I'm A Sathish residing at ambattur, I will waiting fill the petrol at ambattur industrial estate north wing shell pertol pump on 17/12/2022 around 9.pm (opposite of aavin factory) I waited 10 minitues for fill power petrol beyond the customer, he filled petrol that customer after filling he went to unlead petrol pump row, then he told sir please jion this que ,already waste my time 10 minitues and again should I waste my time, please take necessary action that service man and warn to him in future don't to like that,

Dec 5th 2022 1:15 pm I called customer service because I was having issues trying to get my rewards at the pump when I was using my Shell credit card. I spoke to an agent named Nicole she refused to give me her Id number, that is all the info I have on her. I gave her all of my information, with the most current card and she just focused on the cards that were closed. I gave her the specific card number I was having a problem with and she began being rude and very unprofessional. I asked to speak with a Supervisor and after 45 minutes I was transferred to one named Jennifer same date 1:55 pm. I informed her on how unprofessional and rude Nicole was and she brushed it off. I asked for her employ number and if the calls are being recorded and who I should call to file a complaint, she informed me that it could only be done by mail then hung up on me. I have been a shell customer since 2015 and I thought the valued customers, but after this experience I realized they don’t its very disappointing.

I was calling because for the last 2 months I haven’t been able to get my rewards when using my credit card. The previous month they told me it was straightened out and to this date it is the same problem. I don't think I need to be on should have to call all the time, let alone be on the phone that long.

Put fuel in a number of times and when complend got absolutely abused and shouted at so much it scared me into ringing the police station and even they were discuted by the staff my car is digital and in no way faulty I have a crime number and receipt of my last episode at the garage would just like my money back please and I never go to a shell garage again thanks me vincentcook 123 redlam blackburn bb2 1un [protected]

I pulled up to get an oil change, the price was 54.99 but then a man said it would be 89.99,

no more than 10 minutes and he said it was ready.

I drove off and when I got home the oil light was still on.

I checked it and the same oil filter was still on and had not been replaced.

I would like my money back put into my Credit Card I used for this transaction.

I used a shell gas station located at 181st and Halsey in Gresham / Portland Oregon. I knew something was odd when the attendant slid my card against his pants pocket. I asked what he was doing? he stated he almost dropped my card I only got $30.00 of gas because I use a service station within blocks of my home. within 40 minutes I had my first fraud charge of $60.00 on my credit card at another shell gas station, I called the bank and informed them of the fraud they said it was pending and to call the station which I did they said it's only a hold that shell puts on my card. within another hour I got my second fraud charge on my credit card at another shell station. I called the bank again and they told me to call the service station which I did I was assured it would just not process by the manager and to bring my bank statement proof to them to get it removed. the manager who was named sonny told not to worry if it falls off, I brought my bank info to them a second time, but the manager Sonny was a totally different person then before. after 5 more fraud charges all at different shell stations I was sure this is a skimming scam at that shell station. I have warned all I know and posted many reviews on all social media to not buy gas there and that shell is getting used as a fraud cover for this gas station. you definitely should look into this because shell corp just paid out over $200 for fraud that your own employees committed against your own company.

