TAG Heuer servicing

Hi i took my Tag watch for a battery replacement, when i got it back i could feel see/feel that something was wrong with the watch so i took it back to the shop and explained to them that my watch is not in the same condition as when first i brought it to them and they said they will send it back to the Tag agent, i just got a call from the shop stating that the agent said the watch will need a full service @R4000-00.This is totally bull as my watch was in perfect condition except the flat battery, what should/can i do?

TAG Heuer faulty not the quality they claim to be

Bought this watch on March 7, 2013 and after 2 days it stop working. Upon my return from overseas, returned the watch for a replacement and was told it has to be assessed. It took them 3 months to repair. Wore it and another problem surfaced, the date does not change at midnight, it does in midday. Return the watch and after 2 months they say there is nothing wrong with it and
i can have it back ( August 8, 2013 ). I will not have it returned to me and will demand my money back. Please be warned not to buy
Tag Heuer Watches I think they are not the quality they claim to be.

TAG Heuer aquaracer gaining time

I bought a Tag Heuer Aquaracer, within month of purchasing the watch started to gain 2 minutes per week. Took it back to the store and they say the regulator needs to be set, they say the watch does not need to be opened to do this. After paying R25 000 I was not happy with the watch or the service, however they refused to refund the watch or replace. Is there aby value in investing in aTag?

TAG Heuer eye glasses warranty or poor customer service

Hi,
I had trapezium operation with David Drucker in Denver, ( he is excellent, he cared very much and i have no issues with him), i took Tag heuer, Glasses from My Optics - Denver Ref Account #82654. At the time they had offer and i took the glasses with 2 years tag warrant.

Price $365+Tax = 393.18 but I got for 283.68 with 2 years warranty card. Purchased on 12/22/11.

There were two issues on this:

1. Eye piece on the once was not properly alleged, i checked with others store too, if you adjust may break talk to tag only. This i was reported after 2 months to my optics of purchase. They said bring it to us we will look into it. I didnt get time i was little bit delayed. As per my its manufacturing defect.

2. The glass came out of frame some how, requested to fix. I went to my optics last November(till i have warranty till Dec 2013), my optics guys refused to entertain. I requested them please take it and send to tag if i need to pay any i will do so.

At the time they charged for post too . They sent to tag, tag refused it seems stating that product discontinued they dont support. But i was given 2 years warranty card but they refused. On this i made several calls and mails to myoptics and tag. No use. When i said i will take legal action and provided warranty card, they ready to provide 25% off only. My glasses are with them only i refused to collect.

I just wanted to replace my glass or return money.

Thanks,
Srini

TAG Heuer terrible service

I bought a TAG Heuer watch for $1650 15 years ago. I brought it in every five years for battery replacement and "tune up" for $195. Kay Jewelers was the nearest jewelry store so we brought it there and they sent it out in November 2012 to an authorized TAG repair/dealer in Ohio, called STOHL Watch Repairs. The watch came back two months later without anyone calling from Kay's to tell me it had been sitting there. The problem was that it came back broken! The Tag emblem was crooked (my husband's more expensive TAG came back crooked too from Rogers and Holland, who also sent it to STOHL.) My band was broken and no longer attached to the face of the watch. Kay sent it back to Stohl and and they have had it ever since. Stohl claims they are waiting on TAG and call them every week on what a replacement links-band cost. I will not pay for a damage either TAG or STOLH or KAY did. TAG has the SLOWEST and worse customer service ever? No wonder they are not popular in Geneva, the watch capital of the world. My advice is to get ANY other watch NOT made by TAG solely because of TAG's terrible repair jobs and horrible customer service. In the end, these watches are not worth it! It is 3 months later and still no watch and no phone call from either Stohl, TAG or KAY - I would avoid ALL of those places!

TAG Heuer bad customer service, rude staff, misleading prices

I went to Melbourne boutique (TAG HEUER) I asked the sales person about the sale and he advised me in an unfriendly way that all sale items that carry 25% is in the glass cabinet that has some wallets, bracelets. then asked him again he answered me with a puff in his mouth its in the glass cabinet. well after checking i found out that his information is wrong and nothing inside the cabinet is reduced and the sign was misleading. then i check a leather wallet that i saw it has the original price $375.00 then it has a written on label price of $245.00 he disputed that and he refused to honour the price then i asked him to check several items but the answer was the same. i asked him to contact his manager and that was the worst part his manager was worse than him at least he has no authority, just a sales person with misleading info and rude. his manager accused me of shouting at her, she refused the reduced price and confirmed that it was a mistake (hahaha) mistake by whom? she claimed she does not know.

