Sonic Drive-In review: Service at Pell City Sonic in AL

I went about a month ago. I have called to complain and been waiting on a supervisor to return my call. I pulled up between hrs of 2 and 4 mashed red button. I was told there by a B/m was a 5 min delay. No problem. The 5 min turned into 15 minutes. I mashed button again B/m said 5 min delay. I told him I been waiting 5 min. I guess he thought I was a different customer. I waited 5 min. I mashed the button a 3rd time. A w/f took my order. I ordered diet sprite with strawberries and small cheese sticks. They came out with the wrong stuff. I ask for manager. My order was wrong and I had been there at this point at hr. Ridiculous! The w/f manager RUDE! Told her what happened. She said she could just give me my order. I told her I just wanted my money back at this point. A b/m started walking towards my Jeep I told her she could tell him to go back inside he was the one causing use kept saying 5 min delay. She told me I was being raciest. That’s not raciest. That’s how you describe a person when you call the police. I use to dispatch. She cussed me. Told me to leave. I cussed her back told her I wanted my money. To this still have not gotten and that store charged more. Still telling cars 5 min delay too. This needs to be handled