Purchased a car wash along with filling my gas tank at a Shell gas station on 10/16/22 @ 03:59:39 ([protected]) located at 1001 Aviation Blvd., baltimore Maryland ZIP Code, 21240. The car wash was not working and I was told by the cashier that I have I’ve just seven days to use the car wash credit and which I had paid $10 for. However, I am a travel nurse and have moved out of the area and do not have the financial means nor ability to go to a separate shell gas station that may not approve of this code is for the manager to me twice refusing a refund, I asked him if , there was a corporate phone number I could call to drop for a plane and park right now. What a upgrade offered, extension, two coupon, code, date, expiration, or any other use to shirk customer satisfaction. Given I was hung up on twice and talked down to picking to meeting. Can you grading way? I can only assume this lead Ever related to a racial/gender bias and do not feel that such managers should be the faves and representation of Shell gas stations. I’ve never had this experience before all I was asking was for a $10 credit back to my card used and this was declined Three times and hung up on twice and was told that he is busy with customers manager’s name is Ken I believe, however, is accent of possible. African dissent was very difficult to understand, and when I repeatedly asked for his name, he would not provide it which cotton yes That something prevented from coming to a resolution for this situation. I would please like this address with the particular manager and I am still kindly and respected will be requesting a refund of $10 to my card that I use to purchase my transaction ending in 7049 and the amount $53.31 ( invoice 310284, transaction id? i) which included the $10 for the car wash . yeah email for follow up confirmation of this receipt and for the final lock outcome established I’m on the corporate. I have made at least 4 prepayments at Shrll service stations in Victoria BC and because my car takes about $60 to fill up I select $100 and usually only get charged the amount I put in my car but lately I have been debited the full $100 on my credit card with no deduction. I have a Nissan Kicks and it only takes about $60 to fill it up when almost empty.

I only noticed this a couple of days ago when I filled and checked my credit card. I then looked at other transactions and noticed the same thing and happened. This occurred at least 4 times

Shells gas station: 30th and Kenwood across from childrens museum.

Incident: Over charged my debit card the price of coffee is originally 1.06 they charged me 1.09 plus .35 cents.

This establishment is over charging customers.

Not scanning items and charging there own prices.

A week ago this establishment made me pay for dish soap with my ebt card. Please help!

I was buying noodles that were $2.29 a piece the dude try to charge me $7.01 and then when I said something about it and he was like well that's what I got on my register and I was even going to take him back there and show him what the price was and he didn't even give a damn and I am on social security and I'm broke it is the middle of the month so I was just buying me a pack of noodles because I was hungry

On September 30, 2022 I went to get me a cold drink. I went to the first register so the girl told me go to the next register I did. The manager gave me the most hateful look and told the other cashier I should slap you and made her come wait on me. Ive called the owner and complained on this same lady. They havent done anything. I Know they lost my business nodody wants to go sumwhere they not welcomed to spend there money.

I contacted citi bank yesterday concerning a lost black fuel rewards card.

Citi bank assigned a claim number of a2022092607000161 for the lost card.

I was told by shell/citi that i would recd a new card via fed ex sometime?

i have requested the tracking number for this card to find from shell/citi that tracking numbers are non existing or nobody has a clue what the number is or has record of same.

Unbeleivable that a bank sends out cc that can be used be anyone if removed but does not have a way yo track for their own safe guard cc was recd by person or persons the card was shipped to.

Truly unbelievable to have a large compny not be responisble for a valuable cc being send w/ any way to find if lost.

Tonight I walked in, stood in an empty store for 25 minutes before the attendant walked in from around the corner and in back of the store. He didn’t speak English, didn’t know how to use the register, screwed up a transaction, and was the absolute most incompetent human I’ve encountered at any store I’ve visited in my 50+ years on this planet. How the hell do you put a [censored] in charge of a busy gas station at a busy time and expect it to go well? I’ve been using almost exclusively Shell for over 5 years… think I’ll stop. Unbelievable.

Owners extremely rude. We stopped to fill up, asked where the restrooms were. Told in very poor English, don't work. I said you mean to say you can't go either, they said don't work, like a broken record. My guess is they didn't want to have to clean them on a daily basis. I told them we wouldn't have stopped to buy their gas if we had known, they said don't work. We will never stop there again. If middle eastern people are to be in our country, owning a business and have a customer service type business, they need to learn manners and treat people with respect, not like we are not of their people. I have worked in customer service for over 50 years and never treated people the way they treated us. They should not own that station or be allowed in customer service of any kind.

