!I am absolutely applaud at the service and treatment I was given here. I came in on mother's day and placed an online order when i arrived i waited and additional 3 and a half hours when I was told my food would be ready in a half hour. Granted it was super busy but it wasn't the wait time that made me give them 1 Star. I paid for my order using my debit card and left no tip on the card. Two days later after it was processed I see they took it upon them selves to ADD A TIP TP MY CARD. This is fraud ! So I came back to confront the manager about this situation. Naturally he assured me it was an honest mistake and that they would refund me. I explained what an inconvenience this was for me to have to drive all the way back here in addition to on mother's Day them getting my order wrong and forgetting items I paid for. The manager Masoud walked away and never came back and sent over an employee with a gift card for 50.00 This would of been ok for my troubles. So all I did was ask for the managers name so I can contact him if I didn't see the refund. The employee walked away and came back and said HE GAVE ME THE WRONG GIFT CARD N THAT HE WAS SORRY but it was only suppose to be for 15.00! So after all my trouble, receiving a gift card for 50 for them to just deactivate it and hand me 15 dollars is ridiculous! Not only that but the manager wouldn't even come back out and finish speaking me to ! How rude ! Makes you think about how many " honest mistakes" were made that day and how many people never checked their bank accounts to see if they were charged tips they never left !
after i had left my husband became upset with the out come and tried calling to talk to the manger. By this point my husband is very upset and while speaking to the manager who should be able to handle angry customers HUNG UP on my husband. He called back again to speak to him and was told a general manger would be in contact with him. After the manager admitted to an employee wrongfully charging my card and then again another employee making ANOTHER mistake with the gift card he had no other answer for us but saying that is all he can do.
The 50 dollar gift card would of been enough to have settled the situation but making that second mistake and then taking back a gift card that was already given to me was wrong. I asked the employee for the managers name and phone number only so I can contact him if the refund never gets issued. The employee looked at me as if he didnt want to give his name out and said he would be right back instead of telling me his name. He then return with a piece of paper with the information And the manager would not even come back out and speak to me

I placed a phone order on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at approx 11:00 to see if I could get a pick up at 3:00. I arrived to pick it up at 2:50 and noticed a long line of others to pick up their item. They completed a large order that required 2 large boxes with multiple orders. After completing that order there were others waiting if front of me and the pickup window was shut and after 5-10 minutes, the button was pressed constantly and no one behind the pick up window would answer. After waiting another 20 minutes, I asked the floor manager to check on my order being that I would have a 30 minute drive to make it to my mom. I quickly glanced over the order and upon arrival to my mothers home the food was cold and the broccoli for two orders was half yellow and I had to wait after getting my order, that there was a 10 minute wait on the cheddar biscutts. My son had taken me to the same store the day before where we dinned in and everything was great! I was very unhappy with the service and the food order was very salty and cold and my order is still refrigerated in case I needed more proof. This was not the outcome I expected from Red Lobster and my mom said it was too salty also and just ate some of it. I ordered over $50 worth of food and was refunded $10 by the floor manager but felt the entire order and experience was not what I expected.

While taking my family out to dinner we have never had such horrible service, food and drinks. We seated ourself in the bar area and it took literally over 15 minutes before a server finally acknowledged that we were there. She then gave us a menu without even asking if we would like something to drink. When she finally showed up to get our drink order she stopped to check her cell phone. When the drinks finally arrived they were watered down after sitting on the bar waiting on her. She finally came back to take out order she seemed preoccupied in something else as we had to repeat the orders. The food was at best edible, not hot or freshly made. She never came back to check on us and we had to get up and ask for our bill. We frequent this restaurant regularly and don't feel we should have spent well over $100 for this POOR experience. Get some better employees!

We had a bad experience tonight and luckily we didn't call the police to do DNA test on the baked potato that the waiter spit in. The location we were at was 3056 Preston Rd Frisco TX 75034. The waiter that served us name was Adolfo. I changed my mind regarding eating a salad and decided to get a side instead for the special that's going on for 15.99 the waiter had an attitude when I changed my mind and then brought out the bake potatoe that I ordered before my meal was done and there was spit in my potatoe. I spoke with the manager Jeff and he wasn't really helpful at all, he had an attitude as well. Jeff stated that he could take care of us after I advised that I will be contacting corporate. I declined Jeff request. I am very upset about this incident and would like more than an apology. The location me and my family decided to go to tonight we will never go again. I visited the Red Lobster location on Queens Blvd. today. Customer service was at a all time low. I was sat at a table and was given dirty silverware wrapped up in the white clothes to eat with. Food all over the spoon and folks. I can forward pictures if necessary. Those silverware had never been washed and whomever wrapped them should be fired. My daughter almost used the dirty silverware if I had not been paying attention. I spoke with a male manager name Timid that refuse to give me the corporate number. He then took 30 minutes to bring me back clean silverware. UNACCEPTABLE! It is not allowing me to upload the photo. Stated file is too large.

