Dear riza,

Thanks for your response. After almost 20 days I got the tablet. Most important thing that I feel that its like mental threat to order somthing through online website. First customer has to beg for the delivery and now what I get its like waste of money.
I got defective item. This is what I got through online shopping.
This time I will not call to your customer many times to beg because I already faced so much difficulty in so many days. Only requesting you once to collect your item & refund my money at same time pleaseeeeeee...

So I hope that you will understand my concern & will take the neccessary step.

Really their service is very bad. i ordered one tablet on 4th July & made the online payment... still awaiting for delivery. After making so many calls they picked the phone & given the excuse that they have some problem with supplier & somthing happening with supervisor in warehouse... Really unprofessional response from them... i am just trying to confirm what is process to make the complaint in Economic Department.

They returned back the Defective Item & assured me to refund the money
BUT STILL AWAITING MY REFUND...
UNNESSARLY BLOCKED MY CREDIT CARD MONEY FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH.

Worst service I had. When you call a customer service to ask about your more than 7 days delayed order, they should talk in respect and apologize for their responsibility of this delay, not talking so rude and put the blame on you because you did not pick up the phone one or two hours ago as it not office time. I also have another order from sukar.com which I ordered 1 week ago, it was mentioned shipments within 1 business day. The guy on the phone instead of apologizing, he was just telling me it still pending and was trying to teach me what the word "shipment" means.

my name is sonal. my complain is about souq.com .they cancell my order id [protected] on 11 dec. and said i'll be refunded with 3-5 days.bt its been weeks and still i havnt got my money back. they issue me a ticket (147630) in reply to my complain bt nothing happen till date date. i just want my money back as soon as possible. on a sad note i dont think i'll buy anything from souq.com onwards. waiting for your quik response to my complain.

hi, i placed a order of 2300AED worth goods on28th Nov for x'mas. after waiting about 2 weeks i called them to ask why aren't they shipping it and they said some items are available and some aren't. so they will ship some of the items and others they will refund. so i said ok and only few items came on 18th dec.and when i try to withdraw my remaining balance of 1880AED they were saing that its non refundable. i called so manytimes, they said no system error and try doing with another browser.but no luck. so what left was for me to order another item. so i pais 35 AED extra and ordered samsung galaxy s4. now they aren't emailing nor calling and no updates even in the webside about my item. so im helpless and couldn't do anything. my advice to all is, SHOULD DO SOMETHING TO GET OUR MONEY BACK as well as should banned the site. they are completely cheaters who doesn't care of human feelings at all.

I gave galaxy duous for repair to dod_uae seller, as I've purchased from them through souq.com. It has already been 4 weeks. Still no contact from them. Even the mobile number the dod_use has mentioned in the site is not working. My issue ticket has also been closed, I did not contact. This is not true, I have called customer care and even confirmed that aramex is coming to pick up, yet they closed the ticket number and even after 4 emails to them there is no reply from the seller. I request souq. Com to step in and do the necessary. 4 weeks is a high time for repair. The phone was giving me trouble from the day 1. I was reluctant to report after reading people's experiences. Anyways it was good that seller contacted me for repair. But . Request for more transparancy.

i'm veeeery angry too right now, as i ordered 1 tablet ID [protected] on the 23rd of december from dod_uae also and guess what i received just now? 3 men watches amd 1 vaseline as a gift! i wanted to kill the poor delivery guy!
now as i see i will never get my money back and even i called and complained i dont think they will fix it!
i will ask everywhere how to raise a serious legal complaint about this! i wait for a tablet and get men vaseline instead! great!

I wish I had seen all these posts before trying to buy from Souq com. I have had the same story that many have had, Souq took my order and credit card payment and told me to expect delivery by max the 8 Feb 2014. On the 8 Feb 2014 I called their 'call center' to be told it was not even in stock! Needless to say I was ordering this item for a birthday present and though the 29 Jan till 8 Feb would be plenty of time - NO way! Tried again today 9 Feb to get more information on the order with no luck (in fact indifference to my plight). I have now cancelled my order and will start again with a reputable company such as Amazon. Please beware of this company and I agree with another post above is there no way that the UAE Authorities can stop this behaviour! Pass the word is all I can do.

