super 8 st louis mo
My mother had a dr appointment at barnes jewish hospital so she reserved a handicapped accessible room for her my 8 yr old son and myself. We got there and the hotel reeked of some foul oder, there was a homeless vagrant peddling the inside of the lobby, it was filthy, then the desk lady said our rooms were upstairs ok thats fine but there's no elevator! My mother and myself are both disabled! My mother walks with a cane and we had to drag our own luggage up. Then we got to the room ugh blankets were dirty carpets disgusting and the window wide open and its 32â° outside! We called down because window wouldn't stay shut kept coming open and said they'd fix it tomorrow! Um we are only staying 1 night fix it now they told us to come down get our money back and go elsewhere we told them we had drove all the way from illinois and didn't have anywhere elsw to go so 2 very pissed off men show up speaking a foreign language banging the window and got it shut we finally laid down to sleep my son and I slept in the same bed. The next morning I got him up to get into the shower and my mom found a bedbug crawling on his pillow! She killed it and I put it in a piece of plastic and took it to the front desk showed the lady she said nothing not ine single word! I then turned directly behind me across from the desk where free breakfast was and other people who had stayed were eating and showed them the bed bug and told them to check their belongings and themselves before leaving motel hell! When we returned to illinois and was home my son came complaining of his neck he had several huge bites and was so swollen I took him to the er at our local hospital im not letting this go im calling corporate and the health department that place needs closed down! And the people that work there don't give a [censor]!#
unethical behavior/health hazard stay
11/3/17 - Stayed at Super 8 in Cleveland, TN
I am attempting to notify on all areas I can. My stay was horrible due to being asked to remove a found syringe in the room. Additionally, linens had holes. It was too late at night once these were found so late in the night. Attaching pictures. Would like to be contacted and believe should be refunded for my stay. My teenage daughter is who found the syringe and she was appalled as well that they asked us to bring the syringe to them at the front desk. My after thought, when housekeeping finally came and got it and advised that they never know when the hideabeds have been used, is what do the linens on that pullout bed look like because obviously it was not changed. Upon inspecting our linens is when we found that they had holes and the pillowcases were stained. We could not take a shower because we were not confident in the cleanliness of the linens used in there based off of what else we had. My daughter, luckily went back home to dad and could take her shower. I had to spend money at a truck stop to take one to ensure that my 10 hour drive home was not spent in a dirty feel.
I did not insist on the refund at the time of my departure because, again, I was appalled by the fact that I was asked to remove the syringe myself and just in complete disgust. I wanted to get up and get out of the hotel.
super 8 motel portland me unauthorized card charge
Saturday November 4 2017 my boyfriend David Engler rented a hotel room with my debit card. I was at work until 9 pm so I didn't get there until after that. I called him on my break & he told me the room smelled like smoke, I told him he needed to tell someone. I guess he told either a maintenance person or a house keeper. I got there later that night after work & everything was fine. We went & got some food & came back to the room. We went out a few times to smoke. Came back in watched a movie & fell asleep. The following morning Sunday November 5 2017 we got up early. I had to work at 9 & he had to be at the bus station to catch a bus to MA. We threw some clothes on went out to smoke a cig. He finished before me as usual & went & got us some coffee. When he was walking bask with our coffee I was just coming in from smoking & we both walked back up to the room together. We drank our coffee & packed up our things & I put makeup on. I used the mirror right at the table because it was bigger. After I finished putting makeup on I went outside to smoke again because I was sweating. I came back up to the room & got dressed. We picked up whatever trash we had in the room & threw it away. I use to clean hotel rooms so I absolutely hate leaving them a mess! Anyways we threw out whatever trash we had & put whatever dirty linens in the bathroom.. towels & face clothes we used. Gathered our belongings & headed down to check out. When we got to the front desk I asked if there was a hold on my card for a security deposit because I was unable to use my debit card the previous night after David had gotten the room with my card. She then had told me just to call my bank & let them know I had just checked out of the room & everything was all set. We called a cab & waited inside because it was freezing outside. About 10 minutes later the cab came & he went to the bus station & I went to work. This morning Tuesday November 7 2017 I checked my account & it was negative $13.00. When I looked it said Super 8 took out $150.00 today. When I called asking why they told me their was evidence of smoking in the room. This is untrue. Nobody smoked in that room. I am a single mother & work full time to support him. When I called this morning I