For our pre-mothers day dinner I got 45 minutes of waiting for food that doesn't take that long.
My wife ordered "snow crab" with an up charge and got regular yukky crab.
I ordered raw oysters on a half she'll as I did the night before in SHERMAN TEXAS.
After the first 15 to 20 minutes after I ordered my oysters I asked the waitress to get then out ASAP.
She said they were waiting for the other food to be done before they started getting mine ready.
When I finally got the oysters, the ice trey was half full of water.
I didn't trust those enough to eat them all.
Just a terrible place to eat, COMPARED TO THE SHERMAN LOCATION I ATE AT THE NIGHT BEFORE.
The manager or whatever he is didn't seem to care in the least about anything going on .
He walked by often without even a concern.

I been to redlobster a lot of times and never have I ever gotten sick from the food I orderd. My recent visit was my last. The crab legs tasted funny and something between the crab legs, potato and brocli gave me food poison. I was at work all day [censored] throwing up and having pain in my stomach I barley made it through work and I couldn't even keep down water. Luckly I was only sick like this for that day but I am pissed off. Someone didnt cook my food right or it was old. It had a funny taste to it when I was eating it. I should have never bought red lobster. to many issues keep recurring with your company and I wouldn't recommend redlobster to anyone even if you guys were giving away free food.

Always been a special treat for my family to go to red lobster for special occasions since it is so expensive, but always worth it. Except for yesterday when I got my daughter and I red lobster for starters we got the shrimp and lobster roll the arugala was very soggy from the mayonnaise which made the bread soggy and gave the lobster a very unpleasant taste. My daughter ordered shrimp side trio with Walt shrimp, shrimp scampi, and shrimp Alfredo she received the Alfredo but the other two shrimps were wrong they were sauteed with some sort of bread crumble on top. She has broccoli for her side which is both our favorite vegetable and it was sorry to say horrendous. The broccoli was not bright green but very dark colored and smelled disgusting . Since I ordered it to go the man was standing in front of me reading of the receipt and bagging order so I could not really see, but he read it correctly so I guess I assumed it was correct. The broccoli made here whole meal smell and taste like it. I tried it as well and very gross. We are some very big red lobster fans and for the first time unfortunately were very disappointed. Not sure if there is a new cook or what, but now I am very skeptical about returning to this location. I really do hate to complain because like I said I have always been a big fan and loyal customer, but this was not a good visit. I also asked for cocktail sauce and butter for my ultimate feast which we did not receive. Rice pilaf comes with the feast and I asked for my side to be rice as well but I only received one. The lady that took my order repeated it back twice and still we had all these mistakes.

On may 3rd 2018 I took my family to red lobster in Southgate mi. The server was very rude. When I ordered everyone's meal she said there was a few dollars up charge so I said ok a few dollars ain't much. Well when my mother in law got her steak it was very raw she got an attitude cause we ordered it very well. She tried shoving the steak off on another worker so she could take more tables. When I received my bill it was 165.00. when she informed me there was a few dollars up charge she didn't say a whole 30 dollar meal up charge for a salad and scallops. When I asked why bill was so high she just ignored me. I did leave a 10 dollar tip and she ran to grab the money she counted the tip and rolled her eyes cause it wasn't alot. I only had the intend to spend maybe 100 bucks at red lobster. I took a family of 7 there and my bill was only 120 bucks. There was only 4 of us and we spend over 75 dollars a person. I could of went all you can eat with that. I was not compensated for waiting so long for the steak to be remade also she charge be triple time for asaparugus when she told me it was with my sides. I never had this bad of a service with red lobster. I know I will never go back to this location. I asked for some garlic biscuits to go home and the waitress answer was I have to charge you dollar or biscuit like spending 165 dollars wasn't enough already so I paid for it. The manager acted like he didn't care either. I felt she took my money and expected more tip when she was so nasty and rude.

We dined at your RL restaurant in Eugene, OR at the Valley River Center on 4-27-18 @4:30 PM. Several of us ordered the Ultimate Feast which included crab legs. The waiter, Jim, was snotty and in a bad mood-didn't greet us, frowned throughout, and spent most of his time talking to some friends a few tables away about their personal lives. When our food finally arrived it was cold and the crab legs were so skinny it was like cracking shell on nothing but shell with a splinter of meat that even the crab forks couldn't grab). These meals are not cheap and we expected better from RL. Service-wise as well.

While I was eating my new Orleans style salmon, I took a bite of food and went to take a drink. I heard a crunch in my mouth. I took my napkin and wiped my mouth and tried to spit what was in my mouth into the napkin. I picked a hard piece of what turned out to be blue glass. I told the manager and he told us he would discount our meal. In the end he only took 16.00 off a 70.00 check. They brought me a new drink, and remade my plate. I couldn't bring myself to eat it. Even though the chance of more glass being in my food obviously wouldn't be likely, I totally lost my appetite. I really feel like the entire meal should have been comped or something. They didn't seem to make a big deal out of it which caught me off guard because it was glass, not a hair or something like that. The sad thing is I never really get to go out, my dad was in from North Carolina who I hadn't seen in a year, and it ruined dinner. Red Lobster is my favorite restaurant normally, but this was terrible.