Since last month facing for return the faulty equipment HP printer 3515 (Order No: [protected]). Customer care told me to wait yesterday, Nobody call from souq.com, today i called, again same answer. I need good solution.

Souq.com is the worst online shopping website ever. I had the worst experience ever and there is absolutely no point complaining as it does not make any difference and they don't care at all. No follow up, lies they keep on promising to follow up and to call you back but nothing happens. Be it for ordering an item or returning it under its current warranty. I bought a phone s4 and faced delays in delivery! Had to pick it up myself to get it earlier and chased them everyday. The phone stopped working within 6m, it took them about 10 days after I called them to call me back and after 2m I'm still phoneless ... No point mentioning they don't care about the fact that my post paid plan is running although I don't have a phone. I kept on calling them and beside reading what's on their screen they won't help. Their way out is to promise to call you back which of course do not happen and complaining on the phone is a waste of time. They are not reliable and once the item is sold do not expect anything else from them not even getting the item on time. Completely unprofessional.

I bought a nexus 7. It worked well for 3 months. When I contacted them when it stopped working, the reply I got was their warantee is only for 3 days. So please think twice before buying any electronic item from them

Souq.com is the most unprofessional e-commerce site, it seems they think they are too big to care. Placed an order (Order
No. [protected]) for a flat screen TV 12 days back - when it was
advertised as "in stock" on their website, and continued to be so even 2 days after I made the purchase. After 12 days and repeated follow-ups,
the order was cancelled by them ! Apparently they suddenly realized
after 12 days that the item is out of stock. Fraud is the word that
comes to mind...S

Never and don't even try to order in Souq.com, they are cheaters! I ordered Shake and take and I used my debit card.. And waited for 2 weeks without any calls from their side, and until I call them and follow up. I found out that my order has been cancelled due to the seller weren't able to give the item...this is totally absurd, imagine if I didn't call them up.. I will have no idea at all. And all they can say was sorry for the inconvenience! In a first place if the item is not available, why the hell you keep on posting the item? We'll see, they say that they will refund the money back to my account within 5 days max., Knowing that refunding will take ages! I should have listen and rely to the negative feedbacks!

Souq have the worst services in UAE it is only the brand name with bad services. And not only once I have experienced the shopping through this website for more than 2 times for mobile samsung s5 & for HP laptop as well. Both the times I have faced different issues with them.

Instead of this I have started using diferent portals for shopping the newly launched esybuy.com for electronics, namshi.com for apparel etc. are giving a quality services & best rates as compare to souq.

My recommendations to you is to use esybuy.com, namshi.com, jadapada etc. & not the brand just for useless purpose.

I believe this is not only souq.com's fault but also the seller. In souq.com, there are different sellers selling stuffs like dod_UAE and others. It's like souq.com is the mall and inside the mall has shops and boutiques. So I recommend you guys to check the seller's ratings and comments before deciding to buy the item from them.
I have 3 successful transactions with dod_UAE powered by souq.com and It's flawless. Though I pay cash on delivery to insure they deliver right away to get the payment. HAHA

I would not recommend anyone to buy from souq.com AT ANY COST. i bought surface pro 3 and i could use only for a day and it got stuck in the boot loop and i havnt been able to use. i'm told now that there is no warranty. they sell an item only 300 dirhams less and tell u there is no warranty. they are cheaters, frauds and dont care about its customers after getting the money. on another account, i was supposed to get a refund for another item and havent gotten anything even though it's been two months.

I always faces the problem with delivery guys. This time its too much, with management. OK I understand that I should be available to collect my parcel, but when I request to pick up from depot, they says no you cannot. and when i missed the driver my order say on the list its refused. Come on management get some fresh air. Further, in one transaction you block my COD option.