asked her to check the cameras because you can clearly see us going outside multiple times to smoke. She said they dont have cameras at their entrances or exits. Also when my debit card was frozen why did she tell me to call my bank & say I checked out & "everything was all set" if it wasn't? Also when David got the hotel room Saturday the charge showed up immediately on my online banking. I checked out Sunday morning between 7:50-8:05 so why did they wait 2 days to charge me the $150.00? As I stated earlier I use to clean hotel rooms. I know what happens if you smoke in a room. The woman I spoke with this morning told me the housekeeper found ashes in the room. There is absolutely noway there were ashes found in that room. We definitely didn't smoke in that room but even if someone did before we we cleaned that room before we left. So after that woman refused to help me I called the cooperate office. She then told me that this has been happening a lot. People who have never smoked in their lives have been charged for smoking in a hotel room. I just feel like this is absolutely insane! Im a very honest person, if I smoked in a room Id be the first to admit it however I did not. & now Im stuck paying for something I didn't do, plus my account is over drafted $13.00 & I'll have to pay $35.00 extra when I get my check because I dont even have the $13.00 to put into my account. Your company literally took every dime in my account. I would not smoke in a room. I would really like the hotel to review the cameras maybe you dont have cameras at the entrances but you can clearly see us leaving the room multiple times so you can see were going to smoke. This is absolutely insane. I cant afford to just give away that kind of money. Not when Im a single mother & a simple night at your hotel is now costing me $273.00. That is the original cost of the room, the $150 I am being charged for no reason, the $13 my account is now negative & the 35 I will now have to pay for being negative. I just ask you review your cameras so you can see we left that room quite a few times to go & smoke. Also the woman at the desk told me I could call my bank (the 800 number) & let her know if there was a security deposit being held we checked out & everything was all set. Please get back in contact with me. My email is [protected]@gmail.com & my number is 207.618.2395 Thanks so much!
When I know what i have in my account & the hotel has my card on file I wouldn't be so stupid as to smoke in my room. Especially being a single mother. When my BF got there the room smelled like smoke! I don't think I would have spent all day on the phone yesterday if I were lying! Funny cooperate told me this as been happening a lot lately, I think someone at your hotel is charging people the smoking fee & keeping the money! Worst hotel I've ever been to by far..& to think I tried to be nice & clean the room before I left because I seen how people would leave rooms! I will absolutely be filing a complain with the BBB this is very unprofessional!
I don't work at the hotel. If you truly think they were intentionally over-charging you, then you might want to consider contacting your bank.
Unfortunately even if the video cameras show you leaving the hotel several times to smoke, that does not mean you couldn't have smoked in your room as well.
bed bugs, and rude staff., lack of room cleanliness.
First of all the cleaners come to my room I'm in the shower and she's yelling hello, hello now usually they would say oh I'll come back that was at 10:45am check out is 11, I don't even know why they came in my room before 11..then another came I said I'm checking out. Then this reddish purplish haired girl comes with the most disgusting attitude, the room wasn't clean there was old socks at the end of the bed, towels stained and unappealing, I feel disrespected I feel like they don't take costumers serious, definitely not the first time bed bugs and cockroachs and gross attitude has been a topic on the super 8! I will NEVER go back there or any super 8. There's a cockroach right in front of me in the lobby just crawling around?!?!?!. Very very veeery, disgusted with the cleanliness, the lack of concern for the bugs, and extremely disappointed in the attitude of the staff.
unsafe motel room stay in terms of shower rod and curtain

Super 8 Complaint Department
Super8.com
Dear Reader,
I have been a victim of the most unsafe motel stay and a potential scam at Super 8, Grant Road, Tucson, Arizona (Super 8 Tucson, 550 W. Grant Road, Tucson, AZ 85745; phone [protected], FAX [protected]). I paid for one night in a room with a shower rod that was not connected, a torn shower curtain, and multiple breaks in the wall. The dry wall crack in the bathroom appears to have black mold growing in it. I could have fallen and broken my leg in the shower if I grabbed the shower curtain or rod.
I have never stayed in such a broken down motel room before. I had the worst check in experience as well as the attendant would not give me my AAA discount as he said "I cannot rerun your AMEX card or cancel this reservation". I wanted to move to the Comfort Inn next door (which is the same price by the way but rooms are clean, safe, and towels are not thread-bare) but felt I could not afford to "eat" the $90.28 room charge (includes tax).
I am asking for a refund of $77 for this motel stay and for Super 8 to check out this franchise for safety and health.
I am a regular Motel 8 customer; been staying at Motel 8 in Tucson for the past 6 years.