1- why a store like that only 1 in melbourne states wrong prices?
2- why the rude customer service?
3- the manager is the worst one.

I strongly recommend that tag heuer fans NOT TO SHOP at that store simply for rude service and bad customer decency. they have no integrity to admit wrong doing, i left the store in tears upset.

I HAVE TAKEN PHOTOS FOR THE WALLET AND THE REDUCED PRICE AS EVIDENCE.

SHAME ON THEM how such a great company is run by unfriendly, unprofessional people. staff and manager, especially that manager accused me of yelling.

I feel sorry for buyers who trust them.

TAG Heuer bad watch, bad service

I bought a TAG Heuer watch and it never kept time properly so I brought it in for warranty repair. After repair, it still didn't keep proper time. I put up with it, even though I was late and I had to wind it forward about 5 minutes per day. 2 years later it just stopped running. I sent it in for repair. They demanded $450 to fix it. I said okay. They told me that it would take approximately 8 weeks to get parts to fix it. Bad watch, bad service, bad all around. I will never buy another TAG Heuer product. What a waste of money. I advise you to pick another brand and avoid this company.

TAG Heuer I will never buy or recommend this company to anybody

I purchased my $3500 Tag Heuer watch from an authorized dealer in 6/6/09. By 9/12/09 the crown would not screw back in. I brought it to an authorized dealer and they sent it to Tag. Tag then told them that it would not be covered, basically saying the threads on the crown (& tube) were stripped due to misuse. I am a VERY responsible 38 year old who works in a very passive environment. I have only treated the watch with the utmost care. Their warranty information that comes with the watch is only a page long and says it is covered for two years (unless misuse occurs). My point is that I have not improperly used the watch. No where in the operating manual does it say that when you screw down the crown to only use 'so much pressure' or 'so much torque' (if it did I would not have purchased it). If any lawyer would like to take this class action case pro-bono against this arrogant watch company just go to their web site and read their one page warranty. Then go to your local Jareds or other big jewelry store and take with their local watch specialist. They will tell you about their horror stories with this company.

I will NEVER BUY or RECOMMEND this company to ANYBODY. They are arrogant and don't stand by their product.

P.S. - I can only assume that this issue will occur probably every year and that I'll have to send it in to get repaired Over & Over & Over again. Anybody want a cheap watch.

TAG Heuer poor service

Recently I sent my son's watch in to have the gaskets & bumpers replaced. He's had the watch for a number of years and it has been serviced regularly by our jeweler but these items could only be replaced by the TAG service center. My jeweler called me to tell me that TAG called and said that the watch couldn't be serviced unless I replaced the bracelet... the bracelet was a little scratched and maybe a little stretched but didn't need to be replaced. I refused to have it replaced and therefore TAG would not do the work I had originally requested. Who are they to dictate to me that I must "bring my watch up to TAG standards by replacing the bracelet in order for them to service it"? They might as well be standing there with a gun robbing me! My family owns 6 TAGS at the moment and we will never buy another TAG product!

I agree, Tag Heuer watches are very cheaply made garbage. I've had the crown
come off twice because they say it was "screwed in on an angle or too tightly"
What a bunch of garbage, I had to pay twice over $200 to get the crown applied again
because it just happened to come off while adjusted date/time. A good quality watch
wouldn't break like this so many times, you pay all this money for a Tag Heurer and this
garbage continues to break every 3-4 years, last time I ever buy and I will definitely tell
everyone I can about this cheaply made garbage watch. Better off getting a Rolex or comparable watch for the thousands they charge for the garbage, cheaply made TAG Heuer, not to mention the idiot customer service rep who keeps saying it's not a defect it must have been screwed in too tight or on an angle, sooner or later people will discover these cheap quality watches by TAG HEUER are not worth it.

TAG Heuer warranty service

I am very upset with Tag Heuer's International Warranty Service. I received my watch less than a year ago as a gift with the warranty card included. About 4 months in, the crown would not screw in for some reason I do not know (I've read that this is a common problem). The watch was used properly and I did not damage it in any way. I shipped my watch to their authorized service center in NJ only to find that the warranty card was not filled out correctly and therefore not accepted. I also learned that their warranty only covers the movement of the watch, so the crown would cost me about $100 in parts. I was okay with that. However, the additional maintenance charge of $200 which is normally covered by warranty was not going to be covered. Why? Not because my warranty card was incomplete, but because I had damaged the crown myself as indicated by tool marks? They were claiming that I damaged the crown because there were tool marks, but I never put any tools on the watch nor do I remember any marks shown on the crown.

