Sheetz coffee

On 1/1/20 I went to sheetz and got 3 xl coffee at 11:30pm And the sign said free all day for new year's and when I paid for gas they also charged me for all the coffee and i said i thought they were free all day it's not midnight and he said no u have to pay. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. Paid extra money for the cheese, and they forgot the egg. I'm beyond annoyed. The sheetz was not even busy. The people who work there really need to pay attention to the food that is ordered. It's being paid for and they are being paid to make it. If it's "made to order" it should be made exactly the way I want it.

Sheetz the workers are great but understaffed and the overall quality has gone downhill.

We are life long Sheetz lovers and this store was once great to go to but it has really gone downhill. And I want to be clear it's not the workers. It just seems poorly managed- to the point that we will probably avoid going to this store unless it improves. I hope you can get new management as we live Sheetz and this is the closest outlet to our home. Thank you.

Sheetz coffee and other

I hate complaining but this has become a regular occurrence. I live 2 blocks from this sheetz location at Crawford ave. And 119 and i have had quite a few bad experiences with service (attitude). Then today coffee was suppose to be free and we were charged for 2 cups because my mothernlaw requested a different lid. Very disappointed with this and the past few occurances.

Sheetz hot chocolate

My two children received brown water from your hot chocolate dispenser. That was a pretty expensive price to pay for brown water. Kids were upset, I was frustrated and angry and wife was ticked about the cost. I would like a refund. I would hope to resolve this issue without having to return to the store as I was passing through the area to travel to meet family for the holidays.

Sheetz a bucket of fried tater tots

The tater tots I ordered last night were not only a full bucket of tater tots but i am highly from last night about 2 hours after I ate them and today.. they were either undercooked or they were not properly cooked because they were broken and stuck all together and had no crisp to them at all.. I wasnt going to send this complaint but me getting sick from them also is a big issue