Contacted and refund in the mail.
Unfortunately they may not be able to refund you since you did spend the night. It doesn't hurt to try though. I would recommend forwarding your pictures and information directly to Super 8.
sanitation and lack of pest control
I arrived at the super 8 on 1808 1st Street in kennet, mo at 1:30 am...upon my arrival it seemed a decent place. I was ok with paying $79.07 for a room I have to check out by 11am...entering the hallways it reeked of stale smoke and dingy colored walls...elevator carpet appeared to not been vacuumed in days...3rd floor rm 306 consisted of the following unacceptable mishaps (pics available)...live bug on wall, dead spider parts in fridge, fridge not clean, bathroom towels DIRTY (as if they were used for cleaning), visible calcified shower head, hard gum on the top edge of dresser, a unit has some type of screen that looks like cut up stocking, loose looking, hanging out and not properly installed, pulled bed sheets back and had strand of hair that was obviously not mines...my husband and I slept in our clothes on top of the covers and refused to wash with white towels that were tinged grey (dirty lookn) we wenter aND bought towes from walmart to wash with, oh and the breakfast...I wouldnt gI've that to my dog...the oat meal in a bag was hard n stuck tother in the bag before aNY wate was added...yuck...the orange juice was tart aND didnt even have an orange juice taste...horrible concentrated mix..the coffee...brown water...I mean just horrible for that price...I'm from St. Louis, MO and know your suppose to get better service for $80...and St. Louis is not the greatest, but i can get better value for $80 damn dollars...it would be great to obtain a full refund...but to obviously upgrade your facility to match the price for staying would be an even greater choice. We are extremely unhappy and will never refer or stay in another super 8 until something changes.
motel closed without notice.
We made reservations at the Super 8 motel in Nashville TN on September 1 2017 for 2 nights starting October 13 2017. When we arrived in Nashville we found the Motel to be closed with chains across the entrance. We had not been contacted by either Wyndham or Super 8 to inform us of the closure. After driving for 7 Hours to get there, it was, to say the least, disappointing. We had other things planned for this trip so we had to find last minute rooms for our stay in Nashville. Needless to say this was very expensive since there were many things going on in the area that weekend.
I feel as if there was zero consideration by your company for any inconvenience caused by this Motel closure. You can be rest assured that any future travel will not include Motel 8.
super 8, indianapolis west, in
This was the worst experience we have had at a Super 8. We drove 9 hrs from Arkansas to attend the Nationals FFA Convention, when we arrived the room smelt of smoke which was suppose to be non-smoking, half the lights didn't work. Then at 10p we realized no towels or washclothes in room. Called front desk and they said the cleaning person would bring us some. Waited until 10:30p then called again and was told there were no towels they would have some the next morning. We could not even take a shower after a long drive! Next morning we went to front desk and asked for towels, was told had to wait for cleaning person that would be there at 9amish. After talked to a few other customers no one had towels! and a big school group had told us they rooms weren't even clean when they checked in. We went and bought towels at the the dollar general as we had to get to convention as our daughter was a accepting a big award! This was totally ridicious and outrageous!
customer service
I feel disrespected and definately not welcome the sir up front was very rude to me infront of other customers I had booked a room for 2 nights he said to me my card was decline 3 times and I had resived an email of my payment for the reservation he said for me to wait I did but he had me waiting for almost a whole hour out side he had me call corporate also customer service so I can cancle my reservation and both office's said he has to cancle the reservation after an hour he said to me he Barley ran my card through and it was confirmed he did apologize but also said he to me he does not like seeing young kids like me around here we currently have had the same problem befor that another employe had to assistant me, this problem is getting way to far and I don't understand why I'm sorry but I would not recommend this location to anyone thank you...
illegal handling of our credit card and driver's license
Regarding Super 8, Monmouth, IL. Monday Oct 23, 2017: The motel clerk asked for my driver's license and credit card upon check-in. While I was signing paperwork, she quickly xeroxed and scanned my cards (on the same screen/sheet of paper). When my husband and I realized what she had done, we immediately told her we wanted this information removed from the system, but she refused, saying it was a Super 8 "policy". Just "looking" at the 2 forms of ID should have been sufficient. This is an invasion of our privacy and a grave breach of protocol; we did not (and do not) approve. They/you now have our credit card and driver's license information.
We would like this resolved by removing this information from your database.
gave away my rooms
This complaint is regarding The Super 8 Middletown 563 Route 211 E, Middletown, NY 10941.