For this reason, I will never buy another Tag again. I am unhappy with my watch due to their warranty service and wish I could just sell it for another brand :(

TAG Heuer service center

Cairo on March the 22nd, 2011.

Mssers; Taghuer Company

I am one of your customers who bought a TAG Heuer product (aquaracer-calibre s watch) 2 and half year back form your authorized dealer(time trade-first mall branch ) on (16/ 9/2008). My watch carries the serial number (caf7110-bao803-erk7632) and international warranty number dated (16/9/2008).

I was proud to get it due to its very good reputation, i was impressed with this brand since was named tag before being Tag Heuer apart of being sold in a quite high price but if felt it deserve it. It is with great regret that I feel obliged to write this email coz due to the total lack of customer service and product unreliability that I have witnessed recently. While I was full of confidence that TAG is one of the leading market makers in the watches category; I have started to seriously reconsider my opinion after having experienced the level of customer service provided by your maintenance shop and the level of poor quality your product have shown. My Watch stopped working 2 weeks back when I visited your maintenance shop under the impression that it’s I’ll get things sorted in a very short time. I was surprised with the response I for which stated that the machine needs to be replaced at my own expense and after only 30 month duration without even changing battery and they told me that it will cost me 4K which is dissapointing. Having challenged this with your repair shop they kept on promising a call back and a solution while there is not traction!

I request your direct involvement and cascading down a solution to myself the soonest.

Thanks,

Mohamed Khashaba

I have a 3 year old Tag Heuer watch that I sent to their repair facility in New Jersey. The watch needed a broken stem repaired. Since it was out of warranty they wouldn't do the repair unless I paid their $495.00 mandatory service charge. By the time the watch was repaired the cost was well over $500.00. I got the watch back and find that they decided to buff the case and ended up buffing off the numbers on the bezel ring and put a chip on the crystal. I send the watch back to them and they now want over $300 more to fix their screw up. Tag's service after the sale is the worst I've ever experienced. My advise don't waste your money on any of their products. Chris Xindaris- Texas

TAG Heuer quote

I am really shocked at the level of service from TAG HEUER South Africa. I handed in a pair of sunglasses 3 weeks ago and not a word back from them. I then went back to the TAG HEUER shop at the Waterfront in Cape Town where I handed in the glasses a week ago where the sales consultant said I would get an email the next day. I am still waiting. I feel that this is totally unacceptable from what I believed to be a premier brand!

TAG Heuer customer service/competence

I have a Tag watch which is still under warranty. I took it into Jared to send onto Tag as the battery needed replacing. They took a copy of the warrenty card to send off with the watch. This is the third watch we have sent to Tag through Jared so are not new to this. None of the previous watched - one for more serious repairs has taken more than 6 weeks to return to us. I took the watch in on Nov 17 and called just before Christmas. I was given the standard company line of if we do not have it back yet it is still with Tag. Ok I bought this as it was still only around the 6 week mark. I called again just after Christmas - same line but I pressed them and they said the watch was definately with Tag - not sure how they confirmed this. We then went in on Jan 6th and was given the same speal - but again made them confirm that the watch was definately with Tag - bearing in mind this is now the 3rd time and no-one has actually contacted Tag on any of these occasions. I called again last week and insisted that someone phone Tag to find out where in the process the watch was. Cathy called whilst I was on the phone and said that Tag had never received the warranty and had sent Jared an estimate that they were waiting on confirmation to continue the work - Jared claim they sent to the warranty and never reecieved the estimate - very hard to beleieve either of these. I was promised a call back with an estimate of when to expect the watch back - no call. We went into the store a few days later and spoke to the assistant manager, who again promised to call me yesterday - you guessed it no call! They really are unbelievable, the services is shocking and a watch that was sent in on November 17th is still not returned to me on January 25th - needless to say we will be contacting the Jared Head office, I am contacting Tag and if the watch is not back in 7 days I will be taking legal action! Terrible - if you have a problem these are not the company you want to deal with.

TAG Heuer is by far the most overpriced watch that is a piece of crap. How a watch rated for 200 meters water resistent becomes fogged inside of the crystal is beyond me. TH will give you excuses that make no sense, They will not offer any warranty service because they know the quality is so poor. Excuses like "You must get your watch serviced every 2 year...