My two sisters and I went to Red Lobster in Oaklawn, Illinois on 04-22-18, leaving the restaurant at 2:28 pm central time. I ordered strip steak and rock lobster, my sister ordered the lobster lovers dream. I ate my steak at the restaurant took my rock lobster home to eat. My sister ate her food at the resturant. My sister who is 70 years old got ill 15 minutes after leaving the resturant with diarrhea for approximately 5 hours. I ate my rock lobster at 8 pm that evening. By 8:30 pm Sunday night I had diarrhea until 3:30 in the morning. I called and spoke to the store manager Roosevelt who said he would give the general mgr my information. The general mgr Mark Gibson called me today and ask me if I had a salad and I told him yes. He then told me that the location did not sell salads on last Sunday. I told him I had a garden salad with blue cheese salad dressing. He never once apologized for my sister and I getting ill. He told me that he would send the information to the insurance company. I have been going to that location for years at least once a month, but I wont be back.

When me and my group arrived at this restaurant there was only two tables occupied. We ordered our food and drinks and it took them almost an hour for them to bring it to us. The food was given to us not fresh and almost cold, for example my noodles were chewy like they had been sitting for a while, and one of my relatives' lobster was dry and the waitress said they had no butter for it. Our garlic biscuits were crispy and burnt, and not warm as well. We only spent about 10 minutes picking over our food until we decided to get it to go and asked for the check. I asked our waitress if I could get a raspberry lemonade to go, and she came back with a carton of frozen Raspberry Minute Maid Lemonade, saying that she brought it out so that we wouldn't think she was lying about how she couldn't bring me anymore. The only thing that turned out great from the service at this restaurant was our appetizer and salads. I chose this restaurant to bring my family and friends to celebrate a gender reveal, and it was a very embarrassing event. We spent a total of $112.00 at this restaurant, including a tip, that should have never been given.
We are asking that we be returned this money or at least be given a gift card with the amount so that we can go to a better Red Lobster restaurant for a more appropriate service.

Visited Red Lobster this evening April 21, 2018. Big mistake. Have not been to this establishment in over a year and was looking forward to enjoying a nice dinner with our adult children. Waited and hour and a half for 4 of 6 meals to arrive. After those 4 meals were finished we were told it would be another 15-20 for the other two meals to be finished. We were stunned. Told waitress we would go elsewhere for those two people to eat. Waitress' response, "OK." WOW! Very poor service ridiculously slow. Had order a sea side Trio with s Cesar salad and mash potatoes with sour cream and butter, shrimp scampi, shrimp alfredo and popcorn shrimp. When I got home to feed my husband. I notice that they gave me a bake potato and his alfredo had very little sauce. Salad was half of what I normally get.
I should have checked the take out order before I left. But we was in a rush to get my daughter to work. But while we was there the waitress was messing up on the order the had order to eat in. I'm really is very disappointed. I haven't had this type of service from red lobster in a long time.

Me and my family of 4 were seated immediately... After about 30-40 mins I had to go ask for someone to help us. When a server arrived while taking drink order she was texting... Brought two totally wrong drinks, no biscuits after ordering our meal we waited close to 45 mins to receive our food... My husband's steak was rare when he ordered well done I ordered ultimate feast and received a shrimp trio...kids tenders were cold and never seen server again. We paid and spoke to the hostess after leaving and when asked to speak to there manager she chuckled and said come back in two hours if u want that to happen

Today the family and I went to the Almaden location per my littles request and I was so excited for my shrimp and lobster only to be very disappointed at first bite. I was instantly hit with the smell of ammonia and lemon. After convicing my husband to try a small bit he said it seemed fine so I tried again only to be hit again by the horrid smell and taste. The manager came and said the charge would be removed but informed me that that is the norm for their lobsters. Sadly my husband was trying to enjoy his lobster and truffle Mac and cheese but after smelling my plate and tasting my food his appetite was ruined. I tried his lunch only to be hit by the smell and taste AGAIN. My husband didn't want to rock the boat and complain about his so we just paid and left. Lobster only smells like Ammonia if it's not fresh. Being that they've had this complaint before, that's a quality issue. I'm very disappointed with our experience today And very upset we paid over $50 for a meal only our son could eat cause it was just kids shrimp and fries.

We attended a visitation for a deceased friend on Noland Rd in Independence, MO on April 7th. Afterward, we decided to eat at Red Lobster on the same road, we are shareholders of Darden, Inc. Arrived at 2:30, not crowded. We were told to wait 5 or 10 minutes. 15 minutes later we were seated in the bar where all but 1 table had been empty all along, without asking is we wanted to eat where noisy drinkers were drinking at the bar. I will say the food was good, server was good, total bill was 63.00 for 2. After eating, I went to the restroom which was dirty, no paper in stall and broken locks on stall doors. Don't think we'll be returning anytime soon. Red Lobster is suppose to a better experince. Sad.
