Refusal to let my special needs daughter go to the restroom
We used to live in the Birmingham area but now we live an hour and a 1/2 away. My daughter needed to go to the bathroom so my husband was going to get Gas while she was in the bathroom but his first priority was to get her to the bathroom.
She has weak muscles causing her to have a weak bladder so when she has to go, she has to go immediately.
On November 19, 2021 at 2:15 PM. My husband pulled into the Sunoco Station on Green Springs Hwy. He walked in and told the attendant that his daughter had to go to the Restroom. She told him that they didn't have a Restroom. He told her his daughter was Special Needs but she refused to let her go. He couldn't waste any time. He was focused on getting our daughter to the Restroom so he just left but he was infuriated because he knew they had restrooms. They went to the nearby, Kentucky Fried Chicken and she went there.
One of her Special Needs is emotional and she can't process very stressful situations. My husband called and told me she had been in the bathroom awhile and he was worried. A few minutes later, she called me from the bathroom. She was crying and obviously anxious and shaken up. She said her stomach was hurting and it felt like she was going to throw up. I tried to get her to calm down as much as I could. I called the Sunoco Headquarters and they didn't really do any thing.. He said he would take the info down and pass it to the manager at the Green Springs Store. I really wanted upper management to know. I told him that I would be waiting for a call back from the manager.. I have yet to receive that call.
Not only did the attendant at Green Springs do an inexcusable thing, she lost the company about 80.00, not to mention, future trips there that he may have made. My husband's tank wasn't all the way empty or it would have been 99.00 for gas.. The younger woman's actions at the Green Springs Store were inexcusable. She should be ashamed of herself. I pray to God that other people she meets has more compassion and mercy on her than she did my daughter.
Desired outcome: The young lady needs to apologize and actions need to be taken to make sure this doesn't happen again. I would hope re- training the attendant would be enough. The manager also needs to take accountability and call me.

On 6/29 my fiance and I visited the sunoco on our way home from work, as we do frequently. Unfortunately tonight was not like our usual stops. My fiance was preparing a drink from the soda fountain apon doing her drink slipped from her hand causing the drink to spill on the floor. Unfortunately she has issues gripping with her hands at random times due to arthritis. There was an older lady working in which was extremely displeased by the accident. She Immediately started giving horrible uncalled for attitude to my fiance and myself. As soon as I seen the spill I nicely offered any assistance as to clean up the mess and again was given attitude. Eventually the lady actually started yelling at the both of us as she was trying to dispose of the cup and get another drink. NEVER have I witnessed an entrusted employee act out in a way that left my fiance feeling ashamed, frightened, and embarrassed as her disease is not something that can be controlled. If the flipping out from the employee wasn't bad enough, there were other customers in there that had to witness the negative behavior and attitude given to my fiance and myself. I was a manager at one time in customer service, never did I think I would witness that type of behavior from an employee, especially of her age. My fiance is one of many who suffers from a specific illness that could cause an accident such as a spilled beverage. I would hope that not one person ever had to feel the way my fiance felt tonight after our encounter at this sunoco by this employee. I will do everything in my power to make sure nobody does by making tonight's incident known publicly. With my only intention is to keep anyone from feeling this way I will be sure to steer anyone away from this specific store during the night shift, or any shift this specific employee may be working on. And to be sure I will be the first to admit I gave this employee the same type of attitude back as was given to us. I am in disbelief, shocked, and upset that I will have to visit another store from know on.

Womens Closed... she/he said to use mens room, I went into and the outside door did not have a lock, I could not even use it. It was a disgrace, I was shocked. I left and my husband went to use the restroom then. I had told him the womens was closed. He went in and also was shocked at what he saw. We left, I have traveled 95 for many many years and stopped at many gas stations to get gas and use restrooms. We never encountered a restroom that the public have excess to be like this.

I purchased gas from Sunoco gas station on Lancaster avenue in Ardmore to fill up my gas tank which usually costa me $45 dollars. I chose 87 octane grade gas and placed the pump in my tank. I got back in my car to put my bank card away then returned to the pump to find that the pump was giving me 93 octane grade gas at $3.99 a gallon. After stopping the pump I went inside of the gas station to tell the attendant what happened and he seemed to already know telling me to follow him so he could show me. Clearly this was not the first time and I wasn't the first person it has happened to. The attendant walked over to my car lifting the gas nozzle and bumping the gas tank with the pumps hose which selected the 93 octane grade of gas. Then he told me it was human error and that it would not hurt my car. The attendant basically blamed me and did not adjust my receipt for the pump error.