TAG Heuer poor warranty/deceptive

So I puchased a TAG HEUER Watch for my wife prior to Christmas. The watch was around 1000.00 dollars. When I recieved the watch it was beautiful however when reviewing the warranty card it was not attached. Apparently Amazon will now assume responsibility of the watch for two years. Because Amazon contracts through a third party company for the watch repairs the third party company only will repair the mechnism itself, not the crystal face, crown, bezel or band. However if the watch due to manufacturer defect was compromised in some way TAG HEUER's warranty would be responsible for the repairs. There is a section in the third party warranty form that you must print off of the website that also reads that some states may be able to recieve full coverage under the warranty but they neglect to mention what states those may be. So at this time my watch is not even broken and it's taken roughly four days to get no where by phone and by emial despite making contacts. At this point after speaking to an Amazon Supervisor Angel who was very understanding and sympathetic she had explained to me that you cannot reach that section of Amazon by phone and they would email me. That already reaks of poor customer satisfaction. I'm not sure how Amazon makes out in this deal by offering a third party to service such an expensive watch but I suspect someone is making money somehow off of this. My biggest issue with this is that this is not immediately mentioned to the purchaser when purchasing a watch from Amazon. This also was not a merchant working through Amazon this was purchase from Amazon by Amazon. I would quetion any warranty through Amazon.com and do some research as far as the watch it is number #WAF1414.BAO812 TAG HEUER Women's 2000 Aquaracer Watch. Again for clarification purposes the watch and the price were great however Amazon's ability to assume the original warranty is horrible.

I brought two watches into a Tag store. They sent them to the service center for repairs.

After two weeks I get an email for Tag 1, about 15 years old, paid ~$1500, it worked when I put it away assumed it needed a new battery, response comes back that the watch is bricked, not repairable, it is old and they no longer make parts for it, no further explanation, suggested I go to an independent jewler, offered 10% off on new watch, shipping it back to me, so much for heirloom quality, my conclusion: the product is disposable?

After two and a half weeks I get an email on Tag 2 F1 Chrono, about 3 years old, paid ~ $1000 at Costco, I assumed a bracelet repair since pins had come out, surprised they can’t fix this in the store since they do sizing there when you buy one, estimate comes back full overhaul for $306 (which includes sales tax on all service charges, hmm that’s odd), I had a cleaning and battery replacement about a year ago, I try to authorize the repair through the excruciatingly slow web site where I eventually get redirected to paypal, I just what to use my credit card, I call customer service wait about five minutes live human says they can only accept payments through paypal online, I inquire about only having the bracelet fixed she will set up a ticket and have someone look at it and send me an estimate (really?), confirms that my other watch was bricked it is too old, my frustration level is now sky high, ” just send the watch back to me”, “you can do that online” click, wow!, conclusion: If and when I get my watch back I’ll take it to my friendly jewelry who is always pleasant and happy to have my business, looks at it within the hour with an estimate, gets it back to me in a few days and charges about half as much

Overall conclusion is that Tag juts sucks… my money like a vacuum with no regard for me as a customer and does not care about any future business or how many people I share my sad story with, how French of them, I can only assume that this carries across all the LVMH brands (list here http://www.lvmh.com/the-group/lvmh-companies-and-brands ) which I will also now avoid like the plague. Storied Swiss watch brand gets bought by arrogant moneygrubbing French conglomerate – service and quality turns to c***.

I bought a formula 1 tag watch and its only a year with complaint about the date being late after 8 months to the store, sent out for warranty after 3x of complaint, How can a expensive watch be in warranty repair in less than a year? Just an indication of a poor quality watch, will never buy or recommend it again! Stay with cheaper watch they last longer.

I am looking for a watch on Amazon and I easily found that Amazon is NOT an Authorized Dealer, which is why they offer their 2-year warranty in lieu of Tag Heuer's. If you are really concerned about getting a Tag Heuer warranty, man up, go to a Tag Heuer Authorized Dealer and pay the full retail price of $1, 500 for your wife's watch. Authorized Dealer is aka "No Discounts!"

