Tag heuer connected
Dear Sir/ Madam
last year, I bought my 1st Tag Heuer Connected series 2 but I was very disappointed with the watch and TAG customer service in KSA Riyadh. I was disappointed with the watch because the battery will never last a day and for an unknown reason, the Bezel of the watch fall off (manufacturing defect) and when I took it to the TAG Riyadh Dealer, I was promised that the watch cannot be fixed and will be replaced by new one free of charge since the watch is still under warranty. I went last week after waiting 2 months for their call and to my surprise, TAG Riyadh Dealer replaced and "glued" a scratched used Bezel and told me the watch is ready. I'm wondering if this the way Tag treat its client, by Gluing scratched used defected manufactured products. if that is the case, I'm not interested in the watch and you can keep it. Sorry I don't wear defected products.

Dear Sir/Madam
I would like to express my disappointment in the way I have been treated with the TAGHEUER Bezel exchange.
I bought my CW2 Item Ref SBF8A8014 serial number AN1380HR7150103 last year and suddenly, the bezel fell down due to manufacturer defect. I sent it to the TAG HEUER dealer in Riyadh KSA back in November 16, 2019 and UNTIL TODAY, 5 MONTHS LATER, the watch is not fixed yet. shouldn't you either grant me store credit for me to exchange the DEFECTED watch and get a watch that works or please inform me until when, I will keep waiting without a watch? is this customer satisfaction?

Watch model cfj 7110 serial rbl0245
Dear Tag Heuer support team,
I bought the watch model CFJ 7110 Serial RBL0245 Nov 29th 2014 in Cypress Mall 77433 Texas USA .
Since, I moved in Cascais (Country) Portugal so i regularly brought my watch for battery changes to TORRES Joalheiros S.A. (Tag Heuer representative).
-In Jan 2019, I brought it for battery change and hands setting. They came with a 439euros supposedly because the complete mechanism needs to be replaced, they said! I refused to do it as the watch was working fine and asked only for battery change.
- The watch worked well and lately I wanted to change the new hour and the crown assembly came apart from the watch .
- I bring the watch to the shop TORRES Cascais Mall, and Tag Heuer Portugal now quoted for complete repair at 552 euros.
I asked them not to repair the watch as I wanted to investigate further with Tag Support why such a problem after 5 years of normal use.
May I count on your comments and supports?
Cordially,
Fredy Taurines

ygss case bracelet
I am extremely disappointed with this watch as it has been faulty from the time we purchased it.
I myself have had a TAG watch for around 20 years which has never given me any trouble so I recommended that my new partner buy one but it has given him trouble from the day he purchased it.
It is very difficult and stiff when changing the time and it often loses time.
I tried to log in to TAG Australia to request a repair and the page would not submit.
Eyewear frame quality
I'm a loyal Tagheuer customer and love all your various kind of products. However I got disappointed with one of my collection frames which I used to wear it only 1 or 2 times a week that the arms towards the air start showing puppies and cracks with oily liquid coming out that may cause an allergy to the sensitive skin above the ears.
I bought it around 2 years back whereas the other tagheuer frames I have been using them since 5 to 7 years and still as new.
The quality of material used for the one I complain about is not at the high quality standards of Tagheuer.
I'm highlighting this case for your review and consideration.
Best Regards

Dear Tag Heuer,
I bought this watch on 17 April 2018 at your store in Frankfurt airport. The watch was a present from my wife for my 50th Birthday and cost her approx 3 months salary (please check Estonian salaries - v low). So this watch means/meant a lot! It is now being sent by the Tag Heuer agent in Estonia to Finland for repair as the automatic winding is clearly not working anymore. It started to lose time after 14 months and after 17 it needed constant winding. My point is that I cannot exchange or receive a replacement and was told this could only be done at where I bought the watch - it may be years until I revisit FRA airport.
Point 1 is that I would never have bought a watch, that I now know, is too delicate or automatic winding affected by magnets (may be the cause?) and Point 2 after less than 18 months it is basically unreliable. I should be able to have a new/replacement watch or replace with a battery operated watch here in Estonia. For a global brand you offer a poor customer service and don't think you understand how much 2, 500 euros approx means to some people.