Dear Management, I take that an insult and if my Order #[protected] is not delivered and my COD is not released in next few days. Ill escalate the matter to your higher management.

And yeah, Kindly train your deliver boys to be polite over the phone. And for GOD SAKE ATLEAST GIVE THEM ONE HOUR TUTION TO SPEAK IN ENGLISH.

i haven't got ma order till now. i called Qexpress costumer care on Wednesday 10th 2014.one of the agent said the order will be delivered on Saturday 10th 2014 bt they didn't. i tried to call them again but no response. Again i tried to call them next day for several times still no response. what happened to the order? i am really very unhappy about it. i have ordered many times before but never faced this kind of situation.

I would like to complaint, It was my first experience that i bought one product some days before, on date of 23-Oct-2014 i bought samsung tab T-310, it was working fine, i did not see any damages or complains in start of days, but today i have seen that its LED screen blurring/display problem, like there are some lines shown on screen & display is not clear, i reset its factory settings & try to reset it, but still same situation, , please do the needful at your earliest & give me the right n & correct way how can i claim this product ., because i really needful it for my own common usage.i am sending you some screen shots of screen & sending you some genuine record of purchase.

I have placed an order on souq .com for Injoo tablets and paid the full amount of 344 Sr via Credit card and also ihave another purchase for Iceberg+ Oud perfume Total worth 150 SR including shipping cost was also paid by the same then once i check for the updates it was missing and the account summary was 150 Sr on Available balance for this reason i had called to The Worst souq customer service the this guy cancelled my injoo tablet order himsef now No Money No Stuff

I am so angry i am a seller on souq.com and i have taken the utmost pride in making sure that AS SOON as somebody orders a product i take it upon myself to drop and deliver it to aramex THE SAME DAY so the customer does not wait!
I make sure the items are wrapped in 2 - 3 layers of bubble wrap and take extra precaution with my products. So far 4 of my products have been returned to me as they are DAMAGED SEVERELY to the point they can not be resold and i am being charged 20 dhs in return shipping fees ?

This is getting ridiculous i have contacted souq.com who advised me to contact THEIR courier company ( yes they advised THEIR customer to contact THEIR courier ) and make a complaint against them ? Upon doing this aramex told me they have NOTHING to do with this and why are souq.com sending me to them ? I am being pushed back and forth and no one is willing to help prevent this from happening! I was also told by their escalation team that there is NOTHING they can do regarding this . We have NO PROTECTION as sellers on this site yet they charge us HUGE amounts of money to advertise there ? How is this fair and where can i make a formal complaint against them? In 1 month i have received back 4 products all damaged and now at a 200dhs cost loss and no one can help me to prevent any future losses !

Very very disappointed each and every time i have contacted the customer service i get promised a call from their management team and to date i have received ONE call from a manager who seemed not interested AT ALL and advised i contact their courier.

Firstly, i ordered a mouse, and cancel the order without telling me brcause the seller increase the price, however the confirmation mail arrived with the first price.
Then right now they delayed around 13 days and cancel again half of the order

I had purchased one laptop from Souq.com (Order No. [protected]) on 19-Aug-2014. Specification was slightly different from what they had shown on their website. Hence, as per Souq’s 3 days return policy, I requested for return, just next day of delivery. I ordered another laptop from souq after paying again (thought that souq is a reputed company and would honor its return policy).
First of all, they took almost one month to collect the laptop even after calling several times (almost 7 times). After collection the laptop, I didn’t receive refund for even one month. When I called souq.com, they said, laptop is not received by seller. Then, I gave all AWB nos. and they checked several times and finally agreed, that laptop was received.
Still I didn’t receive refund after 7 months. I called many times and filed complains through their website. They said that payment is done to seller by mistake and they are trying to contact seller.
Since, last seven months, they are providing same reply on several phone calls and emails. All the times, when I call, they say that their person will come back and they never call again and even doesn’t reply to the emails now.
Three months back, I discussed with one senior person Mr. Abdul Raafey (critical Complain Dept). He registered the complain as critical (Ticket no: 1522257) but after 3months, souq is not able to solve their critical complain.
I had bought many things earlier through souq.com but first time when its time to return, they are not respecting their own policy of return. I have wasted too much time in last seven months for calling and mailing souq.com, but they don’t even care about customers.
This is really very disappointing service. Request you all to think twice before purchasing souq.com.
I am planning to go to consumer court now. If anybody wants to join me (as I have seen on websites many people suffering through souq), please contact me through email at pankajkatiyar21@gmail.com.

