We have been long time customers of Sears with the Master Protection Plan on the appliances within our home located at 3745 Collier Drive, NW 30331.
We have been dealing with service problems for repair since 2022 and 2023. We have loss food numerous time, with much frustration. Loss food on the freezer twice, completed forms for replacement. Representative said it was declined and I had a confirmation number. The freezer was finally repaired after four service calls.
The side by side refrigerator did not keep the food cold. Four visits and finally realized temperature board was not working. We waited almost a month before a part was located. Ben came replaced the board however before he got down the driveway, the ice maker did not work. Now today I was told Tech will not come with Part Order outstanding. I did not know a part was needed.
We have been very patience through this ordeal. During the situation, I found out that two checks $250.00/$150.00 said to have been mailed to 3745 Collier Drive NW. I asked the representative to check to see if they had been cleared because we had not received them. We never received them, I checked with the Post Office, nothing. I called again, checks were in the mail should arrive within two weeks. No checks, went to the USPO once again. Changed the address to our PO Box 310331 Atlanta, Georgia 31131. Had all mail for home address transferred to POBox. Please check for these checks or give us some explanation for the delay of checks and service. Why was the side by side not replaced under the Master Protection, it was over 4 or more visits for the service.
Desired outcome: Replace said checks.Replace Side by Side RefrigeratorRestore my faith in Sears!
Waiting to see if Sears will respond to the matter at hand.
What happened to the excellent Customer Services Sears represented all these years.