I am complaining to Tag Heuer Germany as Tag Heur Switzerland/Finland and Estonia appear powerless to provide an adequate service.
Please see the attached photo that shows the warranty card.
Respectfully,
Guy Bartlett
Apparently the damage was my fault! A scratched crown was the issue which will be replaced (will take 7 weeks) and cost 60 Euros - approx 25% the value of the watch. In my opinion do not buy Tag Heuer - buy a cheaper Tissot! Never had a problem in 18 years.
Planned obsolescence
I purchased a TAG Heuer watch in 1989 said to be waterproof to a depth of 200m. I wore it while scuba diving, until the "O" ring under the crystal suffered the effects of aging. I then discovered that TAG Heuer supports its products only for 15 years and that it is impossible to replace the very simple "O" ring, thus rendering the watch useless for use underwater. You merely look after a Patek Philippe watch for the next generation but you keep a TAG Heuer only until its planned obsolescence date.
Watch
Having owned many reliable watches by manufacturers such as Omega, Seiko and Royal London, i decided to 'take the plunge' earlier this year and treat myself to a watch made by TAG Heuer, which i purchased from your Meadowhall (Sheffield) branch.
The watch is absolutely everything i wanted apart from the most critical thing, reliable!
Within 2 weeks of ownership, the watch had stopped for 30 minutes, then restarted, requiring me to resent it. Within a week, it repeated this, and then the following week, somehow skipped a day (in the middle of a month?) on the date!
The watch has stopped twice more since, and so i returned my watch to the store a couple of weeks ago. The store staff were very helpful but informed me that it will be at least 4 weeks, and possibly 6 weeks before i will get my watch back, and they cannot provide me with a 'loan' watch whilst it is away.
I am wriitng to let you know my extreme dissatisfaction at having to wait 4 weeks for a repair, and no loan watch being available. I paid a lot of money for this watch and feel let down by a Brand that i genuinely thought would excel in all respects compared to my past watches, supplied by 'lesser' brands.
Formula 1
I purchased a TAG Heuer Formula 1 at an Fine Jewelry Store at an airport while in Europe for $1, 300. After 2 months it stopped working. It had a 2 year warranty so I sent it in for repairs. They said that the back was opened by someone other than TAG, so the warranty is void. They said that since it was over a year old maybe someone at the store opened the...

I have been looking for a tag watch with the mother of pearl face, and diamonds for six months now, as my husband was to buy me this as a gift, before he sadly passed away last December. When visiting a new designer outlet in york last week I walked into the tag heurer store, I was the only customer in there, there were two assistants. I browsed the cases, and found exactly the watch I have been looking for, at a marvelous price, reduced from £3500 to £2200. My delight was clear to see. Both assistants were behind the counter, chatting. I said " excuse me can I have some help." The female assistant, half raised her head and replied " just a minute" and continued her conversation. I stood a few minutes before I went up to the counter which the were both behind and said, " there is a watch I would like to see." The female assistant walked out, over to the case where I had been standing, and abruptly said, " which one". She took the watch out and beckoned me towards the counter. I took off the watch I was wearing, at which point see realised I was wearing a tag watch, and suddenly her attitude changed, oh she exclaimed you already have a tag watch, and this one here will go so well with your diamond rings. I felt I was of no significance whilst looking around, I wasn't dressed particularly smartly wearing jeans and t shirt, hair looked messy and probably looked like I couldn't afford your merchandise . it was like the scene off pretty woman. I wanted that watch so much, but the service was so appalling, I decided against the purchase. As I walked out of the shop the male assistant shouted across to me, "its the last one! If you want it you'd better get it now." I rolled my eyes and made my exit. The whole experience has haunted me, hence the complaint. I love your products, and will continue to look for the watch, at a similar price, but would urge you to employ people who do not judge your customers. Your business was down over two thousand pound that day, not because of your product, but because of the people who are paid to sell .
Watch model number war2452/3
I purchased this watch as a replacement for my lost TAG watch on 22nd March 2016. In January 2018 I noticed the watch face had ‘swivelle ‘. I took it to Goldsmiths Jewellers in Cirencester and assumed that it would be repaired under guarantee.
