This incident has left me deeply disturbed and concerned about the hygiene standards maintained at your restaurant. The presence of mice poses a significant health risk and indicates a lack of proper pest control measures.
I am deeply disappointed by this experience, especially considering the reputation your restaurant has for providing a quality dining experience. The presence of mice has not only spoiled my meal but also raised serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and safety of your establishment.
In light of this incident, I strongly urge you to take immediate action to address the mouse infestation. This should include hiring a professional exterminator, implementing effective pest control measures, and thoroughly cleaning the entire premises.
Furthermore, I request a full refund for my meal and compensation for the inconvenience and unpleasant experience I endured on my birthday. I hope you will take this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur again.
