food
We ordered raw oysters on half shell and they were awful. They were on the dry side like they were left out. There was no ice to keep them cool. This is a seafood place at should have best tasting stuff. Also how hard is it for them to have horseradish to be served with the oysters. Maybe they need to go get lessons from Shuckers, they excell in all their seafood. I tried to give places more then one or two chances but I tried Red lobster a few times now and have not be happy anytime. This was probably last time I will be going there.
food and customer service
It was 8 of my friends and I (Michelle Leach) who came to this red lobster Friday night on 3/30/18. Everything started out great until some of us ordered virgin strawberry daiquiris which were so nasty. On top of that it took forever for us to get our food... When we finally got our food some of our food was very cold and old! We complained... There was really no sympathy... They took some stuff off but it took forever to get checked out.. not to mention the waiter Dont'e got the receipts mixed up which caused us to have to wait another 30 minutes for him to get the receipts right.. we left around 12:30 am I forgot my food so I went to get it only to see Dont'e and another worker sitting at the table apparently talking about their night, seen me knocking on the door and refused to open it... Another person came to the door and thought it was funny I was knocking which pissed me off even more! he let me in, i heard Dont'e and the other worker talking, the other worker said "just pack your damn food and go" she knew I heard her so she silenced real quick until I left.I got my food then left. This by far has been the worst experience ever at red lobster.. I am very disappointed!
obnoxious behavior
The first incident occurred almost a year ago. My husband and I took a friend of ours to the Red Lobster in Waldorf. We were rewarded with undoubtedly the worst service I have ever encountered. There were seven people in our party. Four of them did not receive their food until others were done eating and it was cold. Three of us did not get everything we did order. Even after that, we decided to wait awhile and try again because we really like Red Lobster. I had just had foot surgery two days prior and my husband and I were in the area so we decided to stop and try again. We walked in and it was fairly crowded, as there was no place for me to sit my husband helped me back to the bar area so I could sit down. The area was empty so he helped me over to a chair. He went up to the bar to order a drink, a man came by, stared at me then grabbed a waitress pointed at me and told her to tell me to get up. I am assuming this was a manager. She came over and I felt totally humiliated. I tried to explain that I could not stand, by that time my husband walked over and needless to say was outraged. We did not cause a scene but promptly left without eating. I am not looking for monetary gain. What I am looking for is an explanation as to how this behavior is accepted as the norm. I will not be returning to Red Lobster. I do hope that in the very near future someone does look into the behavior that goes on there.
waitress
We ate and as I we as paying the ticket I have her 60$ dollars 3 20s and I had a 100$ bill. My freidn seen the waitress reach under the table and grab something off the floor and I'm missing my 100$. I would like to know what the heck happened to my money.

service at the red lobster in state college
On Wednesday March 14th I had dinner at the Red Lobster on Atherton Avenue in State College, PA and the service was terrible. We were there for nearly 3 hours, not because there was a long wait for a table but because our waitress was not attentive or timely with any of our orders. I ordered Crab Legs and for my two sides I wanted Mashed Potatoes and Tomato-Mozzarella Caprese (which was an additional $2.99. I got my mashed potatoes but my other side did not come and my waitress did not come back to our table until our meal was done so I couldn't even ask for her to bring it out (what made this worse was that additional side was not on my bill but my co-worker was charged for it). My co-worker ordered two drinks but did not ever get the 2nd drink that she ordered. I asked for an itemized receipt and it took our waitress over 20 minutes to figure out how to reprint a receipt that had what we ordered on it.
Overall I was very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. I realize that things get busy sometimes and some of the wait staff could be inexperienced but this girl did not seem to have any idea what she was doing and the manager never came out to help or check on our experience.

My sister and I attended the Red Lobster @ 3655 Orange Place, Beachwood Ohio on [protected].
Our check Numbers at 75324 and 75325 . ID number [protected]
Our waitress Name was Yasmine, who by the way was very inattentive, and rude at times. We where seated under a vent with air coming out when the temperature here in Cleveland was 28 degrees. We asked to be moved to another area but no one ever came to seat us elsewhere. After waiting at least 15- 20 min. Yamine our waitress came to take our orders and said we would have to wait until seating becomes available. So we proceeded to order. We waited I would say for 30 to 40 minutes on our food which wasn't as good as I know red Lobster food to be, very very greasy, the potato was cold and the lettuce in the salad semi- wilted. We are requesting a refund in which we will try again on another occasion and location.