TAG informed the jeweller that the watch had received ‘an impact ‘ and therefore the damage could not be repaired under the guarantee. Please note that I am a 62 year old woman with a quiet lifestyle. I was very upset at the time as it certainly had NOT received an impact but I decided to pay for the repair which was approx £450. You repaired the watch face on the 9th February 2018.
This year, my watch face AGAIN swivelled. Just 13 months from the last repair. I took it back to Goldsmiths Jewellers and they sent it to TAG. AGAIN you said that the watch had received an impact therefore was not covered under a guarantee and would cost £475 to repair.
This watch is just 3 years old. It cost over £3000.00. It broke after less than 2 years of owning it and then again, the same fault, 13 months later.
I had my last TAG watch for 12 years and it never went wrong or had ‘impact' damage. I am horrified by the response from TAG to this current situation. I believe there is a fault in the actual watch and I woukd like you to do take this complaint extremely seriously as I believe I have been treated very badly, I should never have paid to have it repaired in the first place and I am shocked that you are suggesting that it is my fault that the watch face has slipped.
I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
tag calibre "s" mens watch - delayed repair - (18 months) and lacksidal attitude
Dear Ma'am / Sir
This is with reference to a Tag Hueur Men's Wrist Watch (Model - Claiber S) that I purchased between 2010-11.
The said watch was giving me hassle free service till early 2017, when the strap locking pin started opening on its own. There was no other issue
I checked the website and got to know that Ethos is your official service partner and that ethos service center was on 1st floor in Select city Walk Saket.
In February, 2017 I gave my watch for repair Copy of SRF is attached.
I was told to check after 15 days. One checking I was asked if I would like to get the watch serviced as well as it was already at the center and they would service and return the watch in about 15 more days.
Thereafter, after several visits and reminders I was returned the watch duly repaired and the Locking mechanism was working fine.
However, after about a month a noticed that one of the Watch hand of the stop watch part was not in the correct position. This is a normal issue with this watch and one needs to recalibrate the hands periodically. I did recalibration and continued using it for a few more weeks. Usually one recalibration a year is required at an average. However, ever since the watch was returned to me, I needed to recalibrate almost every few weeks.
However, in August or September of 2017, the Watch completely detached from its position.
I took the watch to your service center again and informed the service p[personnel of the problem and also told them that this problem of loose hand is probably because of faulty service provided previously.
Another SRF was raised in November, 2017 (Attached herewith).
I was asked to recheck after two weeks for an estimate.
After three visits I was given an estimate of INR 35, 000. I was very disturbed about this as for no fault of mine I would need to pay anoth 35K.
However, I agreed and told them to get the job done.
I must have checked with the Service center atleast a dozen times between Dec, 2017 and June, 2018 and everytime there was a standard reply - "Parts are ordered and are being received soon. In two weeks you will get the watch"
Finally in End June, 2018 I lost my cool and asked for my watch to be returned without repair. I was promised that the same would be done in a week . on going back again after a week, I was told that I will need to pay INR 80, 000/- to get the watch back as it was already repaired. This is more than double the estimate and before repairing I should have been contacted for this escalation.
However, I was not contacted.
I again went to the store for the last time sometime in Early August 18 and demanded to speak to a more senior person as even then my watch was not there and I was told that it would only be delivered after payment.
Again on asking for a senior to speak with the staf started dilly dallying and promised they would have them call me. No number or email was provided to me.
Now, out of the Blue, Today I receive the following message from Ethos
Dear Rajan Vohra,
"This is to inform you that you had deposited your watch for repair at Ethos Service Centre on "08/11/2017" against document no "SRFESED1718-0529". Please collect your watch by 30/04/2019, failing which the ownership of the said watch shall be deemed to be transferred to and vest with Ethos Ltd."&" who shall be at liberty to dispose it off in any manner they may deem appropriate, including sale of the watch; the proceeds of which would be retained by Ethos Ltd."&" To collect your watch you can get in touch with us through email or can contact us on 011- 41421691/71. Warm regards, Ethos Watch Care
As you will notice, the name of the sender is missing.
My Response to the above messase was as under:
Dear Team Ethos. Please note, Despite my several visits to your office and workshop to enquire about the status of my watch, i was told every time that parts are unavailable and would take time.