The hotel gave away my 2 rooms! I stopped at the hotel around noon on Sat 10/21 to check in, they wouldn't let me. So we informed the front desk we would be there late (10pm or 11pm) to check in and they said ok they had the reservation and we were all set. When we arrived that night, they said they rented the 2 rooms to someone else! These 2 rooms were booked on my Visa card, and they knew we were coming so I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY DID THIS!
My family, including my 77 year old father, had to sleep on the floor of a friends hotel room, because there were no rooms available in the area! It was AWFUL, UNCOMFORTABLE and GROSS sleeping on a floor! We all woke up sore and feeling terrible (since no sleep was had in that awful situation). This experience ruined what was suppose to be a special family weekend. Since we were all overtired, sore, and miserable we didn't stay to attend the race we had made the trip to see. So about $300 worth of tickets to the Sunday race at the Orange County Fair Speedway was wasted. I am hoping your company will do something to make this right.
I also hope this hotel will be retrained in protocol, because this was the most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with.
Please contact me and let me know how you are going to rectify this situation.

severely unethical behaviour by staff
On October 11 & 12, 2017 I stayed at the Super 8 El Dorado, 2530 West Central Avenue, El Dorado, Knasas 67042. The first night I had no problem and loved the motel. Upon leaving I seen the maids cart next to the supply room, so I stuck my head into the room to see if the maid was there, in order to asked her if I could get 2 plastic cups to use while driving home. No one was there, so I took only 2 plastic cups off the cleaning cart. On checking out on 10-12-2017, I was approached by a person named Susan at which point she yelled at me that someone had seen me go into the storage room and that I took things off the cleaning cart. I explained to her exactly what I did and that I did take 2 cups off the cleaning cart. Susan then stated that if I do not bring those cups back right now, they will charge me for them on my credit card they have on file. That severely upset me, not only being treated that way but by her screaming at me in front of my 4 year old son. So I asked my son to watch TV and I went to the car and got the cups and put them on the counter and informed her that nothing but my room will be charged to my credit card. I then took my son to the car. I was still upset so I got the apple and muffin (which I had left from our breakfast), shampoo (and went back to the front desk. I told her that I am giving back to them the shampoo, coffee, apple, and muffin which I did not use or eat and told her that I hope she chokes on the apple. Also I heard her talking to the rest of the staff about me as I walked into the door. I also dump the ice that I had to put in my coffee back into their machine. I did NOT WANT ANYTHING FROM THAT PLACE. The desk person Ashley Stokes was shocked at what Susan was doing and apologize to me when I called her back to get the owner's phone number. Ashley was very nice to both me and my son during our stay...I had no problem with her. I then called the owner Mr. Sachin Bakhtani exactly what had happened. And that I did not appreciate what she did in front of my son, as well as how she treated me. The owner did apologize to me and said that he would talk to her and make sure she does not do that to anyone else. I told the owner that she should apologize to me for what she did, and that probably nothing would be said or done to her. I also told him that my room was shorted a washcloth, as well as kleenix. I have stayed at several hotels/motels in my life and HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS. I figure NOTHING will be done or said, due to the fact that there was things I overheard that the current owner is selling the franchise.
room cleanliness
Recently a group I was travelling with in Ontario. Canada we booked 3 rooms in Thunder bay Ontario. One room that was to be a suite was so bad smelling like someone had vomitted in it the night before. We could not stand it so they tried to get rid of the horrfic smell by fumigating it for 1 hour. But after we came back from dinner after 3 hours it still smelt awful. Sure hope we can be compensiated for this room with a credit or something. I did not reserve the room but can get that info. for you when we reach a decision on this. I have never been so disgusted with a smell and it almost made us all vomit. We had 2 other rooms to hang out in until it was time to go to dinner and after for cocktails. The address was 439 Memorial Ave. in Thunder Bay Ontario. Thanks so much for your time Marty Woodcock. charges being charged to my bank card without authorization
We reserved the room through hotels.com which we always do. The room was 75 dollars which should have only been charged. Upon checking account after a alert we were informed by our bank that we have been charged twice. Went talk to the front desk we were informed that Super 8 do room authorization charges and room charges. This was not and we never ever heard of this before it also was not on the receipt. We were disrespected by both hotel employee and the 1800 number we got off line to the corporate office customer service department. We are here to deal with a sick child and have been having to spend lots of money on medical procedures meds rooms and other things dealing with kids that are not sick. This was and is a serious inconvenience to us all and no one seems to care at all. From this experience we (my family) have decided to never stay in a super 8 hotel again. Because we are and always been loyal customers to this franchise. We also attached a picture of the receipt to show where we were charged for the room but no where they mention the authorization charges for checking in.
