My name is Chinelle Brown-Evans. I placed an order (Order # [protected]) yesterday at the RICHMOND/LABURNUM AVE location located at
4459 Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, VA 23231. Once I parked my car, at 11:50 AM, I proceeded to wait at the "Curbside pickup" designated area. I then logged onto my email and clicked the "I'm here" red button to inform the staff at the restaurant that I was outside waiting for my order. At 12;15 pm, After waiting for 20 minutes for my order I decided to go inside as no one brought my order out. I noticed there were only three customers inside so I do not understand why my order was not brought out to me. After waiting for five minutes, a young lady greeted me from across the room. I informed her that I needed a refund as my food was not brought out to me and it was for my husband, and his lunch hour would be over because of the long wait.
The young lady then said she had to get her manager. The manager came out and informed me that he would cancel the order but he needed a corporate to do it. Please inform me as to when this refund would take place.