Please note, In june of 2018 when i last visited your outlet, i told the service incharge to return my watch as it had been way too long and you had not been able to repair my watch. he again requested for some time and assured that he would get the needful done and would revert to me within 10 days.
Those 10 days have still not finished and till date no revert has been received by me. You have my contact details as well as email address. how is it that you have never tried to reach out to inform me that the watch was ready. And now you are threatening to confiscate my property. This is no way of doing business. i have taken the above threat seriously and will take legal recourse to recover my possession - which please note.
Now, before I take up this matter Legally, kindly advise your final further course of action.
Please note that I will not wait more two days to hear from you.
Thank you
Regards
Rajan Vohra

repair to my watch under warranty
My tag heuer formula 1 calibre 16 chrono automatic recently stopped working, it is only a year old and cost me £2250. I sent it back to tag via fraser hart jewellers to get it repaired under the two year warranty. Today I get a call from fraser hart informing me that the watch has had a knock and that i'm liable for repair costs of £360! I've only worn the watch a handful of times! I think they're accusing me of damaging the watch which is a load of nonsense. I suppose I may have knocked it off n a wall or doorframe at some point but I certainly don't remember any significant knock. So now I have a year old, £2250 watch that is effectively useless unless I pay your company several hundred pounds to fix a watch that is clearly of substandard quality! I have watches by mühle, oris and omega and have not had a single problem in 20 years yet I buy one of your watches, wear it a handful of times and it breaks! I'm really not happy with your response or your attitude to fixing my defective watch. I'm now in a position where i'll have to seek legal recourse. I'll also be plastering a negative review of your products all over digital media. Appalling company.
very rude service given!
03/03/19: we are supposed to change the watch battery at tag heuer, garden mall. However, the manager saying that lead time need about 4-6 weeks. If we bring ourself to centre only take 14 mins. We are shocked and why it take so much different? We expect to get further explaination from him. But he thought we are insults him and saying that you guys come here don't treat us as a beggar, i've right to ask you get out from here. After we get out and complaint to the garden mall management, they brought him to meet us but refuse to apologise to us. What kind of service giving to customers? It's that the right way to treat customers?
Hi, I've just encountered similar problem with the Gardens Mall's Branch Manager - Franco. I dropped in 2x to see him and he was away both times, and when he finally called he was just plain rude but claimed that I was rude to him. All I asked him to give me was the Service Center Manager's name as Franco was reluctant to help with the issue that I had. I hung up the phone as it looks like this manager is just plain rude and don't understand Customer Service. This is a huge disappointment having to deal with such lousy service from a great watch company.
aquaracer
I purchased my watch from an authorized dealer in Montreal. From the very first day, the watch did not keep good time. I returned the watch to have it timed and it was returned to me after a couple of weeks with the same problem.
From that point on my experience deteriorated. The watch does not charge as I am wearing it, and occasionally stops while I am wearing it.
The crown is loose and sometimes skips as I try to set the time.
My most recent experience is that the watch will not start.
Very regretful experience.
aqua racer
My wife bought me an Aqua Racer for a present. Last year it quit working so we returned to Goldsmith Jewelers in Billings, Montana. They sent it to Tag for repair. I wear it every day and it has NEVER been abused, hit, dropped, etc., yet it had completely quit running. I paid approximately $600 to have repaired. I work fighting fires in California on a helicopter crew. When flying back to CA I went to change the time because going from Mountain to Pacific time zone. I unscrewed the crown yet it would not move the minute hand. As I went to pull out the entire crown came out. There is a very small thin stem that goes into the watch that came out too. The second hand continued to work, however, I could not move it an hour forward. Furthermore, it loses approximately 5 minutes per week which is totally unacceptable. I do not think I should have to pay for repairs again. If I do not have it taken care of I plan on getting on every social media I have. (facebook, twitter, Linkdn, etc and tell everyone I know to stay away from Tag and Goldsmith Jewelers. I can be reached at [protected]@gmail.com or [protected].