I went in to shell gas station. On the fountain drink the manger put up a sign that they will be charging for cups. Told the store clark that the cup was included in the price of the fountain drink u bye. Also shell mid grade gas is over a dollar more the anybody eles in the county. This is price gouging on fuel. The store clerk was gone left the store unattended for thirty mins.

The guy named Tim who said he was the manager got rude and tried to grab my husband from over the counter at my husband and then called him a drunk for no reason!

He refused to give me the manager or owners name!

I myself have been in that store and he has been very rude to me as well for no apparent reason

He is out of control and puts a bad name on that gas station

Dear Sir, I Mr.ASHOK.M.WALI r/o Hubli, Karnataka is a disabled person .Today at Shell Fuel station, Bhairidevarakoppa, Old PB Road, Hubli has not allowed me to fill Petrol to my tri-Wheeler as I could not get down from vehicle. Being a disabled & caliper dependent I cannot get down & requested pump operator to fill the fuel. but they didn't agree & shown me the rule/ images & told that they can fill fuel only if I get down & stand up. Sir in this connection I request your kind self that, please display the board the " No fuel for Disable person " or No entry for disabled/ Handicapped so that we & all the disable persons will not come to Shell Petrol station at all. This doesn't makes any difference for the Company. But dont insult to any disabled person infront of public by sending them without filling the fuel. Please resolve this problem or take up with the competent authority/ Ministry.

On 8/3/22 at 2:45 I stopped to get gas at the Shell station at 294 Route 12 in Groton, Ct. 06340. I inserted my debit card into pump #1, but the lever on the pump mechanism would not disengage in order to begin pumping the gas. I tried it a few times and could not get it to work. I went to the cashier and reported it. She said, “I don’t know what to tell you. It’s been working all day. If you don’t know how to pump gas, I cannot help you”. I asked her to cancel the transaction, and I would move to another pump. I pumped $30.02 on another pump. Later, I checked my bank info, and I was charged $200.00 on the pump that was broken. This was NOT a hold by my bank. I immediately called to check this with them. When I returned to the gas station to speak to the cashier, she said she couldn’t do anything. When I asked her how this error could happen, she told me to shut up and leave the store. When I refused she called the police to come escort me from the store. She said to the dispatcher, “I have a senior citizen who is ranting and won’t leave the store. You better get here before she dies.” I waited fifteen minutes, and the police never came. Now, I have to sort this out with my bank. I demand an apology from that clerk. Her remarks about my age were discriminatory. I have filed a complaint with my local state representative, and he will investigate. Also, I want the name and number of the manager at that store.

Attandend was rude, did not want to listen to me as a customer. She kept on shouting and told me that she cared less weather I complain or not. I tried to speak to the supervisor regarding this behavior, to my surprise I was told that there was no supervisor. The incident occurred at shell rifle range (Southgate) Gauteng on 23 July 2022 @ about 15:55

Took my daughter to fill up her gas using credit. I was having a problem at the pump, so tried to use the pump next too ours too verify of it was my card or the pump. It said See cashier AFTER it told me Approved, which was weird. I went inside prepared to show ID for my credit card. When I entered, she was starting over the shelf, loudly talking crap about me because I couldn't get the pump to work. She didn't realize yet that I had walked in. Perturbed by this, I was offended. I asked her, can you fill up pump #6, and attempted to hand my card. She says "I need an amount", all rudely. I said, well I normally use credit at the pump, and there's no problem but today it said See cashier. I was thinking she was stopping my pumps because it would say Approved, then say See Cashier, like she stopped the transaction. Instead of explaining the situation to me kindly, or asking if I needed assistance, she laughed at me, talked smack, did not help me, then add I left to my own car, which was not at the pump, she ran outside yelling at me, but I ignored her because I don't do the whole yelling in public thing. Did she chase me outside because I said a simple "well... That's lame" as I walked out the door? This lady worked at 2pm on July 9, 2022 at Shell location 3060 S Hacienda Blvd, Hacienda Heights, CA 91745 I hope she didn't put some block on my cards.
