I bought something through the tapjoy offer wall for 7, 000 diamonds over a week ago and they still haven't payed me! I payed fair and square for my item they owe me my diamonds! This is ridiculous to spend my money online through them and they won't even acknowledge me! I've emailed them 3 times now with no response! Don't trust tapjoy scam artists!

I completed an offer to receive diamonds for covet fashion, I spent my own money on the gala bingo offer almost two weeks ago I just received an email from yourselves stating that I'm not going to get the diamonds I wouldn't usually complain but I spent my own money, you said in your email that I already had an account with gala bingo and that's why you won't pay my diamonds well let me ask this if I already have an account with gala bingo then why was I able to create an account with them, I have never had an account with gala bingo until I completed the offer

It started with downloading hulu sometime last year, at the time is was 600 and tapjoy advertised double gems. Never saw it. Havent seen 80% of theserviceve earn over the past year. Kmart for 60, nothing. Another 60 gems offer I forget. Dawn of titans, nothing. I dont even know how many youve missed. Certainly over 1000 gems in total. Tapjoy is an incompetent service. Ive sent in dozens of claims, always with the response of, youve already earned your gems.
I even pre-emailed them about gardenscapes BEFORE downloading it for its level 25 offer. Then they emailed me back and said I already earned the 100 or so gems for this offer... Nope. Didnt even download it.
But I downloaded more than a dozen apps for their offer and I always have to chase them down. Im not doing anything wrong. I run the app for much longer than the 2 minutes required, sometimes hours.
This service has wasted so much energy chasing down gems that it takes weeks to get the gems, IF I ever get them. Usually its an email informing me that you "already gave me gems." NOT the case.

A lot of offers are not working or paying out. When i click on an offer it says error we will take a look at this shortly but it keeps doing it. Will you please look at this because its really upsetting me. It works on every other app except for covet fashion im getting very frustrated and its ridiculous that this complaint has to be 350 characters long to even get looked at
tapjoy not paying out promised diamonds
Tapjoy promised 8564 diamonds on 3/11/17 for paying $2.98 S & H for Highlights books. I have evidence I made the purchase and sent it to them numerous times occasions by filing a complaint to their support email address and filing a complaint through the 'track rewards' icon in their app. They replied to my complaint via 'track rewards', asking me to provide proof that I paid the $2.98. I emailed them screenshots as well as the confirmation emails from Highlights. It's been 7 days, and still nothing! They have not responded to me other than to send a generic email saying that the address I used was unmonitored and not to expect a response. But this is the email they provided to me to use!

I completed the Mobile Strike HQ to level 10 task for a 2000+ gold coin in game reward worth £30 in real terms for Walking Dead Road to Survival. I've provided the evidence asked of me but have been told the provider says I've never downloaded the app?!? There is no come back or validation of their position and I'm left to assume they are either incompetent or corrupt. Why is the information I've provided not sufficient? Why is there not a transparent process for ensuring this doesn't happen? There should be a screen shot I can provide that is incontestable. Instead I'm robbed of a reward I've earned and made to feel dishonest. This isn't an acceptable way to do business,
heart rewards missing from online subscription offered on their offer wall
Online subscription was done through the offer wall of Tapjoy on the 11 of March and haven't received the hearts that was promised. No contact # for said company and email keeps on coming back saying the email address is not monitored and tells you to send info again but it still goes to the same email and it just goes in circle. This has happen a couple of times now. If they can just verify with the client that was on their offer wall that I have subscribed online and donated to the said charity it would be great. That way when they verified it I can be able to get my reward.
not receiving reward after completing offer
On March 11th I completed the My Survey Offer to get 57 minutes of talk time for my Pinger Text Free account. All I get is the automated email saying they received my complaint. Then the next day I get an automated email saying its closed because you haven't heard from me. Six days, and NO ONE, I mean NO ONE has emailed or addressed the issues. I'm just being completely ignored and that is beyond frustrating. Companies that treat customers like this NEVER stay in business long.