employee
I was sexually harassed at 14163. By jae the owner. Then also made manager only to be told, another employee said, if I was manager she would quit. After talking to kim and jae yoon, they said I couldn't be manager anymore. I told them this was unfair and they fired me. Just trying to get this to the right person. I know im not the only person, the owner jae has sexual harassed.
room condition
Longview, TX. Checked after driving all day and was pretty tired so I went straight to bed. About 2 a.m. I woke up with breathing problems and a little dizzy. I went to the bathroom where I quickly realized the carpet was soaked. The bathroom floor was dry as well as the sink top. The door jams were swollen and paint peeled off proving this wasn't something new. Texas heat and a soaked carpet in a dark room guess what I was breathing all night. When I was getting my gear together so I could get out I noticed the red carpet faded to green in the corner by the a/c unit. Could actually see the build up. This isn't cool, this isn't right. I can only imagine what would happen if someone who had severe asthma or other major breathing problems stayed in this room. The floor has been wet so long the base of the mini fridge is starting to rust, pic 3. I would advise a mold investigated to be sent immediately to room 128.
requesting partial reimbursement
Hospitality mgr Christie of the West Pike location
In Zanesville ohio
Ignored her corporate request to remedy the situation that resulted in a police report being filed with the MUSKINGUM COUNTY SHERRIFF DEPT.
9/23/2017
She was instructed to give a complimentary stay plus refund (which I did not request..but was anticipating and grateful to recieve. However she did not comply or attempt to do so in full as instructed.
On my 6th day staying as a guest
They did not have electicity for 6 plus hrs. The 3days prior the key entries malfunctioned, and with a lack of attention from the night staff myself and 3 other guest along with 2 kanine pets were forced to walk around the entire establishment everytime we needed acess to our rooms. Everyday i to 15 times a day our keys needed rescanned to gain access to our room
Which was on the 3rd floor and it is a hotel with elevator.
Miguel the front desk employee filled in as maintenance using room 319 as the access point for electrical wire repair. When i checked in i was assigned to
King size with fridge one of their best .
I was hit in my head within 3 hrs
A light fell from the studs striking me ... The Front Desk informed me the rooms were renovated and six fixtures in different areas had done the same thing.
However my fiance was insulted by older Caucasian Housekeeper who refused to touch my sheets instead of apologizing for her insensitive comments he overheard she mad very nasty insinuations that we had pulled the light from the wall
rate and was downgraded to a dbl queen the room made due but the air conditioning unit did not chill us at all, it appeared to be an old unit. The fridge was full frost and my food went bad very early. The room number was 315.
On day 6 my daughter was injured and my family contacted the hotel and was greeted with "YO WHAT IS UP".
They questioned rather they misdialed or had been given the wrong number. The Fromt desk employee said the electric was out on the 3rd floor and they would not be able to transfer any calls to my room becAuse all incoming hotel calls were now forwarded to his cellphone. He promised to give me a message to contact them. That was at 2:49pm
My family members arrived circling the hotel frantically looking for any sign of me because they called back to the Hotel nine times in a row and the employee did not even give an attempt to answer the calls coming in to the hotel.
I never recieved any message or calls. I luckily got an online message and found my family sitting in their cars outside the front door.
Before leaving to see my child I informed the staff my government documents are laying out on my bed containing my social security number
Bank account numbers and personal information, if anyone needed to enter my room I made it very clear that my fiance would stay behind and he must be notified to put my things away for my own safety and identity.
Once again my privacy was almost violated, the young man attempted to enter my room without My fiancee and informed me he only did as his manager Christie instructed him to do, and she told me to use a do not disturb sign, ignoring my verbal request about my belongings and government documents that I was using to apply for a loan. I then told her I didnt feel comfortable having a conversation with her at that time. That my medical condition is controlled by my stress and anxiety levels. Which was the reason for my stay at her establishment. She asked me if i would move to the second floor and said she had other guest to deal with and repeatedly said that if i was that unhappy about the calls the electric and the employees entering my room that I could leave. I tgen repeated that I would rather correspond thru email and I would really like to get the owners i information. The manager again cut my request short with I want you to leave, and within 2 minutes our sherriff dept pulled up and got my statement. The officer said Ms.Christie H.
