Friday July 13th I visited the Red lobster in sacramento, CA. This is one of my favorite restaurants to eat but now I will never eat here again. I ordered the crab linguini and my hubby ordered the crab fest. First they bring us biscuits that weren't fully cooked and tested like raw dough. Then they brought out our salads, mine taste like old rotting lettuce with watery dressing and big hard chunks of cheese. I had a long day and decided to just not eat it and wait for the main course. Omg the pasta was so dry and the crab was tuff and rubbery. My husband crab was so old that it taste like a dirty fish tank and we couldn't even crack the shells because they were so soft. I'm not sure if you company is now selling imitation crab but this is a scam and I'm going to report this. I am highly disappointed in the quality of food and service.

Without even looking up the bartender said yes the waitress took the glass over to the counter she didn't know what to do to with the content .she looked at the garbage can then she looked at the sink she poured out the content into the sink and then she stuck her finger in the glass and pour some ice in it while holding the glass with her finger inside she put the liquid contents in it and then stirred it up and took it back to the customer

Arrived at 9:05 pm, was an issue to get a table, restaurant was not busy, our party and the other party that was waiting behind us both left and went next door to another restaurant, very disappointed, Owens mills, md, we asked the hostess for a booth if possible and she had to go clean a table off with plenty of clean booths in sight, the couple behind us said the same thing and we left

Was in on Thursday July 5 th with my sister and grandson. Seated us by the. Bar a booth and had the worse server ever. He actually rolled his eyes at us, . My sister when she ordered shrimp scampi asked for cocktail sauce. Of course non was brought . So she politely asked and he told us he was getting it! And proceeded to wait on people and bring salads etc. he said he would bring more biscuits and that was a no go. My grandson is 13 a eater. When we ordered I told him separate checks but add the boys to mine. That was a no go. When he FINNALLY brought the ONE check. I said I was sorry but we needed separate and he grabbed up the bill which was not in a black envelope and scrunched it up in front of us! I thought my sister was gonna cry. We pay our own way plus we use your app for rewards. So anyways he finally brought two I had a gift card and my debit card but we waited so long I put down money and a tip in cash scanned my receipt and later got a e mail saying it didn't go thru! Did he just pocket it? Sorry that was a speculation! The time was like 3or 4 PM. He was a terd!

On June 30th 2018 about 6PM my family and I came to Red Lobster for celebratorial dinner. The service was extremely unsatisfactory. The waiter seemed indifferent, we waited an hour and a half after our orders were taken before the 1st thing came to our table. We had to ask for biscuits, there items missing from the order, the food was cold, the salads withered. So many times food was sent back to the kitchen to be reheated. Seems as if the cooking and the preparation of the food had things missing in its execution. Our waiter was not present so we called for the manager who made excuses and seemed indifferent as well. They blamed it all on the kitchen although it wasn't a busy night when we arrived. They gave us an employee discount which was appreciated but it was a seriously bad dining experience.

Red Lobster has always been one of my family's favorite seafood restaurants and on June 30th, my daughter and I went to Red Lobster on Wade Hampton in Greenville, SC. We arrived around 7pm, expecting a wait because it was a weekend and it was usually very busy. To our surprise, there was ample parking. We were seated immediately and served drinks and biscuits. The biscuits were warm, small and undercooked! Thirty minutes a later, we received our order. My daughter's salad and Admiral's feast was okay, she said. However, when I received the steak and flounder, a few minutes later, the food was cold. I sent it back and waited nearly an hour for the same cold food! I asked for take out containers, we paid the bill and left. We will try another Red Lobster; however, I suspect this location will be out of business by year end!

1st year wedding anniversary for my husband and I. Upon arrival at 6:12pm the hostess was no where to been seen. We finally was placed at a table in the bar area. It was not a busy night. The waitress came 5 minutes later and asked for drinks. Another 10 minutes no drinks no biscuits. Than an employee walked past us that appeared to be a chef blasting provocative music about women parts. My husband and I decided that this was not the place to enjoy our anniversary. We asked to speak to a manager which took another 5 mins. The manager Adam advised that the gentleman we spoke of was off the clock and did not address any other concerns we told him about . We told the manager we was leaving to go to Outback. He let us leave without addresding our matters . When leaving the facility... two of your employees was by front door I guess off clock cussing and smoking cigarettes. Worst service of the Year goes to Brandon Red Lobster.

My friend and I went for dinner on Tuesday night Our waitress was Donna D (she worked there 26 yrs she told us) I asked about an item I have had there many times before, she told me she never saw that item and she has been there 26 years and didn't want to argue. (I only asked about the item and she got very rude. She finally took our order.
she brought the drinks, salad and rolls. went to get the meals we ordered. I asked for drawn butter for my lobster I didn't get it, she disappeared. finally we saw her on the other side of the restaurant and tried to get her attention and had had to holler her name twice before she came over, she brought the butter, never took the dirty salad dishes away, never asked if we wanted more rolls, or if everything was alright. My baked potato was cold so we called her back again. she was very rude. the lobster was great and the shrimp also. But her attitude was horrid, It was 4:30 in the afternoon so she couldn't have been tired she just started. And you were not busy. This is you Ridge road restaurant in Greece We were very disatified with the service. I will make sure I will ask not to have Donna D for a server again.