My address is 12201 Craven Ave, Cleveland, Ohio 44105

the service received at red lobster
On 03/10/2018 myself and my sister went to red lobster's in the gateway mall, in b'klyn., n. Y. The place is to small for the community in which it serves. The place is poorly staffed. There is no way one should have to wait for and order placed for 2 hrs. Forget about the on line ordering. People leaving due to frustration in ordering food. Outside the restaurant people gathering like cattle. Receipt # 6262 check # 95435. I ordered one thing and got home and had something different. $28.99 waisted. That was a horrible situation to be in. Red lobster do better. I'm a senior citizen living in the area for years. Poor service. To long of a wait.

service
I went to your establishment for my birthday last week and I was highly disappointed . I went on Tuesday at one at Secaucus nj. We ordered two beers which tasted extremely funny. We places our ordered and our Cesar salad was ice cold. Our server spend moist of her time in her phone . Our food was cold and we got our bread after we ate . So disappointed my favorite place
burnt food 🥘
I went to the Concord NC restaurant last night with my husband for dinner. The wait was 30 minutes which is fine for a Friday night. We Order the food I had the shrimp thrio I ask that pasta be crab meat instead of 🍤. 1/2 an hour later the food came out, the shrimp was burnt and the crab meat Inthe pasta was cold . After another 10 min the waitress came to the table and I explained to her the food was not right so she took the food and got the manager she had no clue on how to deal with a situation like this . The manager is not qualified to run that restaurant...Her response when she came to the table was " I'll just take your food off the receipt I know you waited a long time " . I had to leave there hungry as hell and find something else to eat ... Never Ever again will I spend another dime there . I had to stopped at TGIF !
Very disappointed 😞 smh
the food
We went to your red lobster here in fayetteville last night since we haven't been in a while and we were disappointed. Im not usually one to complain but I cant stop thinking about it. Our biscuits were not fresh, cold. My son got the macaroni and cheese kids meal with fries and his macaroni and cheese was cold. It is cheap nasty kraft macaroni and cheese on top of that and who wants to eat that cold? And then I got the ultimate feast and had to send the lobster tail back. The meal itself was horrible, not worth $30 at all. All together I spent $95 at your establishment and I am not pleased at all. I said never again last night as leaving there but I hope that won't be the case.
prices and credit card went missing
After much first complaint about unsatisfactory service you kindly send us a gift card so I got bold and tried again. The Red Lobster on 466 in The Villages FL is obviously struggling, it as not busy at all.. Our dinner this time was good but very overpriced. But the real problem was my credit card going missing. After we paid for dinner and left I got to the parking lot and realized I did not get my credit card back, I immediately went back in and asked for it. Our Server Kenneth T, check # 71031 asked around and noone had it, really? says it might have been thrown out, I dont believe that, they took my name and number and of course will call if they find it. How does it go missing in 10 minutes? I immediatley cancelled the card and now I am inconvenienced with having to notify all my creditors about having a new card when it comes. Your management needs to do something with this entity as they will surely go out of business. Thanks Wannetta Dockham
2-crab leg dinners
On February 27th at 6:45, my spouse and I ordered the 2lb crab leg dinner w/2 sides and beverages...When our food arrived, a pin cracking our crab legs they were still 1/2 frozen inside! I informed the waiter that I wanted to speak to a Manager, and he told us that he was really busy at the moment and that he would take care of everything. SO he comes back w/ a plate and tells us to put our crab legs on it so they could be re- heated, or steamed properly.. We waited 30 more minutes, ended up getting full off our sides and BREAD! WHEN he came back with the crab legs they were overcooked and rubbery!
I have been a customer of Red Lobster for years and never experienced this before...We paid our bill and left, without the CRAB LEGS!
everything!! horrible!!!
I went to the roosevelt bulv red lobster tonight with my son... And it was horrible! Food was gross.. Over salted mess... Alexus v was an ignorant person! She started off w attitude and a stank face... And anything I said it was umm ok... And walked away... She couldn't have cared less! I sent back part of my meal cuz it was so gross to look at.. And it was rock hard... Lobster shouldn't be hard! And she brought back an even worse price... Never refilled our drinks... Even as my 10yr old was coking on the food... I was ignored the entire time... The lobster bisque soup was super salty and when I said something she looked down rolled her eyes n walked away! I asked to speak to a manager... Never came! So when I got home I called the restaurant... 25 mins. On hold later someone picked up the phone and hung up... So I called back and after it rung 4 8 mins someone picked up and said we closed and hung up... So I called a 3rd time only to get some nasty girl who said... Red lobster answering service.. Really?!? I said there is no such thing in a restaurant and she said oh yea whatever and hung up! I just spent 112 dollars on garbage! I will b disputing the charge.. And just a btw... I'm a waitress... If I ever treated my guest like how I was treated 2night I would b fired! And I only left 10 bucks cuz i'm a server.. She deserves nothing! I usually leave 40/50 dollars when I go out... Also i'm a bartender that just got done work and my son wanted to go here.. I didn't cuz I never get good service... She could have made great money w/ me... But she is terrible at her job... Also ur host and manager.., all need to be fired! And also servers shouldn't fight w the host rite in front of the tables! I. Ant wait to talk to a manager 2morrow cuz there is more that happened! I will never return to this poorly run... Terribly staffed... Horrible line cooks... Place ever again! Get ur stuff together cuz remember u can't make money treating ppl the way I was treated... Unreal!
