I am writing this message with a broken heart due to the service and treatment I got from AmericanSwiss
Mokopane store on the 3rd of July 2021 around 13H40. I purchased Hisense E40 on the 29th of June 2021 then immediately while I was in store for activation it was battery empty then we agreed to put it on charger. It failed to charge then immediately we did Cash sale refund, but I didn't take my money I just added with my cash for another better phone. But still it gave me issues of battery, internet and it operates very slow. Without wasting time on the 3rd of June when I went to the store for this issue they told me that they can't exchange it, they will take it to warranty check and they don't know when I will get it since we're on level 4 covid 19. I asked her why don't you just do OBF since I still have time cause I haven't used it for more than three days yet it gives me problems. I'm not satisfied with it. I don't need it anymore. I need my money or gift card i will then decide which phone I can buy at other TFG stores. Please help me.

My account was handed over to Fourie and Associates, On 20 May 2021 I made a cash payment of my settlement amount of N$ 24 00.00
They emailed me a settlement letter without proof of cash payment receipts.
I wasn't happy with the letter hence letter sounds as if I did bank transaction payment. I called and Emailed them several times to provide me with cash receipts which they failed to do and made an excuse of they don't give cash receipts when settlement payment is made.
I tried calling again to speak to their supervisor but receptionist and the guy who took cash payment and emailed me the settlement letter keeps avoiding me to talk to supervisor or get my cash payment receipts
For cash payment I need the cash payment receipt and the letter should also be change and state that I made a cash payment and to reflect on the letter with reference number.
Please can you look into this and advise. Since money is involved and to avoid money fraud.

I'm writing to you to express my absolute dissatisfaction ONCE AGAIN with regards to how you handle your online sneaker releases. You are not clear and concise when providing the release information on your social media pages. The Grade School Michigan Nike Dunk, advertised on your website to be launched on 16 April 2021 - it is now 17 April 2021, 08:24am and still nothing on your website?
You claim to be having "website issues" (which seem to occur every time there's a launch) but instead of updating it on your Instagram story, for everybody to see, you instead give this poor automated response to everyone in the comments section. There has been no update from you regarding this. You instead carry on posting about Puma sneakers and whatnot, instead of providing your LOYAL customers with an update or timeframe as to when you might be releasing this sneaker online.
This is not the first time you've let many cultured sneakerheads down, I now understand why people would prefer to wake up at ungodly hours of the morning to stand in a Shelf Life or Jack Lemkus line for just a CHANCE at being lucky enough to buy the sneaker they want.
Your lack of communication and updates regarding such high heat is appalling, whoever runs your social media pages needs to rethink how you reassure your customers when it comes to these technical difficulties you're always having.
Don't even get me started on the STORE STOCK, on your Instagram page you advertise ARCHIVE SHORT MARKET STREET for CPT and SANDTON for JHB stock, however, ARCHIVE CANAL WALK is the one who receives the stock with no mention of that on your Instagram page? Please explain? Yet I'm all the way in Short Market waiting for over an hour to see if they're getting the stock. There are boxes of stock in-store, manager opens them and none of them are the Dunks. While over in Archive Canal Walk, they've sold out - with absolutely no mention that they were getting stock in the first place. I had a very polite manager from Canal Walk who informed me they had stock but as it is ‘first come, first serve' - I was getting ready to be at Canal Walk within 5 minutes before he informed me he'd just sold his last pair.
These sneakers were supposed to be for a birthday present and you've let me down. Mind you, this isn't the first time. I will keep me eyes open for hopeful updates on your social media pages for the stock to drop at the supposed advertised stores.
Desired outcome: I would just like the shoe to be released so I can purchase it please.
Product and service complaint
a wedding ring at Sterns waterfall mall worth R80k (S solitaires 18ct white gold with 1.00.10 ctc diamond) on the 25th March 2019. Only started to wear the ring on the 23rd September when I got married. Stopped wearing the ring mid February 2020 because it could not fit anymore as I was pregnant. Took the ring in for enlargement end September amd received it back in October 2020. About a month or month and a half later the ring broke off underneath amd i stopped wearing it. Took it in at the store where I bought it and I've been taking it for all the repairs January 2021.
I refused to pay for the damage to the ring, the amount of money I paid for the Forever ring was a lot. I thought that the quality was good enough for it to last much longer than 2 years not forgetting that i only wore it for about 6 months.
Now the store tells me that they can't do anything. That i must pay for the damage which is now the broken band and the cracked diamomd. What is the point of buying a pricey ring?
My ring has a piece underneath where it broke off that does not look like the rest of the ring. I asked the manager about it but he avoids my question. I requested that it must go for quality check, according to him it went for quality check but i still did not recieve any feedback.
This is so frustrating!

