My grandmother went to Sheetz and ordered two burgers for her and I, which is says on the receipt and the receipt taped to the bag, but came home and was given one chicken wrap. She is allergic to chicken so it was a complete waist of time, money, and we looked around the house for something I could make her. She worked all day and did not want to make dinner, hence why we were getting fast food.

Sheetz customer service from shift leader/ decency of restaurant and restroom

I got off of work from my construction job around 1 pm and came into Sheetz to use the restroom and eat. Sheetz gas

No receipt at gas pump. Very bothersome, very windy and cold. Enough of a reason for me to go elsewhere for my gas. Found it alarming to see 4 associates standing around and talking while the paper at the pump need replaced. Ask the clerk who printed my receipt to notify management and she indicated she would, however I wasn't convinced due to seemingly indifferent attitude.

December 10th I used the online order option and picked it my food from location. I ordered tots and the 2 for 1 hotdog special. When I got home and start to eat my food. The hot dog buns were flakey and stale and made it impossible to eat the hot dog with out peaking pieces of the stale hot dog bun which has a unpleasant texture. The buns were old and spoiled and unable to eat.

How can you feel comfortable selling this to people? I'm not blaming the workers cause they have to work with what is sent to them, but really??
