Thanks for your response. After almost 20 days I got the tablet. Most important thing that I feel that its like mental threat to order somthing through online website. First customer has to beg for the delivery and now what I get its like waste of money.
I got defective item. This is what I got through online shopping.
This time I will not call to your customer many times to beg because I already faced so much difficulty in so many days. Only requesting you once to collect your item & refund my money at same time pleaseeeeeee...
So I hope that you will understand my concern & will take the neccessary step.

Really their service is very bad. i ordered one tablet on 4th July & made the online payment... still awaiting for delivery. After making so many calls they picked the phone & given the excuse that they have some problem with supplier & somthing happening with supervisor in warehouse... Really unprofessional response from them... i am just trying to confirm what is process to make the complaint in Economic Department.
They returned back the Defective Item & assured me to refund the money
BUT STILL AWAITING MY REFUND...
UNNESSARLY BLOCKED MY CREDIT CARD MONEY FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH.

that i got the chinese Laptop charger instead of Acer Charger which was
showing in your product details... after almost a month that chinese
charger has shown its true colour. Its smelling & m worried that it can
harm my laptop. Now my work has stuck due to this.So kindly you arrange the
replacement of the charger ASAP.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
@ AnuEnya, The collection of your shipments are done by Q-Express and it is a courier division of SOUQ itself. It means, they are not taking undue advantage of partnership. I would recommend you to make a friendly relationship with the picking guy. May be you can tip him often than shouting at them. They are paid only very low and working under stressful condition of corporate management of SOUQ. A little favour to them will make huge difference in delivering your stuffs faster.

Agree with all of you. They are just a rip off. When you want to list an item on souq.com it takes them weeks to accept the listing and unfortunately if it happens that you have done any mistake in the listing you won't be able to edit the listing you have to delete it and create a new listing and wait for some other weeks for it to be live again. I have listed an item on souq.com and have used their scam promotion campaign( which is just a rip off please everyone avoid it) and came to know that I have made a mistake in the listing and I am unable to edit it. Thus this makes their campaign useless for me. I have asked them to be able to reuse my remaining quota but their rio off excuse is that you shouldn't have made any mistake an the remaining unused quotas just got burned. Please avoid them they are just a waste of time money and energy. Worst custom service ever!
Hii... i placed an order for 5 perfumes via souq.com Order# [protected]
I received a message today morning that my shipment will be delivered to me today. I was Happy as this was On-time. But this happiness was short-lived as next thing i come to know is that the online status shows Delvered! I never received my shipment. when i called up the call centre, the representative mentions that, I guess sir, this order was received by some one else. HOW ABSURD! how can you give it to someone, and you have never contacted me ! I need my shipment by today or i need my full money back!
I have purchases, Samsund duos, after two days its stopped working. I wonder about this, I given to Samsung dealer they are saying its fake. I checked with IMEI number with Samson they declared its fake.
If you can track my orders you will find that I have items that I sent back because it's a wrong item and the worst part they send me a broken item. It means these people are not checking the items before sending it to the costumers. If you could please please please and please check it first before sending so it won't bother us anymore! I want a fast action and feedback regarding this.
I purchased item from Souq.com Egypt. When I receive, it was broken and the same day I return back.My order number is [protected]. Till the item not rerun back to me . Also when I call to customers care they are always telling 48h. After that no response. I am going to consumers care for the complaint. The same thing happened for my friend also.
I urge everyone who is wise enough to stay away from this excuse of a company. I ordered an Hp Computer on March 27th and Souq kept me waiting for 10 DAYS! only to tell me that the seller has cancelled the order. This is just one example why Souq is not to be trusted at all. They are run my money hungry staff who have no regard for customers!
I ordered Havaianas/flipflops from Souq. all wrong Sizes were sent, now i have to wait for the refund,
also i have to make sure the packed boxes are not damaged,
this is false advertising, misleading, if you don't have the correct sizes you don't just send any size, also the different colours,

Order was placed on november 6.after a month the phone got a complaint that it was restarting always.so i requested for a waranty claim. the courier took the phone.and i got the phone repaired at january 3.when i checked the phone i was really shocked that its front camera was not working.So i called the souq.com.The customer service they told me that i didnt say about the camera problem.But how can i suppose to say camera complaint because my phone was getting off all the time.The service centre should have checked evry thing.and the customer service took the phone from me the second time for repairing my phone.it was on january 9.
i came for visiting visa.i will be going back at january 25.i am always calling the customer service asking to get my phone as soon as possible. but they are saying about there policies that it will take 14 working days. but i will be going at january 25. please do the necessary requirements.i am attaching what all i have got email from souq

My Hp laptop experience hasn't been good either. Selling when you don't have in stock. I had to call and wake them up. And the laptop doesn't have a warranty written, i.e. if the above people comments are right my thousands will be instantly wasted. . Not happy with the delivery service as well.

I trusted you guys & planned to buy a 20 inch display Monitor, the order was delivered which was fulfilled by souq.
The box had a warning notice mentioning that " product not suitable for Indian Electrical standards" seeing that warning notice printed on the box, i never opened the box & requested souq to pick them back, very next day the guy picked & issued a receipt with QR code. even after a week there was no response from souq, later when called they informed that the product received/collected was in damaged condition which i dont agree.
I feel Souq is cheating me. i would like to take up this case seriously & lodge complaint with Dubai police.
all i want is refund of money & justice.

Souq.com are very unprofessional they just playing in time of refund the defective item i almost calling for 2 1/2 months and i return na innjoo phone last december 30, but last February 8, 2018. they said that they declined aramex tracking [protected]. very annoying i almost recharge card for calling almost 120.s.r. just to follow up the item for cost 499 s.r. until now no action they just telling lie within 24 or 48 hours but still the same. i will not recommend to buy mobile phone fulfilled by souq ever.
Souq is cheating!
I purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 8 on souq.com on June 6, 2018. I didn't receive the item on the projected delivery day (June 9, 2018). However, on the tracking it says "delivered". I filed complaint online and received auto reply saying they will get back to me soon. However, I did three complaints and two escalations but no body reply me. Even I made three phone calls, and no one is willing to resolve the matter. I regretted to do purchase on souq.
Kindly, can someone advise me on how to file a legal action against such matters. Shall I go to police or law office?

Received counterfeit product from www.souq.com against Order: [protected]. Souq team @ [protected] asked to request for refund but will not exchange, even product is still available online.
I would like to file a complain about the bad services of Amazon and not delivering my product but they have charged me.
Amazon is not delivering and not refunding my money.
I have emailed them on ofm.amazon.ae a lot of times but no response from them.
