly feel I should be compensated for this horrible experience as of now I have no desire to ever go to superstore after being left traumatized from this experience and no desire to drive my parents to go grocery shopping here. My parents are old and have diabetes say if they fainted what would this store do sit there and watch while someone is dying? I question this and don't feel it's a safe environment to go grocery shopping alone. I hope this goes to the head office department and certainly hope someone at th very least touches base with me on this matter my telephone #[removed] and my name is [removed]. Thank you.
1. The customer had every right to be annoyed with you for cutting the line; sure, yelling may not have been the right course of action, but what if that customer was also experiencing a migraine from not eating? You were yelling back at her and not helping the situation at all.
2. The customer that stepped into the woman's defence was ALSO waiting in line at the deli. Her waiting longer meant he also had to wait longer, all because YOU were selfish enough to go out in public without eating all day, fully knowing the health risks it poses for you.
3. You're an adult. You shouldn't need a support system for an argument in a grocery store. The employees are there to help customers, not to break up juvenile fights like a preschool teacher.
4. The store is in NO way responsible for you remembering to eat your food before joining the general public and ensuing in brawls. They don't need to offer you ANYTHING. If you knowingly have this condition, then the onus is on YOU to bring snacks and a juicebox with you wherever you go (or at the very least, you could have bought a drink and/or snack at the checkout; they have these handy things called refrigerators RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CASHIER).
5. How were any of the employees to know that you suffer from hypoglycaemia? It sounds like you're one of those entitled sick people who expect everyone else to know and help you out, instead of taking precautions such as CARRYING YOUR OWN SNACKS so the grocery stores don't give you FREE FOOD (which you were obviously after).
6. You should be in no way, shape, or form, compensated for acting like an entitled brat in front of a crowd, and then blaming it on others. Reinforcing bad behaviour is NO WAY to raise a child (which you still seem to be).
I could go on but this complaint is making me very angry at the amount of entitlement in it.
I'm not going to that grocery store again. Im not selfish as I was taking my parents grocery shopping- I didn't want to go at all! I do take responsibility for not eating and learned from this. And last but not least I was not expecting any food for free are you crazy? That didn't even cross my mind! And I didn't swear and insult any customer I was the received end of it. And finally no one offered a solution or alternative that was my only complaint. Point is I won't be doing that again where I go without eating it was my mistake I take 100% responsibility for that and learned from it. Also learned not to go to this grocery store in particular ever again. I don't trust them because you are not seeing that NO SOLUTION was provided! That's my choice and I will not go to this grocery store and will certainly not recommend this store to friends and family.
customer service desk
Hello. I shop at your store every week and last week I got such horrible service I doubt I will shop at my location again. I was spending $1000 in groceries and had some gift cards in my purchase and the service people wouldn't give me my chocolate gift because I had a couple gift cards. I do not care about the gift at all but the way I got treated was awful. All I asked was why I was not allowed the gift and the manager proceeded to roll his eyes and ask me if I wan incompetent. I did not proceed with my sale and went elsewhere to buy everything. It was not the gift I am worried about, it is your awful customer service.
click & collect
Some of my items were out of stock—ok I get that. So I'm at the pick up station and I call to get my order. They asked me if I wanted the items that were out of stock replaced with something else.. I said I'll go in to the store after I get my order and find my own items. They said ok we'll bring your order out. I'm them waiting around 7 minutes and the guy comes out, and says to me, " go inside get your items and we'll add them to your existing order. Then we'll bring it all out to you". I said ok. So I went inside got a few things and went to the click and collect station where I was told that my order is already processed and they're unable to add my items— go to the check out kiosks. It's now already over half an hour from my pick up time. I said no I'm not going through the check out and left the items there. The front end manager is the one who said to me there's no modification aloud to existing orders anymore. Ok so I just wasted my time over this nonsense hassle when I'm in my existing time window! When I get Home to unpack my food I find the ice cream they picked is all freezer burned and half melted.
pharmacy refusal to sell adult over the counter medication without care card
Hello,
I was in the Duncan Real Canadian Superstore this evening (November 25, 2017) getting some groceries. I stopped by the pharmacy to purchase some Exact acetaminophen with caffeine and codeine. The pharmacist asked me for my Care Card. I didn't know I would need it, so I didn't bring it with me. I told her I didn't have it and she told me that she couldn't sell it to me without it.
This is an over the counter medication. You do not need a prescription to purchase it. I told her this and she said that it was head office making this decision and she couldn't sell me any without my Care Card. I have purchased this item at Walmart in the past, so I called them to inquire, thinking that things have changed. Turns out that the Real Canadian Superstore has no right to refuse an over the counter medication to an adult, because you do not require a prescription to purchase it.
Because I was refused this item, my elderly neighbor got her groceries minus her medication. I had no time to drive out of my way to Walmart to purchase an item that lawfully should have been sold to me.
You have lost both me and my neighbor as customers.