red lobster dine in service
I went to red lobster with my family today and had a terrible experience. To start off, the waitress was super judgemental. My Heavy set brother asked for sweet tea and she kept giving him unsweetened tea on purpose, multiple times. Whenever we would ask for more cheddar biscuits she would make a sour face and stall getting more, despite how incredibly long it took for our food to arrive. We asked to move seats because our seat was very drafty. She responded with "the other table isn't clean and it's not my job to clean it". All together in the end we spent $230 and had terrible service and would like some kind of resurrection for my troubles.

poor customer service by manager
1. 02/17/2018 I called 301.423.3715 and Red Lobsters told me that reservations were not being taken because "this weekend is still considered Valentine's weekend".
2. 02/17/2018 I requested seating for 15 at 5pm at Red Lobster | 5051 Auth Way, Suitland, MD.
3. Host put my name on a list and told me seating should be available in 45mins.
4. At 5:20pm host told me my seating was ready and introduced me to a woman that was waiting in my party.
5. The woman and I did not know each other, nor was her party under the same name as mine.
6. Host said she deleted my name and seating number a little after I had given it to her because she assumed we were in the same party.
7. I asked who gets the seating. The host said the woman because she had been waiting. I volunteered that I had been waiting since 5pm. The woman admitted that she came in after 5pm but said she had reserved seating for her party. I found that odd based on #1 above.
8. The host said she would put my information back on the list and seating would be available in 45mins - approximately 6:10pm.
9. I requested that the host be careful and double check with me before removing my name again because my party is elderly. She profusely apologized.
10. At 5:40pm a man wearing a Red Lobster apron who did not identify himself shared that he wanted to talk with me and request that I follow him. When we reach the lobster tank he turns his back to me and converses with the hosts at the front desk.
11. After a few minutes he turns around and says this is what I am going to do: "I am going to survey the establishment and assess seating. I will then come back, share how soon you can be seated, and see if you want me to put your name our list."
12. I said certainly there has been a mistake for my name is already on a list and I should be seated at approximately 6:10pm.
13. He said that's not going to happen. I asked why? He said you can't take the other party's reservation. I shared that such was never my request.
14. I shared that seating for me should have been available at approximately 5:45pm because I arrived at 5pm. Red Lobster made an error and seating should now be available at 6:10pm.
15. I said now it is 5:45pm and certainly you are not suggesting that the clock start over yet again. As he took two steps toward me, he said "yeah it will start over again so do you want me to check or not"?
16. I shared the following: do you think it is appropriate to never identity yourself; never apologize for any convenience; speak to me in non welcoming tone; and step toward me - without a complete understanding of the situation. He said you don't know what I know.
17. Then he repeated - do you want me to check or not. I said unfortunately yes for I have elderly guests celebrating an 84th birthday and the weather is horrible. He said thought so.
18. I asked him what was his role at Red Lobster and he said manager. I said is there anyone here that is above him or equal to him. He said yeah. I requested that he tell that person that I want to share my feelings of unrest as soon as possible.
19. Several minutes passed and he never returned. I asked the hosts what was the outcome of his assessment of seating and how long before seating. They asked if he ever came back and I told them he had not. They volunteered that the general manager is really nice and that is who I really need to speak with. They said she runs it all and is not rude like that. I requested that they have her come speak with me.
20. Sallie Ferguson appeared and we dialogued about the situation. She identified the person speaking to me as Robert Jones IV.
21. I made it clear that my witnesses are the patrons sitting on the sofa - especially the three women on the end. I shared that I don't know them from a can of paint but they are not going to lie. The women volunteered, "That guy with the apron on is rude and this man never raised his voice. Tell her about the way he stepped up to you. He did not even ask you what happened."
22. Ms. Ferguson apologized profusely, asked for my patience and said we would be seated shortly. Such she made a reality.
