Speedway review: Customer service

I normally go to the Speedway on Rocky River Drive Berea, OH., but I recently moved near the Speedway on Brookpark Road in Brooklyn., OH. Although the new location is just a few minutes from my house I refuse to ever go back. The cashier at the time September 27 was very rude. He seemed to rush through the customers as if they were a bother. I was given no opportunity to use my rewards card. I mentioned it to him and his response was...oh scan it first next time. Maybe the cashier should focus more on the reason he/she is there rather than their phones. Not to mention it is so disgusting inside. The counters are covered in a mess and the floors are so sticky your shoes may come off.

They could learn a thing or two from their colleagues at the Rocky River Drive location. Very clean, organized, and most friendly location. I stopped in this morning..quite early 5ish. Must of been a shift change but you wouldn't notice still got the kind smile and friendly hello. The kind that makes you wanna come back.