On 06/07/2018 I came in & asked the Manager the process for making reservations for a group. I explained to him that I would be celebrating my birthday on Sunday 06/10/ and after Church we would be coming in for a meal as a group. He explained to me that I had to arrive with all my party at the same time. He also told me to call the restaurant while I was in route to the restaurant. Yes, I made the phone call while we were in route. The Manager on duty did not even have my section ready. I did not have a problem with sitting in the lobby waiting for 30 minutes before getting to the table because he had already explained that to me on the day I went in to talk with him. Problems with this location 1) sitting at the table for 15 minutes before receiving any water or drinks, 2) didn't receive the bread until right before our meals were coming out, 3) had to keep asking for refills on water and drinks & some of my guest did not even receive refills, 4) Salads were not served to everyone at the same time. 1/2 of my guest didn't receive their food until 1/2 of the guest had finished eating their salad, 5) This was the same way with the food, 6) multiple people didn't receive parts of their food until they were almost finished eating their meal, 7) I was not happy with the way it was handled after I told the Manager that was on duty ( She told me the reason that we did not get bread early because the cooks ran completely out of bread), 8) Did not offer us one of the seats for my granddaughter. I was embarrassed because I had relatives as far as Florida who drove here just to celebrate my 50th birthday. I had a total of 11 family members present. I have eaten at many other Red Lobster restaurants in different areas and have not had this experience.

Visited red lobster, time last, the lobster was spoiled, they took it back, and I ordered something else that's my normal pic, but the taste in my mouth yuk, the female manager came by and asked how was your meal, I looked at her for moment, and she said the second, I heard you didn't like the first one? It was sent back because it was tainted/spoiled she said oh, and walked to the kitchen, no apologies, no compensation, but she remind me that the bad meal was taken off the bill. Went back 2 weeks later, my lobster was over cooked/DRY and so was the sausage and the corn was cold?

Yesterday was father's day June 17 we took our son there my boyfriend and I. I continuously told the waitress there were flies over and on our food she said there was nothing she could do, after several times of mentioning it to her. she never refilled our drinks once she came to the table to drop off my sons food had someone else drop our food off an hour later after my son was finished and she dropped off the ticket with an attitude. This morning my son and I have been having bad fluids coming from both our rear ends and our mouths. The service was horrible, than today were all sick from it I paid 84 bucks 90 with tip. I would like a refund due to the fact we are now sick from the food and have been all day.

Cook food is nothing like it use to be red lobster was one of my favorite spots for eating out. Lobster tails are not grilled anymore they are put on your plate just as white and bland as snow the portions are smaller and prices went up. Red lobster lover's notice everything the food is not the same😟😢😒😢 I am truly a lover of red lobster and many of my family members and friends are as well please bring back the way you have been cooking food with no changes especially the grilling of the lobster tails. I ordered this same item a week ago from the same Red Lobster in Oakhurst, NJ and it was very good which made me want it again yesterday. This Red Lobster is very hit or miss yesterday was a miss. The lobster was very salty and the shrimp was under cooked. This meal is 26.00 and you expect for the meal to be correct. I second guess purchasing food from Red Lobster because the food is so salty you just can't eat it.

Visited red lobster Owings Mills md on yesterday around 1 pm The restaurant was virtually empty. Tables everywhere free but we were kept waiting about 45 min before we were sitted. Everyone knows that this is graduation and school closing programs season and afterwards parents take their children to a celebration lunch. Children don't understand poor service it was my nephews day so I stayed there. It is totally ridiculous to have to wait that long in an empty restaurant for a table. Once sitted the server was excellent. But the food was mediocre. The salads was swimming in salad dressing and my flounder was fried to hard. My rice was under cooked. A terrible meal after waiting all that time.

I was very unhappy with a $30 plate of lobster, crab and shrimp. The shrimp was the best part had I known the crab was doll size with no meat in it and the smallest lobster I would have just purchased a shrimp dish. I certainly did not get $30 worth of food. Red lobster has changed dramatically over the years and not for the better. I could not locate a site on their own website to write to them personally. How sad this experience has been.

I just went to an interview for a hostess job . Within 5 minutes of the interview they told me i have to be 18 . My complaint is it says on the website you can be 16 to work as a hostess and i also put in my application i was 16. I am very upset to be let down when the website says something else . I love this company very much but i am just confused .

I am at the red lobster at 4:30pm
And the restaurant is not that busy, at this time our server forgot our sauce (twice) and then now it's 5:16pm and even the manager came by to ask us to refill our drinks and never brought them to us. We have been sitting here with our meal with no drink for about 15 mins. The food was very fast as coming to the table but once our server dropped it off she never came back. The restaurant is still not busy at all and I see multiple servers at the "server station" not doing anything... We will never be returning to this location.

Went to Red Lobster in Sugar Land, Texas. Ordered the ultimate feast as I always do when I go to RL. My plate came put about 6 minutes before everyone else in my party. My daughter even stated that she was skeptical because it came out so soon and the shrimp looked undercooked. I should have sent it back. I couldn't even finish my food and barely made it out the door before profusely vomiting. I was sick for over 2 days because of this one horrific meal. Not only have I been going to RL for over 3 decades and NEVER had a meal as this one experience will ruin this restaurant for me all together. I will never attend another RL.

On 5/19/2018 at approximately 4pm, I Reles Atlas Banks Jr. entered into the Red Lobster in Dover, De. The Host (Black Gentleman wearing glasses) seated me near the bar area and I sat there for about 15 min and was never approached by any waiter/waitress. I went to the Host and asked him to move me to another area that was more visible. I sat there another 15 min and was still not approached by any waiter/waitress. I asked to speak to the Manager (Black Gentleman wearing glasses) and advised him of the situation. While speaking with him, I did get upset and cursed (Saying that it was "b[censored]"). I was very upset because of my drive that i took to go to this particular restaurant just to get this treatment. I asked him for the Corporate Office Phone number and I departed the restaurant. There were several employees walking around joking and overlooking me. They were very unprofessional and never took the time to walk around and see if their tables were ok. If so, they would've noticed me sitting there for the time that i did.
