My husband was bought this watch by his brother in orlando, usa, tag heuer orlando outlet, 8200 vineland avenue, suite 1145, fl 32821. His brother bought it as a 50th birthday present (02 of april 2022.. When he was in the store he specified to the shop assistant that he was buying a male watch for his brother and he even talked to him live on the phone. But unfortunately he was tricked into buying a womens luxury carrera watch. The problem is that he came to croatia with the watch. This is when we found out that it is actually womens watch. The watch is still intact and it hasn't been activated yet. We have a tag heuer representative in rijeka, croatia. Please be so kind and give us a chance to replace this watch and even pay extra just to be able to buy a real male watch. My husband has always wanted your watch, something that is long-lasting and valuable. Unfortunately, instead of being a long-desired present it turned out to be a disappointment. Please help us solve the problem. We have an original receit, warranty card, original package and everything that came with the watch. Kindest regards anita galić

Tag Heuer Golf Connect
This is my third tag watch and I spent over £2k on this. The battery life is awful and sometimes does not even last a round of golf - simply it’s not fit for purpose. The look is great but it’s so poor. I sent the watch back and was received by tag. The customer service is just as bad. Nothing has been done I have to chase for updates. 3 weeks on and nothing has been done. This is not what should happen for a high end watch.
Desired outcome: I want a refund as this watch is poor and not fit for purpose along with terrible customer service

Very disappointed in tag heuer.
As a loyal regular customer with multiple TAG watches, all my TAG heuer watches are for sale now and I highly recommend against anyone buying a TAG heuer watch.
REASON? I had to have my watch sent to me to replace an end link.
I could change it myself but i had to sent my watch in what i understand.
What do I get back? a defective watch resulting in me having to pay the forced significant amount for repair for something was in working condition.
service is worthless. Customer services made several times empty promises. all in all, very negative experience with tag heuer.
How do you send a watch in what I understand? There’s a common trend of [censored] with these reviews.

I have owned a Tag watch for a few years now and have been quite happy with my purchase. I don't have the exact date of purchase nor the original receipt. The watch stopped working about eight months ago and on 25 November 2021 I took it into a Tag customer service centre for what I assumed would be a new battery. I was told at the time that it would take about 6 weeks to repair. I waited for over 8 weeks without anyone contacting me, so in January 2022, I reattended the shop. I was told that the battery, which was replaced about 2 years previously, had leaked and destroyed some of the internals of the watch. I was told it would cost around $400 to fix. Naturally I was not happy about this so I contacted Customer Service (CS) international. They responded immediately to inform me that a ticket ([protected] refers) had been created and I would be further contacted. On 25 January I received an email from CS advising they were forwarding my case back to CS Thailand for action. Since then I have not received any correspondence from CS Thailand or from anyone else. I have emailed CS International on 31 January and on 12 February without any response! I have pointed out that any repairs made to the watch were carried out by Tag technicians using Tag approved parts. I had nothing to do with the failure/leakage of the battery.
Desired outcome: When I originally wrote to CS International, I asked for a 25% reduction in the repair costs - no response. I stand by that, or perhaps an offer of a new watch with a 40 to 50% discount, which I will happily purchase.

I received a long service Tag Heuer Aqua Racer watch from my company for long service award.
I wanted to adjust the wrist length of the watch.
So I went down to Tag Heuer Shop in Marina Square Singapore on 30 Jan 2022, around 12 pm for the alteration service.
Unfortunately, I was been served by this sales man by the named of Jerry or Derry Wong (Can't remember the name clearly). He was giving me a sulking look and his attitude is bad and "cant be bother" attitude.
He took my watch unwillingly and went into a service room to service my watch. All this moment, I did not feel welcome.
When he came out of the service room, further adjustment need to be made to the watch. He then placed my new watch on the display glass panel without first putting a cloth to safe guard my watch. This is kind of unprofessional.
I find a minor scratch on my watch later on.
After adjustment was done up, I left the Tag Heuer Showroom utterly disappointed, and feeling sad that my country service line standard is deteriorating.
I hope Tag Heuer Management can look into my case and improve your customer service.