TAG Heuer fraud and scam

My 20 month old $1600(retail) started to get humidity inside the chrystal. I took it to an authorized service center for repair under the 2 year warranty. The diagnosis was that the stem became lose and humidity got inside. They determined this was because of "shock" and needed repair. They also said it was not covered by warranty because of damage by shock. IT'S A GOLF WATCH. They advertise it as a GOLF WATCH. Of course it gets shocked. I do play well over 100 rounds of golf a year and only wear watch when playing. If this watch is not built to accept that much shock it shouldn't be called a golf watch. I feel they should fix it and tell me not to wear it when playing and cease advertising it as the ideal "golf" watch.

I fully agree with all who are complaining about Tag Heuer. I bought two watches (one for my wife) and put them in my safe deposit box. When we decided to wear them one was not running. You cannot have any work done any where but at TagH. When I sent the watch in to TH they said the battery had leaked and the cost would be $165 to fix. These watches are not worth the money and certainly are not quality. My watch was not a fake it was real and TH acknowledged it was real. So, they are putting cheap batteries in these watches and then will not stand by them...Do not buy! They are crap. See the attached estimate from Tag Heuer.

TAG Heuer warranty

After a year noticed my watch face and dial moved. Sent watch into this service center for repair, within a few days i did receive confirmation that they have the watch and gave me an estimate of 450 to fix my watch-i immediately call TH and said just do the warranty work not fix the scratches, etc she said she would call me back, within a few days received my watch in a fedex box not repaired. Once again called TH and they said there was TRAUMA to the watch and it will not be covered. WHAT? This should have been covered under warranty. MY ADVISE DON"T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Attached is a picture so everyone can see the crap quality put out by this company and will not stand by their product

My TAG has now been in four visits in the service centre for the last 4 months. I barely get to wear them now. The whole thing started after the battery ran out and i dropped it off for battery changed. They provided a "complimentary clean up and service" along with the battery replacement on the first service. And since then, the watch had experienced loosing time, the number "2" came off the screen, another loosing time.. What a waste of $3000 for a watch that only get to wear for 2 years? I have seiko $400 and last 10 times longer without any service! Definitely not recommended and will not recommend this to anyone.. NO positive feedback to the brand at all.

I received a TAG HEUER for father's day. It was an automatic chronograph F-1, with a price of $3200. Within one week I noticed the watch was slowing down about 2 minutes per week. I synchronized the watch weekly for four more weeks and it will always lose two minutes. I went to the Jewelry It was bought from (Square One - Mississauga Canada) and I was told that was an acceptable delay on automatic watches. I then did my research and found that acceptable would be about five seconds per day maximum, not 120 seconds per week. I went back and then was told that I had to wind the watch once weekly or it will get behind... I did as instructed and the problem persisted, so I went back again to the Jewelry and asked for the watch to be adjusted, thinking it was a minor issue. They said they had to send it for repairs and It would take a maximum of one month to get it back, but likely it would be ready sooner than that. The watch was sent, and after six weeks had passed, I asked about it. was told that it was going to take up to sixty business days to repair it, from the moment it was received at the repair center (two weeks after it was given to the Jewelry). I was surprised at the low standards for warranty of this brand. You expect more from a 'quality / expensive ' swiss brand name as this one. sixty business days to repair a watch? and a new one with a factory defect at that? I'm going to ask for a refund and will never buy this brand again. It is an overrated brand. Their service standards are very low.

Same story here. 1 year old TAG, always very careful handling of the crown following all the usual recommendations until one day it stops being able to set the time or date and ends up coming out all the way. Panic face! Never happened before with lousy replicas or $100 watches and a 4 figures one breaks like that? No problem... Luckily it's still under warranty. Guess what? The crown is not covered and the service center quotes me $120. I tell the girl that this is not acceptable for a so called luxury watch and that I want to file a complaint. She talks to the person in charge and decide to waive $20 for some tube, but tells me that they can't waive the other $100 for the crown because they have to pay TAG Switzerland for the part and it's not covered under the warranty terms.
I'm still trying to find this in the fin copy and also want to file a complaint directly to TAG, but so far I've only found this just to see that I'm not alone and that they probably clean their ### with my complaint.

I purchased a Tag Heuer wristwatch at the Mexico City Airport Tag Heuer outlet on June 24, 2014. I was assured that the watch carried a world wide warranty. On June 29, 2014, I was going to wear the watch the very first time for a friend's 50th Wedding Anniversary Party. When I tried to correct the time on the watch, the stem pulled out completely.
I took the watch to the Tag Heuer outlet at Valley Fair SC in San Jose the following day for repairs, and gave the gentleman there the watch and warranty card.
Today, July 16, 2014, I received a bill for $182.99 before they will proceed with repairs, so I paid it. This is a fraud, and uncalled for.
This is a brand new watch that I have never worn.
I am now highly disappointed with Tag Heuer, and will let my family and friends know about this bad experience.

