Good day. We visited the Foschini Store on the Monday the 2nd December 2019 at around 13:45. To start of the store was in a mess when we got there, there was a mopping lady who kept mopping the floor and we had to round around the rails to go to cellphones counter, what I fail to understand was why is house keeping done during store trading hours? 2nd there was a pile of boxes on the floor without anyone attending to them! Again why can't this be done while store is closed? 3rd the lady who assisted us as we wanted DSTV Explora was too good to be true. We saw an explora in a glass at a cost of R999 and when she scanned it, it was R649 and apparently it was the last one. She said she couldn't sell the display to us because it's against the policy and even took the decoder to the back. She came back with another decoder and said no the other one is sold out and gave us something we didn't want. She offered us a decoder worth R1699 and said it comes with installation and lnb cable but we ddnt want all that. Her colleague said she must just give it to us (the previous decoder)and she kept winking to her colleague to disagree. We ended up leaving because the service we as bull. Maybe she wanted the decoder for herself. The line was out of order and another gentlemen kept shouting and he got a response that he must go report to head office because people are on lunch...it was sad because the service impact on the store not making money, Foschini vosloorua is near and is convenient but if we going to receive such kak service then we rather go to Alberton where we would be treated like humans