Just passing thru on Black Friday on my way to Vancouver
When my 24 yr old son had a 35$ go pro knockoff in his hand to purchase and my daughter had makeup in her hand as I did not have a cart and no baskets were available to purchase when a manager named Meridee came up to my son and said he couldn't carry the item through the store I jumped in as obviously she did not know we were all together then said was company policy, I asked her to show me policy she told me to " go to hell" I said oh grant Froese and daryl buk will like that language my son retorted that his dad and himself are both cops and wasn't going to steal anything she said she was calling security I said call the police we will wait she then walked 2 steps and called my son a scrub and me fat... lol grant froese amd Daryl look st my fb page I can assure you I ain't fat ... regardless I got it all on video
I then waited at customer service after paying for my items asked for Jeff Sharman to be paged and meridee they asked what I looked like and the customer service lady said what I was wearing and I heard them say tell them we went home lol I then asked for any store manager and wow all unavailable... 10 for $10 mix & match
We were in the RCS in London Ont this afternoon and picked up 10 items from the 10 for $10 mix & match bins. As they were being rung through I noticed that they were coming up regular price with no adjustment. The cashier called the manager and explained the situation and he said you had to buy all the same item to get the 10 for 10. I buy the 10 for 10 items all the time and this is the first time that we have been told that they have to be all the same. We were not happy with this situation and therefore left those items behind . I have enclosed pictures of the bins with pretzels, cheese sticks, baking soda, peanuts, rice crackers . We come from out of town and shop at that RCS all the time. This is the second time we have had a problem there. Please clarify this . I would appreciate it.

bakery
Your London store at 825 Oxford street East. I would not write if I haven't had a problem on several occasions. You have a lovely bakery but the buns are terrible. They taste terrible and the texture is not fresh. Tried several types on several occasions...no good. Seems a waste to have a nice bakery with terrible product. Now your store on Gibb St. in Oshawa has a wonderful bakery. The buns taste great and are nice and fresh. Perhaps you need to bring some Oshawa Bakers to London to teach them how it's done.
red deer, ab location
I stopped by the Red Deer location last evening after school, before going home.
As I entered the store, the "security" guard walked across in front of me without even looking up. He was an older man using a shopping cart to lean on, as it appeared that he could not comfortably walk without it.
I continued into the store to do my shopping, only to find the majority of the shelves almost completely empty. Out of my entire shopping list, I was only able to find one item still in stock. I asked a couple staff members if they had just had a big sale and they replied that the shelves always look this way.
As I was leaving, I again noticed the security guard leaning against a wall and again, he did not even look up.
I went outside and noticed a police car slowly driving around the parking lot, which gave me a slight sense of security... until I looked at my vehicle and noticed a "serial killer" van (cargo van with no windows) and two men sitting in it, very, very close to the drivers' side of my vehicle. I went around to the rear of my vehicle to put my grocery bag in the back and noticed one of the men staring at me in his mirror. I got pretty freaked out and tried to flag down the police car, only to watch the police look at me and drive away...
I stood there, not really knowing what to do now. I was so freaked out, that I climbed into the passenger side of my vehicle and climbed over my centre console in order to get out of this parking lot and go home.
I am not a person that gets scared easily, but I can assure you that I will not ever go to Superstore again at night...or maybe not even in the day time. I have not decided yet as this was such a horrible experience.

the butcher counter at the leamington superstore
To whom this may concern, my Wife was shopping at the Leamington Real Canadian Superstore on Nov. 20th at 7:30 pm, she had approached the butcher counter with an ad from Sobeys unaware that she was not able to price match.
