TGI Fridays review: Service and food

I visited TGi with my daughter on 21st September.

1. We waited at least 20 mins before anyone even approached us for a drink or order.

2. We waited over an hour for the main course, which was then incorrectly cooked, steak was suppose to be medium Steak Fritta, and the burger was dry and cold as were the chips. The food sat under the lamps so long i suspect that contributed to it.

3. They took our cutlery after starters and when serving the mains it was not replaced, we began eating our chips with fingers until I got up and got us cutlery.

4. Not once in an hour was we asked if we could have a drink refill, and when we did ask it still didnt come, I had to ask again Where they were.

5. After our meal no one cleared the plates or asked if we wanted desserts and after half an hr i got up found someone paid the bill there and then and left.

I could have complained at the time, but the service was so bad so many people were complaining i did not have another hour to waste while they re cooked anythjng