23. I initiated further conversation with Ms. Ferguson after we were seated. I shared Mr. Jones may have the permission to speak to employees/subordinates as such by virtue of his title. However, such is not true with patrons - better yet, me. The only thing that I am guilty of is bringing 15 guests into this establishment with the potential of spending at least $700. Moreover, it is my limited understanding that spending such helps pay Mr. Jones's salary. Further, it is not reasonable for anyone to pay for someone to be rude to them.
24. Interestingly, I discovered in my conversation with Ms. Ferguson that Mr. Jones never told Ms. Ferguson about my request to speak with her.
my entire service was horrible.
I want to start by saying I am usually not only to complain about my service...I have worked in more restaurants than I can count so I know how Saturday nights can be.
My family took me out for my birthday last night & the host said our wait time would be 10-15 mins. After an hour of waiting, I approached the host desk again to ask for an updated time, & a different host replied with "10-15 mins"...even though it had already been an hour. At this point I was furious because another party (with the same amount of people) got sat before us and my family and I had been there at least 45 minutes before them. The host explained that they got sat first because they made reservations...but when I had called to make a reservation earlier in the day, the person I spoke with on the phone said "sorry we don't take reservations on the weekends" and then hung up on me.
We waited another 20 minutes to be sat and then my father asked to speak with a manager. After waiting for a manager for an additional 15-20mins we finally got sat at a 6 top table (when we had 9 people). The host had to put chairs at the ends of our booth.
The manager finally came to our table & admitted that she had not been out on the floor and was unaware our situation because she was in the back taking care of something else. In ALL of my years working in restaurants I have never worked anywhere that there is not ATLEAST 3 managers on a Saturday dinner shift. So that was no excuse.
After she told us this excuse, she said "let me go to the host stand and see what is going on".
The manager NEVER returned to our table to apologize, but rather just told the server to give us a free app.
The food correct, but took a very long time to arrive to the table and was cold.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant and the worst birthday dinner of my life.

We love Red Lobster. It's one of our favorite restaurants to go to! Tonight 2/18/18 was not a good experience. We got seated and a waitress came over to take our drink order. Then 2 minutes later the manager for the evening comes over and asks how we are doing and says she would rather be a home watching tv asked if she could take our drink order. We said a waitress already got our order. She then asked if we would like to order an appetizer. We ordered shrimp cocktail and stuffed mushrooms. She said they would be on the house for the wait. What wait we only been there for a couple of minutes?! But later we would find out why! Got our shrimp cocktail and never received the stuffed mushrooms. Told a long time and another waitress came over and took our order. Salads came out and no biscuits. Finished salads and a few minutes later biscuits came out. Received our meals with no butter for lobster and no crab crackers. One meal had the wrong lobster tail. Had to ask for the items and took a long time to receive them (over 5 minutes)! We asked a waiter for steak sauce and never received it! At the end received the check and was charged for the stuffed mushrooms we never received! Had to tell the waitress to get it removed from the check from the manager. Manger never came back to check on us after so many issues. This was a horrible experience and hope that it never happens again or we will have to go elsewhere for a nice dinner.
service and food
My daughter and I went to eat on 2/13/18 and waited 50 minutes to be seated. After we were seated the waitress came to take our order. We received our drinks and appetizer. After 1 hour the waitress came to tell us that she forgot to turn our order in. I proceeded tot tell her to forget it. The manager came over and offered to pay for our entrees and box them up to take home. My daughter was hungry so I said ok. He said the food was almost ready. Meanwhile the waitress brought us a ticket for the drinks and appetizer. We had to pay that. Twenty minutes later the manager brought the food. We left and went home. Got the food out to eat and it was the worse food I have ever put in my mouth. It tasted like frozen fish and shrimp. I wasn't going to complain but this is the only Red Lobster in our City. My daughter and I both said we will never ever eat there again. I'm eve warning all my friends and family about how bad that place is.
service and food
I have submited many complaints on the red lobster website without hearing a word back. Im gonna post here before I take this so social media. I ate at the red lobster in Asheville nc. We had a huge wait for a table and then we finally got a table. Our server waa horrible and very rude shw never once refilled our drinks. When we got our food it was all cold and had been sitting. We asked the server to take it back and bring us new food. She then told us the kitchen was backed up and it would be a while before we got new food. After waiting 40 more mins on new food we paid the bill and left all the cold food there. I eat there 3 times a month and I'm very disappointed. 78 dollars in food for 3 of us and not one bite was eaten. I am so disappointed!