I have a Tag connected watch and one of the lugs which connects the strap to the watch itself has lost one of the small bearings. The Tag shop here in Singapore tell me my watch is the old version (three years old) and they can't repair. They say they are asking if a new lug can be sourced and tell me it would be $860 which is ridiculous. This isn't the first time as the bearings rusted not long after purchase but was replaced. Can someone please explain?

The service provided by time trade is very disappointed
I am disappointed by the service provided by tag Heuer service is very bad.
I sent three watches for service they come back not functioning properly. I sent them back three times every time they came back more worse.
Now I sent back two watches they ask me to do full services and I will pay for them.
The service provided by them give very bad repetition for tag, and I will not recommend tag watches for anyone.
Also sent another watch carrera calibre s for change the battery it came back with the program completely damaged.
I don't know what to do next.

I think the people responsible doesn't care about the after service, and don't care about the repetition of the tag.

I bought an expensive TAG Heuer Carrera watch. I regret to inform you that it is not working properly since January 2019. I am wearing it on my wrist continuously. But, it stops working about every two weeks, although it had been wound properly.
since January 2019 it has been sent to your dealership in Israel for repair 8 times. And 2, 400 IS have been paid to TAG Heuer representative labs in Israel. However, the watch still stops approximately every two weeks.
here are the exact dates the watch has been in your representative labs:
1. January 2nd 2019 serviced by "plant lab" certificate repair # 448622. Paid 1, 200 is. receipt 3 [protected].
2. May 1st 2019 serviced by "plant lab" certificate repair #448622 repeated service.
3. May 18th 2020, serviced by "padani lab" certificate repair # 1004731
4. February 21st, 2021 serviced by "padani lab" certificate repair # 1006082.
5. March 16th 2021, serviced by "padani labs" certificate repair #1006431. 1200 is had been paid. Receipt # 4004036 dated April 4, 2021
6. April 6th 2021, serviced by "padani lab" certificate repair # 1006637
7. May 23rd, 2021, serviced by "padani lab" certificate repair # 1007085.
8. September 9th 2021, serviced by "padani lab" certificate repair # 1008144.
I look forward to your reply and resolution to this problem. I request that you either thoroughly repair it or replace it by a new watch.

I had my links removed and they were left bent. One of the locating holes where the link was removed was left very slightly damaged. I can't get a photo of this as it is very slight. I have a photo of the Bent links which I am now best pleased about. Is there anything you can do about this. I had the watch adjusted in the Bristol store.

Bought the tag heuer aquaracer calibre 5 automatic in 2017. The watch went in for repair about 6 months later due to not winding. Use this watch very little took it on holiday and went to wind it and the winding cap came off. £2000 watch and not used every day poor quality just put it in through goldsmith and they said it needed a service first then repair, the service is £340 and the repair would be extra. You buy a watch to last not to be paying out for poor workmanship. It's in goldsmiths now been sent off.
Desired outcome: Tag should pay for this as it’s hardly been used no marks or scratches in mint condition
I TOTALLY agree i was given the Calibre S5 and no more than THREE years later the movement broke cannot wind it and does not run.
I was told that the watch was purchased in August of 2019 and it is August 2022 and I am going ot have to pay for repairs. THIS IS NOT a QUALITY watch. I wouldn't TRUST ANY watch they make.

Watch stops and delays
I got a Carrera Cal 1887 around Dec. 2014, since then I have been using the watch only on occasions, as it's an expensive watch, otherwise, the watch is kept inside a closed glass winder box. After a short while I found out that the watch is delaying and stoping if I leave it over night outside the wonder. I took it twice to the service center in Dubai, paid around 3000 Aed (almost 750€) but unfortunately the watch is still in the same condition. I have filled a complaint on Tag Heuer official website but unfortunately I haven't received any feedback to date.
I hereby request Tag Heuer to either refund my money which was around 16, 000 Aed (around 4000€) or to take a serious action to fix my watch.
Failed Product
I bought Tag Heuer watch Oct 2018. App 3 months after, the time is 5 min late, so I took it to the shop, then the shop send it to the service center. They said they have to do running test. They returned it 2 weeks after, and they said there is no problem. Then, around last week, I checked my watch, and it was 10 min late. Went to the shop again, and they sent it again to service center. First, they said it was a battery problem, and they need 2 week to replace. I was OK at the time. But then after two weeks, I got news that they have to change some spare part. Come on..this is not cheap watch...and it is only 2 year after I bought it. And they said I have to pay for the spare part (dont know yet how much) and I have to watch 4 months).
So, lesson learned...No more Tag Heuer watch.

