No ice cream and no service
I went last weekend to get a shake and was told the machines were down for cleaning. This was at 11:05pm and they don't close til 12. Not the first time this has happened. Went today just to get Coke and nobody came on the drive thru speaker so I drove up to the window. Four employees were outside hanging out. Didn't acknowledge my presence. Couldn't see anyone inside so I left. It is really getting ridiculous there.

There was a long line and nobody was receiving orders or even getting to order. When I went by the window to leave I only saw one employee! I never even got to order! Customers pulling out left and right. Multiple people including me waited for more then 30 to 40 minutes. Nobody even came to the people ordering at the machines. No one answered the person at the menu in the line. At least 12 to 13 cars left!

I must say that I got more Condiments than I did food for almost 13 DOLLARS! I ask led the staff to come outside, I was told that the LG #12 BBQ chicken bites I had are what fit in a LG container. Although I order the same thing every time I come and my MED was the same size as my "SUPPOSED LG". There was little to no sauce on the chicken most of the bites where hard and tiny. The staff did not include a fork with it, there for I had to eat somewhat sauced chicken with my hand.

Sonic in Virginia Beach, off Holland Rd., is the most slowest location on the planet. Their service is at the pace of a snail. I was at the speaker box waiting to order and all the cars in front of me were all gone. And they still didn't take my order 10 minutes after that. My grandmother could've made me a Reece's blast in the time they took to even talk to me, and she's dead

On July 8 went to Sonic in Beloit, KS in afternoon. Ordered a Route 44 cherry limeade, easy on ice, Medium Mozelle sticks. When I got home, I discovered the cherry limeade was over half full of ice. And there was no sauce with Mozelle sticks like was stated. And the gal taking my order was a little short. Know they may be short on help at times, but you need to be courteous to the customers. I ordered a Foot long Chili Cheese Coney on June 28, 2021 at your store on1609 NW Sheridan Road, Lawton, Oklahoma. What i received was total crap. The wiener was hard like rubber. you could barely cut with a fork. the chili was so watered down it just rolled off the bun. Very little meat. must have been about a total teaspoon of cheese on top. First off, the screen didn't display what we ordered nor did they repeat it back, finally get our food 30 minuets later and they got 2 of the 3 drinks wrong. Go to pay and she says the card reader is down, something that should be said from the start they are lucky we had cash on us. This experience was a -2/10 Poot customer service, and you would think the food would have been at least warm when it came out but it wasn't.

Since our Sonic is closed we have to go 25 miles to get their items. Yesterday I ordered a cheesecake Sonic Blast, it had a lot of whip cream on top so I couldn't see what was in it. We're on the road to go home and I started to eat only to realize there was no spoon, so I tried to eat the best I could with a straw, then I realized it was a milk shake, absolutely no cheesecake. I've had these before and it's my favorite. I didn't try to call them because I didn't know when I would get back there. Just thought you should know.