I have played many games with things like cash and gems, and I've probably done almost 1 hundred tapjoy rewards, but i almost never get them. On one game it let me tell them if I've done it and I could get my reward, but I got banned from using tapjoy on the game for lying even though I wasn't. It doesn't work, so don't waste your time. I really don't like tapjoy and I would like for it to be removed from games in general, because it is useless and doesn't work 99% of the time. It's just to advertise games and websites and scam you into playing them or spending money on their site, and even though you pay real money, it still doesn't work. Get rid of this PoS from games.

I have completed several 'high gem reward' offers; namely download mobile strike and play till level 6 and level 10. Sadly however I did not get either of the two rewards.
I have met the requirements verbatim and submitted missing gem claims via the app. However these had been ignored by the auto reply systems after I have submitted evidence.
It's a shaker system and I have had to submit a lot for other rewards, usually the download and run another app rewards.
Am I blocked? Was it missed? I can't submit reward claim.

I use Pinger Text Free. To get more minutes I complete offers. I completed My Survey Offer to receive 57 minutes and I have yet to receive my minutes.
When you use the cell phone to report no coins and it ask you o specify offer, that offer is not correct and it does not scroll for more options. It doesn't show the offer you completed.
I have emailed twice now since yesterday and still no 57 minutes awarded to my Pinger Text Free account.

I have completed a few surveys for you and I have not as of yet received any diamonds as specified for my efforts. Also it is a double diamond event. After reading the numerous complaints here after being told where to come I can now see this is the norm for your company.
Needless to say, disappointing is too mild a word and I would definitely not recommend your company if this is how you treat customers/clients.

Made purchases, spent money...followed through on all requirement. Still out 113, 000 points. Avakin game uses coins. A person can earn coins by buying and shopping at certain stores. Also a person can earn coins by downloading videos, filling out forms, buying vitamins etc. I did this for two days as I was sick and was in bed on internet. I only received 1/3 of all I earned. I sent copies of receipts of magazines and items I purchased...vitamins, jewelry, Macy's purchase, thermometer, candy, and I still have not heard from them. Now my email is returned back to me. Scam bait and switch.

I completed an action through Covet which was to download and pay for a months subscription to a guitar tuition app. I was supposed to receive almost 20.000 gems from you guys for completing this action. After lodging a complaint I recieved an email asking for proof which I supplied. Since then, nothing! I've been waiting for weeks now. This is really unfair. I just want what I paid for. I've sent multiple emails and received no response whatsoever.

no communication about coins, from a game app, that I am missing from completing an offer from your company.
I completed a Tapjoy sponsored offer, on the WWE Slam card trader app, and did not receive the guaranteed coins for doing so. On 3/4/17, I completed an offer from the Disney Movie Club, which stated I would receive 1, 063, 000 or so coins to be used in the WWE app. I never received the coins, and I submitted a form from your page on the app. I received an automated email requesting further information, which I provided by replying to the automated email. I have not heard from customer support, and have not received the coins. Can someone please look into this for me? I paid actual money to sign up for the Disney Movie Club, and feel really cheated that I have not received the guaranteed coin reward for doing so.

I've tried several softgames.de offers to get coins rewards for "Walking Dead Road to Survival" game. Most of them are just impossible to achieve to me (the offer condition is often to get 200 points at level 1).
Although I successfully completed this one 2 times "[Web game] The Tower Lite" to be sure something was really wrong with it. The condition was to get at least 35 points and I reached 38 and 39 points.
I contacted the customer support via the ticket service but at this time the offer wasn't in the complaint form selection so I chose another one (called "go on tapjoy to get rewards") explaining everything in the comments and in the response email with screenshots attached. I got rewarded for 6 coins whereas "[Web game] The Tower Lite" offer reward is 160 coins.
At last on March 2nd the offer was appearing in the claim form so I did another claim request. I received another ticket service email and replied with the same screenshots attached. I have no news since then.
I'm assuming the ticket is now closed as it doesn't usually take this much time to get rewarded when a problem occurs.
I completed the offer the first time on Feb 24. My request is to get those 160 coins for the completed offer.

Le offerte web game che richiedono il raggiungimento di 200 punti sono impossibili perché non si arriva oltre a unnpunteghio di 40 perché il tempo concesso è troppo poco e il gioco è troppo lento e vengono assegnati troppi pochi punti . Sarebbero da sostituire con offerte migliori perché queste sono prese in giro grazie.
