I visited the TIm Hortons at Westgate Plaza in Cambridge Ontaio today Sept 7 At 6:37pm. The staff of 3 store front where very rude, made my coffee wrong and then told me I had to wait 5min for coffee to be made for the second coffee i bought. This is one in many visits to this location that mistakes on orders happend and the service is terrible. Todays event, while waiting for the coffee to brew the staff stood leaning on the counter, laughing with one another while myself and 4 other customers stood waiting , there was no appoligy for the wait or explantion why the wait. My last visit aprox 4weeks earlier I went for breakfast and coffee becuase its the closest that services hot food, at 6am they had no hot food available and when i asked what time they would be serving hot food, was told "I dont know like an hour maybe!" What is happening to the standards of this food chain? The quility of the service is terrible and im sick of it! We pay stupid amounts for coffee and treats, the least that we should expect is good serivce and having the product available. When i called to complain on my last visit the manager thanked me for calling and that was it. Didn't offer anything for the issue or cared so little! I will be calling and reaching higher managment about this store!
Desired outcome: I would expect to have my order replaced for free on another visit and Most important i think the chain management for Tim should visit this location and demand the owner re-train staff to the standards of the Tims franchise!
