We placed an order for delivery last night and my husband didn't realize an old address was selected. First, I can't delete that address so it always comes up as the default. This is a weird glitch that they need to fix. But ok, our fault for not checking the address. I realized about 7 minutes after the order was placed. I looked- no way to contact Driver. I then contacted SkiptheDishes customer service. Waited in queue for 5-10 minutes. Finally, a person. I explain the situation and that if we can quickly communicate the right address to the driver everything will be okay. They take like, 10 minutes to reply to me- I'm wondering if it's a bot or what the heck is going on. Finally they say they told the driver the right address. Great! I ask if the Order Tracker will update- minutes pass- they say no. I say "ok but we're 100% the driver has the right address?- minutes pass. They respond "We will send the driver the new address." I reply with "But you said you already sent it. Do they have it or what's going on?" The bot/person exits chat.

I'm beyond frustrated now- I can see on the Order Tracker that the driver is at the restaurant. It's not too late! I keep on with the chat. Another person comes, then exists, then the queue continues. Another person comes on. I explain what's going on and need to know if the driver got the address. Minutes pass. I ask if this is a person or a Bot- no answer. 5-10 minutes pass. Then I see I can actually now Contact Driver. Great! I send him a message to ask if he go the right address, give him the address, wait. I know he's driving. The bot/person in Chat tells me "We will send the driver the new address." NOOOO! Does he have it? Doesn't he? Please help. Nothing. Driver responds 15 minutes later that "only just seeing this now. Sorry." I ask if he even got contacted by Skip and he just says he can't see messages while driving. I tell him fine, enjoy our food. one hour wasted trying to get dinner.

Claimed loss: $45 dinner.

Desired outcome: A refund would be great.
