Charged for Someone Else's Order
On the evening of June 23, 2022 I visited the Sonic #37 on East Smoky Hill Road in Centennial, Colorado. I went through the drive through and ordered two dishes of ice cream as I have numerous times before. The price was $2.97. I paid with my Wells Fargo debit card but did not receive a receipt that evening from the clerk. As I was balancing my checkbook yesterday, I discovered that I was charged $7.13 that evening at Sonic. It appears I was charged for someone else's order. I have been overcharged $4.16 and request a refund of that amount.
Service sucks, people not working
Just wanted a route 44 drink and a route 44 cup of ice it takes 30 mins for her to bring us a medium cup of ice and a medium something else. So she said be right back 17 more mins go by so we finally leave. That's pathetic. It's at lunch time and employees were on break I think people should break but if your working in fast food 11 and 12 is your busy time. I will never go there again

I went to Sonic in the morning 15 minutes before 8 am. I ordered my food and pulled up to the window. The woman was very rude and said it didn’t open until 8 and I didn’t even know that there was no sign even saying that. She is Hispanic maybe in her 40s or 50s. She made me feel like I couldn’t order food and had a attitude about it. She was huffing and puffing about it.
Desired outcome: Anything that gets resolved or I am suing

Unprofessional behavior from employee
On an outing with our grandson we encountered extreme unprofessionalism from one employee on June 7, 2022 @ around 8:10pm at Sonic Drive-in # 6525 Located at 1131 North Brightleaf Blvd. Smithfield, NC 27577
The employee's name is Tavaris, he is a semi tall, slender, Black male with short hair. He could be overheard yelling profanity through the back kitchen area into the dining area by myself, my husband, our grandson and countless other customers including children. It was so bad that after 25 minutes of waiting for their (never received) order - one family just walked out stating that they would contact the Corporate Office to get a refund for they were no longer going to wait for their order or subject their children to such behavior. Another couple stated that they had been waiting for over 1.5hrs to get their order corrected. The gentleman standing next to me at the counter had been waiting approximately 15 minutes to place an order and many others just walked out refusing to order. We waited for about 30 minutes ourselves before I finally went to ask for a refund so we could take our grandson elsewhere. During this entire time, the employee in question was still ranting using profanity. As I was about to ask the manager for a refund she was bringing out our order. So, to not upset our grandson any further I just took the order and we left. Only to find out when I got home the entire order was wrong. The Manager herself, Donna Mitchell, took our order and I went over it with her to make sure it was put in correctly for Im highly allergic to onions. And, It clearly reads on the receipt - NO onions.
The Manager, Donna, was very professional, polite and apologetic for the issue at hand with the employee that was upsetting so many people. She herself was pretty distraught to the point she started to cry. I gave her a hug and assured her that no one was upset with her for we could all see how she was running back and forth doing most everything by herself for all the employees were just standing around like they were in a daze and didn't know how to do their job. She, should be commended for trying to hold down the fort on her own. I stood to the side and watched for a bit, she was literally running to the front to take orders, rushing to fill drinks, dropping fries in the basket, attempting to get the rude employee under control and the others to actually work to no avail. She literally had NO help or support from her fellow employees.
My family, many friends and I are all loyal customers of this establishment, BUT, as long as the employee in question (Tavaris) is employed there, This establishment will lose those MANY loyal customers.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a full refund of our botched order, AND, the dismissal of the employee Tavaris for his extreme unprofessional behavior in front of countless customers, including children.
Service
I went to the stall and was told it was closed then the manager came out with sandals on ? Telling me to go through the drive thru so I did it took 30-40 minutes for me to get my food once I get my order it was cold and was missing some things.
Slow, slow, slow service
Sonic Drive-In at 1445 North Beltline Rd. Irving, TX 75061 has HORRIBLE service. It is convenient to me and I used to go there often. The last few times after I pull in the stall and press the red button. I have to wait 10-20 minutes to be acknowledged. I JUST WANT A DRINK! This place has gone to the dumps! It used to be very good and I get order within 10 minutes. So I go to two others pretty close to me and I get in, order, and on my way home in 10 min.
I asked the server if anyone else worked there one time. She said her and her boss! AWFUL. There need to be new CLEANUP, NEW MANAGEMENT that can get quality people!
Route 44 Dr.Pepper
On June 18th 2022 around 1:30 - 2:00p.m. After work, I stopped at the Sonic in Arcadia,La on Hazel Drive. I ordered a Route 44 Dr.Pepper to drink on my way home, as I often stop through out the week. On this particular day, I was drinking my Route 44 Dr.Pepper I started feeling sick, when my fiancé got off work. I asked her to get me a drink out of the refrigerator; to pour on my ice that was still in my Sonic cup. When I pulled the top off my Sonic cup, looked inside to see what appeared to be feces in the bottom of my cup and around the inner part of the wall of the cup. My fiancé, started screaming I needed to go to the Emergency room. She went next door ask my uncle, what did the objects in the cup look like to him? He said yes, it appeared to look like fence and asked my uncle to call and make me go to the Emergency room. I got up, put clothes on, not feeling good and went to the Emergency room to see if my stomach needed to be pumped. On Monday, June 20,2022 I went to my primary doctor, showed her the picture of the unidentified objects in the Sonic cup. She said yes; this could cause parasite. She prescribed me some antibiotic’s. On the 18th my fiancé called the Sonic customer service 1-800# filed a complaint, she was told to call the Sonic where this occurred and get the manager, district manager and Regional manager names and numbers. She called, the manager answered the phone, and said she could not give the district manager and regional manager name, my fiancé told her; she was taking notes and was going to inform corporate of her response. Minutes later the district manager called my fiancé back; she informed her I went to the hospital and I had taken the cup with me as proof of consumption. The district manager said this Sonic has always had good inspection; she was not saying it could not be true; she said they will look it to this complaint. I know she was just doing her job as a district manager for her company. That evening I called corporate again to file a complaint, it seemed like the representative was trying to offer me free coupons. I do not want free food nor drink. She said someone will contact me in one or two business days. The district manager called asked me for the day, time, carhop name that bought my drink out to my vehicle, and the color truck I was driving. She said they were going to run cameras back and Sonic insurance company will be contacting me, they will take care of my medical bills that accumulated. It has been one week and a half, no one has contacted me yet, this is making me angry and I am starting to stress about my medical bills
Desired outcome: Compensation for medical bills; possible long-term effect medical digestive system issues, mental trauma after seeing feces in my cup knowing I digested feces, one hour I had to take off to go to primary care for follow-up.
Poor food quality and order mistakes
On 4 July I Went to Sonic to order dinner, order # 416746. I went through the drive thru at 6:10 P. M. and placed my order. I glanced at the bag to make sure all that was ordered was included. When I got home I realized the onion rings I ordered for my wife we burnt and the “ signature sauce” I ordered for her were replaced with Honey Mustard, NOT what I expect when I order from Sonic. I was disappointed.