I purchased a cellphone on the 20th of October 2020 at exact Durban (workshop branch) start of December the phone was only half charging, 11 December 2020 I returned the phone for repairs and got a ref no rlr083433 and was told to wait 3weeks and I waited for 4weeks
I received a call to come collect the phone as it was ready and fixed on the 11th of January 2021 and I picked it up later the same day, to my surprise when I charged my phone it was still charging up to 50% only, the next day I called the store and they want to take away my phone another 4weeks and I can't afford not to have a phone a month again

Bad / rude american swiss service
On Sunday, 01 november 2020, my son and I went to the American Swiss in Mokopane Mall, as we entered the the shop a lady walked away from the door to speak to a gentleman who was busy helping another customer. She then vanished to the back. My son and I sanitized ourselves and started browsing.
After about 4 minutes we just stood still waiting to be help.
The same lady, who I assume is Dineo, according to the till slip, then appeared from the back and again engaged the gentleman at the till.
After another good minute, this lady (Dineo) shouts from the front it she can help us (we were standing viewing the men rings, 1st display at front door.
We then indicate that we want a ring.
She comes over and insists on sanitizing us, we explain that we already did and been in the store for a good 5 minutes already. She rudely says that she did not see us sanitizing. Note that I was addressing her in English, while she engaged us Sepedi. I not for my son who knows Setswana well we would not hear her.
We immediately address her attitude. And go on to say that this is the first time we treated like this in an American Swiss store.
Where we are: not greeted, shouted at from the tills and be treated so rudely.
The lady (Dineo) said that that's how they work in American Swiss!
The rudeness is unbecoming. I ask for a follow up on this.

Unethical behaviour
On the 15 November 2019, I closed my account with Foschini but I have been receicing threatening calls, SMSes and Emails to come and pay for the account that I closed.
I called and emailed the customer service, and they promised to sort it out but still I am still getting those communication. Its really frustating and irritating at the same.

I went to foshini store at Carnival mall. There was a price tag on the skinny pants of R199 each. The lady told me the price is incorrect and that it is R299 and she doesn't know who put it there. Should you not pay the price you see. She did not even apologize. She just told me no I don't know who put it there but it's wrong. They very unprofessional.

I have been handed over to Fourie & Associates in Namibia. I however made arrangements to settle my account via debit order. I settled the account and received the final payment letter on 05/12/2019.
I applied for vehicle financing, but listed on ITC which reflects my account is overdue for 150 days, which is 2018-2019 for two years. How is it the case since I am paying monthly for the account.
Can Foschini provide me with the detailed statement of payments received. Kindly also rectify the ITC records as I settled the account and not owing any more.

My wife had a Sterns account. In 2015, we tried to close the account in Hemmingways Mall in Eats London, but the sales lady informed us that she can't close it at that stage. After that date we ran into some difficulty, where both of us was unemployed. The account was paid up though and we wanted to close it.
Years after, we started receiving threats from sterns for not paying the annual account fees. It is at the stage where we must pay in access of R700! For nothing. Because of a store's incompetence.

I applied for a new account online and was required to send through my documents of which I did. I never received any response regards my application. When I phoned them after some days I wad told that my application is declined due to affordability which I fail to understand when checking my credit score and the money I get left with after all my monthly expenses. My main concern though is why do they request for my documents and not provide me with response irrespective whether is approved or declined.

I went to the fix Mamelodi crossing I kept aside a dress as I didn't have enough cash on me, I decided to go and withdraw, only to find out that the Atm of the financial provider that am currently using were offline.
so I went back into the store and ask them to keep the dress aside until the next day..
As promised I returned to the store Only to find out that one of their staff (Annette) sold the dress to her friend and when I asked why she sold the dress, they told me she said that her friend called from Menlyn the previous day and none of the staff recalls receiving a call requesting a keep aside for a customer.
Apparently the dress it was the last one (size 8) in the company and I seriously need the dress for an upcoming event. :- (.

It is with great disappointment that such a big brand deal with your customers in a very rude and unacceptable manner, I went to Exact Mafikeng Mall and was told they need the hard copy of my card yet I don't have that card with me presently but was told to go do another card. imagine going through the bank charged of making a new card. I gave them the option of giving them my card number as the card is in another town he said now actually that is not going to work. to my surprise I called another Exact in Vryburg they said no they can always do a cash payment. so I am getting wrong information here. I was told to go back and make another call to their head office with my petrol for that matter. I have been receiving calls from Foschini call centers daily regarding an account which does not belong to me. I have stated that i am not the account holder and do not know the person, i requested that my details be removed off the system and the agents said they will do that.
This was not done as i am still being called multiple times throughout the day, i then spoke to a different agent who stated that i need to tell the account holder to change the contact details.. How do i do that if i do not know the account holder? Just how? Foschini get your shhhh together.