First it took them a month to give me a quote of $250 for the watch hands to be replaced (since the glo part cracked out, which I don't know how that could happen with a so-called quality watch) and to replace the bezel spring. ( a $15 part)...so I told them ok just fix it, so I can wear it again. Well now a month after telling them to proceed I get a call and they are telling me they won't touch it unless I buy a new bracelet for it $500. So $750 for a watch that is ten years old and probably not worth even half that anymore. It pissed me off. I'll never buy a tag again and I will tell anyone I see not to buy one either. Told them to ship it back so I can throw it in the garbage

Completely agree with the previous posts. Received a TAG as a wedding gift from my father in law, the crown was broken and the battery was dead since day 1, the watch never worked. TAG cabazon outlet refused to exchange it because it was purchased more than week prior so they sent it in to the service center in NJ. They said the crown was not covered and I broke it, what a bunch of ###! Spend 2k on a watch and get called a liar + hit with a $220 repair bill? warranty my ###. I got 10x better service from G-SHOCK and the watch actually kept time! So the crown is on backorder and they have to get it from switzerland, still waiting over a month later. Will never consider TAG again - terrible service, ###ed exchange policy, so called warranty doesn cover dick and the service reps dont follow up at all

Still waiting for my tag heuer watch after 4 months. Been notified that it is on their priority list and should be receiving it in about 2weeks.i hope this time its true.my opinion on their service center is not good at all.you bought this watch knowing that it will last for a long time with normal use. I been told that they had to repair/replace the crown and will do maintenance.im not happy since the crown is not under warranty coverage. Initial quote was $450 down to $115 since ben bridge will cover some expenses due to the fact its been there for a long time.i am a repeat customer of ben bridge and i guess they do this to satisfy their customers. Now i have second thought of purchasing a tag watch again. I owned 3 other tag watches. Warranty service repair center needs to improve their service to retain customers.

Same thing happened to my husband. I sent his Tag in for the second time in 2 years for the same issues. They said that the crown was damaged. That is absolute bull****! Now they want to charge us $400.00 for the repair. I have called and left a message with the supervisor. DO NOT spend hard earned money on a TAG!

TAG Heuer won't honor waranty

I had a Tag watch for 2yrs. and went to a reputable jewler to have a new battery put in it. They told me it was broken and needs a new movement. Because I had the jewler look at it, Tag won't waranty it. I will never buy another Tag watch, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

HI guys,
I'm sorry to hear that TAG Heuer watches you have are not in good condition. But maybe you should ask yourself a few questions before pointing finger at a company. 1st question : Did you purchase the watch in the TAG Heuer boutique or the so-called authorise dealer?
I have 2 TAG Heuer watches - 1 purchase at the authorise dealer and other in the TAG Heuer boutique. The dealer which I purchase from offer me a Huge discount (20% + 5% if pay in cash) compare to the Boutique. As it was my 1st time purchasing a Branded watch, I decided to buy from the dealer. But eventually, I regret it. Just after 2 month of wearing, My watch break down. Bringing it back to the dealer where I purchase from and guess what, I was told to go to the TAG Heuer Boutique to complaint as they said they only sell watches to customer and they are no after sales services. So I went to the TAG Heuer service centre and have it checked. To my surprise, Its seem like the watch has lots of problem. Oiling dry up due to watch has not been used or wind for a long time. Which mean that its an old stock. So i check around and ask my friend. Eventually I found out that dealer actually take in old watches from their customer and resell it at a cheaper price. That why I never ever purchase from dealer anymore even if its cheaper by 10%. So guys, did you purchase at the boutique or dealer?

I have 2 tag watches (1x13 years old and 1x4 years old)... every time I have them serviced or the battery changed I receive news that the entire movement needs replacing at a cost of 30-50% of the replacement cost. I expect a Swiss watch of quality to be passed down to my son... looks like this will never happen. Never buy or recommend a tag watch again.

I purchased Tag Heuer Aquaracer Watch in LasVegal Mirag Casino Watch shop. It is a automatic watch and do wear it everyday. I'm finding that this watch stops if I don't waer it for at least 6 to 7 hours. It suppose to work at least 2-3 day without wearing it but it does not work if not wearing more than 6 hours. So every morning I have to set the time and...