I pulled up to slot 19 since the entire North side of the lot is currently closed it appears since there are ropes connecting all of the slots on the North side of the lot. I pushed the Red button for ordering and waited for service, did not know the red button will time out after about 10 minutes with no service. I pushed the button a second time and it also timed out after 10 minutes. I pushed the red button a third time, and then thought that this is utterly stupid. So I backed up my car a little so that I could get out and talk to some one. There was a black man that responded when I entered the building. He said that I was not allowed in the building and asked if I could read the sign. To be honest I never even saw the sign until he pointed it out. So I blew that sign off, I told him I had pushed the Red button several dam times and no one was responding. I this point he said I was cussing since I used dam. To which I replied you consider dam cussing. At this point he told me to get off of the lot and I said that I would be happy to and never enter the lot again. He then yells at me to get off of his [censored]ING lot. I did turn around and tell him to remove himself from the lot for real cussing

manager didn't give me all my order and they don't give you a receipt
I ordered four meals all with fries and the manager did not give me all my fries and wanted to just walk away from me as I was trying to get the stuff they didn't give It was Friday July 1 2022 at about 7 pm. I just wanted what I paid for my total was 51.51
Desired outcome: there wasn't one the manager was rude and walked away
Burger was raw
Company sucks I called to get my replacement for a raw burger meal I purchased just for them to say they can’t take my receipt on the app that I order from. They needed a paper receipt which I never got so they wouldn’t replace it. Company short of workers and short of Customer service keep in mind the last 3 days I ordered the 10 Rt 44 drinks. Sonic need to step it up

We “ try” to order from Sonic on emerald Forest Dr, Covington , 70433 hours at managements whim , not structured hours ever! They actually let me push red button to order and there were other cars around.
After pushing red button I sat there for at least 20 minutes, the order screen said soneibe will be with me soon, but never happened so I was just left and I even pushed red button sgdin & still no response. So as I watched the parking lot empty of cars , I decided to leave empty handed: terrible experience 😡👎

On June 24 2022 at about 3:30 pm I went to sonic I order a number 11 meal when the car hop came she brought me just food no drinks so I ask her where my drinks was and she oh let me go get it when she came back with me my drink she charge me more on the sign it says the meal is $ 7.99 plus tax so I already paid for the meal but she wanted some more money So if the drink is not included in the meal price you should make it clear on the sign I know was the last time I will get food from sonic

I pulled into one ordering spot and sat there with the light flickering for almost 15 minutes, they only had four other cars there so I moved to a different spot and pushed the button it took a few minutes I had to repeat my order 4 times and when the food came out the fries were cold and nasty . The facility looks dirty definitely need better management

Water with real fruit
Today's date is 6/22/2022 I have visited this sonic drive in several years now because it's close to my work and have eaten lunch there very frequently. Over the last few weeks I have been trying to cut down on sugar type drinks and have been ordering a large water with lemon and real strawberry fruit with extra strawberry which I have to pay for each real fruit which I don't mind paying for if I get it. The problem is I'm not getting it. The last visit I went here it appeared there was only a very little strawberries put just enough to color the water and I only found "one" little sliver of a strawberry in this cup that I paid for and paid extra for the extra fruit I didn't get. I like sonic and like going there, but if this continues I will be forced to delete your app and start going elsewhere for lunch and drinks.

we placed an order and where do I start. We seem to have problems at this location a lot and when you talk to people in the community they will all tell you the same but today oh my goodnes. The special on the chilit tots for .99 well it was not honored, neither was the 1/2 off slush was not. My chicken was suppose to be buffalo and was not. The wacky packs where suppose to have fries not applesauce. We got small fries on the order that we did not ask for but paid for. This is just ridiculous. We called and they where just rude and said that is the way it is.
Desired outcome: I want refunded for the .99 chili tater tots and the half off my 2 slushy and the 2 mini slushy