watch strap
I purchased a Tag Monaco watch on the 22nd September from the store in Manchester and was served by Grace . I wanted a different strap to the one that came with the watch and Grace said that this would not be a problem she would order it on the following Monday when the head office would be open . grace said she would keep in touch with me and let me know how this was progressing. After a week has gone by I had heard nothing although I was told she would ring me the following Monday just to let me know the strap had been ordered. Upon calling the Manchester branch Grace advises she has forgot to order the strap and now changed her advice saying that I would have to know purchase a new strap when originally she said it would be a straight swop . Once again she has not been in touch after saying she would keep me informed. I know feel that all she wanted on the day was a sale and has no interest in customer service ! I am still waiting for a reply as to when my strap will be ready for collection

repair of tag heuer aquarazer watch
hi,
I have a 6 years Tag Heuer Aquarazer watch, recently my watch has some water went inside, so I bring it to my friend, who is a watchmaker, he did a overhaul, and he told me I need get part from Tag Heuer, (the crown and crown tube is used out). So I sent back to Tag Heuer services department at NJ. For my watch it only need repair my polished steel crown and crown tube, everything with this watch is fine, except the crown is no longer keep water out. Ten days ago, Tag Heuer send to me a email, in that email, it says I need repair Black DIAL/RHODIUM, crown, crown tube and a overhaul, I feel they made so many unnecessary repairs, so I denied their service. It's been more than 10 days, looks like they refuse my partial repair request and refuse send it back to me. # AFS-[protected]
watch malfunction
Dear,
I bought my Tag watch 3 years ago, as a business man I collect quality watches among them Rolex, Audomard piguet ..Unfortunately, I had an issue with my Tag so I decided to send it to the retailer to check on it .Ten days later they called me asking me to collect my watch saying that its a battery issue and its fixed, so I did bring my watch but noticed two hours later that the problem remain unfixed .I had to return back with the Watch to the retailer where he called me five days later saying that the watch needs to be repair and will cost 210 US .I refused to pay the amount saying that I have a Tag watch, not Seiko. Two months and my watch still at the distributor who insists that I should pay the amount otherwise it wont be fixed.
I never had a problem with any of my watch collections, so I count on you to resolve this issue.
Best
repair service
I sent my watch in for repair. I got it back and the band was not properly put back on the watch! I am walking around, at dinner in a restaurant, and the thing drops off my wrist. This is not what "factory service" is supposed to be like! I sent it back to Tag so it could get done properly and the result is not what I was expecting, or should have expected! So now I am here on a Sunday morning trying to put the thing back together again! No I don't want to go back another 15 miles to the jeweler, I should not have to! Really sloppy service, I'll think twice before I send it back to Tag for anything! Resolution, do it right the first time, I don't have time to send it back for service every week! If I wanted to do that I would have kept my Rolex! When you pay more for service you expect more, Tag failed to deliver and it now makes the rest of your work suspect!
As a follow up, they neglected to tighten the crown, that they had just replaced, before sending the watch back to me. Really shoddy repair service!
wow for a tag that I had p[ay so much money for should work better this tag in my opinion the battery sucks for a smart timepiece I have made several complaints and all they can tell me that the better life hold 25 hour but what they for to tell you the more faces that you added to the timepiece the less you have on the battery then if your warranty expires you are [censored] out of luck so this timepiece is really a money pit for tag and if you pay $2000 for the timepiece prepare yourself to pay more once your warranty expire I have the time piece one yr 1/2 mistake
my visit to tag heuer shop at wisma atria
On the 10th of June, I walked in to Tag Heuer at Wisma Atria Singapore ready to buy Modular 45 watch for my friend in Indonesia. I'm very disappointed that the sales woman who greeted me was VERY RUDE, BELITTLING, JUDGEMENTAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I may not wear gold necklace or branded bag, but that is not how a salesperson should treat a customer who just walked it with a good intention. If one looked down on a potential customer just because he /she came in jeans and sports shoes, then that sales person doesn't deserve working in a service industry. I'm sure it should have been taught not to judge a book by its cover. I wouldn't have made my way to the Tag Heuer shop if I didn't wanna buy anything or no intention of checking out watches collection. The least she could have done was to smile and not smirk at my question "is this the modular 45?" And the least she could do is to show a little bit of passion than to disgust me when I asked "is this the latest model or am I missing Any thing else?"
What a shame that this rude sales woman is the person seated just beside the door - technically the first person anyone would be talking to when they enter the shop. I hope action can be taken on her so as not to chase away other potential customers at Tag Heuer Wisma Atria. I didn't catch her name.