I wrote a review on this page on 23 February about my Tag Heuer Carrera Calibre 5 automatic watch. It was a shocking review, castigating the build-quality of the watch, and the lack of any form of communication from Tag - sending stonewalling messages through the retailer I bought it from (Goldsmiths, who are blameless), and I have had no reaction at all.
If a company can ignore such a terrible list of complaints, what does it say about them? The implication is that they know their product is terrible!

I purchased the Tag Heuer, self-winding watch, serial number wkq3573 from Goldsmiths, The Oracle, Reading RG1 2AQ. At the point of purchase I paid £1457.50. Also took out a five year extended warranty.
The Tag Heuer, self-winding watch, serial number wkq3573 is not of satisfactory quality. Bought as a Golden Wedding present on 28.3.17. As it was losing time, we took it back for repair 5.9.17 under guarantee (estimated return date 21.11.17). It went wrong again (same fault), so we took it back to Goldsmiths 25.6.18 (estimated return date 10.9.18). For some time it was OK, but in October 2020 it developed a new fault: the whole watch face started swinging round to the left, so although the hands were at the correct time, the twelve was sometimes at five-to, sometimes at quarter-to, even twenty-to. Again we took it back to Goldsmiths on 4.11.20 (estimated return date 20.1.21 - and no sign of it today - 22.1.21). It was out of guarantee, but we had taken out insurance, so they duly sent it off again. I think it unfair that the insurance company should pay for a watch that is clearly not up to scratch. In the less than four years I have owned it, it has been in the repair shop for more than four months, and I would like my money back. To add insult to injury, after the second repair I got a rather nasty letter from Tag Heuer insinuating that I must have fiddled with it (bearing in mind that I was 75 coming up 76 at the time, I think that's a bit rich)! Goldsmiths has behaved impeccably: my beef is with Tag Heuer..
The last repair was for sheared-off dial feet, which they said must be my fault. I maintain it is faulty design.
Desired outcome: Some reply/apology from Tag would be wonderful. Because my watch was missing at the repairers so long, I bought a cheap replacement, which is much more reliable than my Tag Carrera - so I'd like my money back.

I repeatedly turn back the time 1 or 2 munitee to get it back the correct time.
In other words the watch seems go faster than it should.
Do you recognise this issue?
How can I get this resolved?
I bought the watch in Switzerland on holiday and have all the official documents on hand.

Dear TAGHeuer eyewear customer support,
Hi, I bought a TAGHeuer sunglasses less than one year ago from the airport free shop, it cost me around 400$, I paid that much money putting in mind that TAGHeuer is a big name & the sunglasses have a two years international warranty!
Unfortunately only a few months later the lens coating started to peel off! until it began to impede my vision then I started to feel dizzy whenever I wore it! I stopped wearing it because my ophthalmologist told me if I wear it any more it will affect my eye side!
As this product has two years international warranty I tried very hard to find the authorized dealer or repair shop or customer support
with nil success! It has been a few months now till I get tired, frustrated & very disappointed.
Finally I found that email online, I'm not sure if you'll reply to me or not but I can't believe that can happen from a famous & expensive brand
like yours, first the bad quality product & second you gave international warranty on the product however the customer can't find any authorized
dealer or repair shop or customer support that easy & maybe can't find at all!
I'm sending you photos of the lenses hoping that it can show you the defect for your perusal & waiting for feedback & action from your end.

I would like to express my disappointment in the way I have been treated with the TAGHEUER Bezel exchange.
I bought my CW2 Item Ref SBF8A8014 serial number AN1380HR7150103 last year and suddenly, the bezel fell down due to manufacturer defect. I sent it to the TAG HEUER dealer in Riyadh KSA back in November 16, 2019 and UNTIL TODAY, 5 MONTHS LATER, the watch is not fixed yet. shouldn't you either grant me store credit for me to exchange the DEFECTED watch and get a watch that works or please inform me until when, I will keep waiting without a watch? is this customer satisfaction?