I bought a posture support from a seller called usa.market. They were fake mades. I made a complain and highligted this on item review, they rejected my review and said it is not a review it is a complain.

my order ID [protected] for Lenovo G5070 Laptop (Intel Core i5, 15.6 Inch, 1 TB, 6 GB, 2 GB VGA, Windows 8, Black) I got this laptop but no 2 GB VGA card in the system, souq.com is a very big cheater, I want to complain to Economic department of Dubai. or U.A.E
souq.com check my order replace my laptop or return my money or add 2 GB VGA graphics card to my system, otherwise I will complaint to ecomomic department that you people are fraud.

Souq.com is a fraud company. During april 2015 i bought versase oud and bvlgari perfumes and both turned out to be fake. I called them within 5 minutes of getting the parcel and their response and customer service was very bad. Inspite of writing many complaints to them, they closed the file without any redressal. I think they knowingly peddle fake items and do not respond when we complain. I wonder how uae authorities who are otherwise strict with ipr violation and fake goods allow souq.com to flourish in this manner cheating innocent customers. Dubai is known to be a shoppers paradise and the authorities should clamp upon companies like souq.com for encouraging fake goods. I lost aed 400 / - due to this fraud company.

Hi this is Muhammad i ordered samsung gear #[protected] when it delevered to me. next day i applied to return it because of connecting issue. courier collected that shipment and now after 8 days i have called to souq for refund customer service told me seller said shipment is damage this is totally wrong i want to report that seller because i retured thats shipment in original condition safe n sound. If i damaged i will never return that seller is blameing me wrong look in this matter ASAP... It is surprising about SOUQ.COM refund policy.
Please listen, my name is ARIF ABDUL KHALEK. I was returned 2pcs defective Innjoo note E mobile set in February 2015 and up to this date 15 June 2015 they did not refund my money. I made lot of online complain but, no any result (Repeated complain number#2634975 and reference aramex shipment number is [protected])..Only Allah knows when it will be refunded to my wallet.
Last week I received a Innjoo smart watch without the back cover... when I made complain they sent me return airway bill It means I have to wait more 3 or 4 months for refunding. In same shipment I received 1pc Innjoo i2s which right side's metal strip broken also missing...
I am requesting to SOUQ-SAUDI authority to review these type of complain otherwise, no one will be interested to purchase anything from SOUQ.COM.

I am sorry to share this truth with complain number and aramex shipment tracking number in this site because, I am really upset by SOUQ behave in refunding in warranty issue. (It likes when our money will go to their wallet, they think?).

I have same problems. am buying innjoo i2s after one month flash and speaker is not working. too much time am make complaint and call center reply today..today..today..today..today..today..today... but still am waiting for refund. Nxt time am not trust online shoping.

I am a seller on Souq.com. Everytime an item is sold I have to beg these guys to come and collect the shipment from me. Everytime they delay collection by 5-6 days and finally I have to bear the brunt in the name of 'late shipment'. This time they crossed the limits. I called them up 30 times yesterday to confirm pickup and no one turns up. Today I got a shock when i saw 'Items not ready for shipment' under my tracking number. These people are frauds and they go to any extent to mentally harass their customers. They are only taking undue advantage of the souq.com partnership

Hello, I bought the i pad
Apple iPad 2 Tablet (9.7 Inch, 64 GB, WiFi 3G, White), I got the unit late, when I oped the box the unit is full of scratches and its not 64GB it only 32GB, Be careful when you buy stuff from souq.