Did need that position and asked if they gave me a refund?
I told him i didnt ask for one because corporate gave me complimentary stay and a discounted rate. He was visibly upset with her behavior and told me to stay put, after a view minutes he returned with papers that showed payment records of the last 3 days of my stay there, the Deputy told me he was very sorry for all I had experienced that day. I told him that i had been there almost a week and Because I refused to give her the names of her staff that caused so much grief she wanted me to leave. The statements of her employee and my own were exact.
Leaving the Deputy no choice but to write a report in my favor stating he hopes I dont let this inhumane act go so easily.
After reflecting on the money I spent there and the blatant disregard for my family
My child and my medical condition I am looking for legal counsel. I promise this will never happen to anyone else who stays there.
My confidence was destroyed leaving me scared by their 2 Housekeepers lack of empathy for my conditon. The refusal to change my sheets due to my psariosis is so malicious . psariosis is a medical conditon that is triggered by many things. The hotel staff was informed of my medical condition upon my arrival. The fact they seemed so visibly disgusted by a spilled Orange Hi -C which stained the sheet of room 319 was going to far. They had no respect for my feelings and actually said it was from my skin. The compassion from Mark is the only reason I did not leave. He along with Ms. Lotasha Dungee and Shawna Bryant were the redeeming qualities behind our stay there. I do want to commend Ms.Bryant for stepping up and doing one of the best housekeeping jobs I had experienced. I wish The hospitality Manager would take lives and happiness of her guest more serious. I hope the owners attempt to make this right before I am forced to move forward with legal action. My contact information is all on record. I want a partial refund as well as all my financial records and points for those dates I stayed at the location. Until the owners reach out or their attorney
The issue still stands
overcharged for room
We had a very sour experience at the Super 8 in Kimball, Nebraska on Monday night, September 18.
The online site advertises rooms, 2 adults, 2 beds at $71. The lady that checked us in was Eastern Indian or Pakistani – not sure which.
She charged us $109 plus $20 tax. She wouldn’t even consider my husband’s veterans disability discount.
He went ahead and paid as it would have been another 80 mile drive to Cheyenne.
When I talked to a gentleman also staying there, I told him about it and asked how much he paid. “$71” he said.
We were there long before they filled up.
When I picked up the receipt Tuesday morning, I’d asked her to write her name on the receipt but she would not give it to me and rudely walked off.
We enjoy most Super 8’s where we’ve stayed many times and the one at Kimball is a good day’s driving distance for us when we travel to Nevada from Iowa. But we will not stay there again.
I have attached a copy of our receipt. Thank you for your time!

room status, registration rude, management
On Friday September 15 my husband and I drove from Missouri to Indiana for a granddaughters birthday. We had prior reservations with confirmation number. Upon check in we were given a room that was totally unacceptable - spiders, dirty, fire hazard (everything was unplugged for a reason), fighting outside our room in the night, etc. Scarred to sleep among everything else. Went to manager, Courtney Harp, who assured us everything would be taken care of. Told us to take our belongings out of room and come back that, 9/16/17, afternoon after 3. We came back to a suite with no air conditioner, stained furniture, sink fixtures wobbly in sink, rusty chrome throughout. Took complaint to registration who sent a guy over to look at. He left and said he would have to talk with manager to see what she wanted done. He did not come back to report, so I went back to registration to find him coloring in color book. I went to registration and asked what was being done, he proceeded to ask me what I expected. Of course I am extremely mad by this point. I told him to get manager on phone as she told me everything would be taken care and we would be happy. He refused at first, but I kept on him till he called her. She refused to talk to me. So no resolution or back up of her word. Registration asked what I wanted him to do. We had no where to go, so I told him to just fix the air. He did come over and get it running. We should not have had to got thru all this. We had to move our belongings twice while there and then again to move to another motel. And during the day we had no where to go to rest, eat, etc. I feel the manager represents the Super 8 very poorly and told me just enough to get me to leave her alone. She lied to me regarding taking care of us. And then they said if we left and went somewhere else on Saturday 9/16 that we would have to pay for that day too even though the manager told us to move our things out for the day. We DID NOT have a room at all on Saturday. I want the manager and registration to be reprimanded/demoted or whatever you deem necessary, as they are making a mockery of the Super 8 and Wyndham as a whole. I would also like our money for Friday and Saturday refunded as I have never had such an awful experience with any motel/hotels.
